4161  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware from p2pb2b.io on: December 02, 2021, 01:47:32 PM
Unfortunately, p2pb2b.io has a bad reputation and therefore they do not care about BitcoinTalk scam cases and there is no one here can help you.
They are selective scammer and therefore if they find any exceeding in the terms of service, they will lock your account and sometimes they may do so without having a convincing reason.

This is their strategy, listing scam coins and then bump them to provoke greed.
4162  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: All Metamask settings & Networks lost on: December 02, 2021, 12:43:34 PM
Just to confirm settings and networks added in Metamask can be synced to another device only if that device has a camera lens to scan the QR code?
I think there are multiple options provided by new wallet better than MetaMask in "sync settings" between several devices.
But if you want to synchronize the best option:

Download Metamask on your phone first, save seed then import it to wallet browser extension using seed.

Generally, wallets are designed for privacy and offline private key generation or connected to more than one device so using your same seed in several devices will increase the risk of loss of currencies.

4163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What promising tokens should you buy in 2022? on: December 02, 2021, 12:25:02 PM
AltCOINs market is volatile and historically, 12/2021 and the first quarter of next year will be very volatile time so no currency can be assessed as a good investment especially and most of the currencies collapse after they are made ATH.
Therefore, all the options will be futile for the long-term and may be suitable for medium/short investing and I personally will buy more BTC/ETH.

For altcoins it will depend on how far from ATH.
4164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can KCS perform like BNB and CRO perform like KCS? on: December 02, 2021, 11:59:53 AM
Is KCS the next BNB? And is CRO maybe the next KCS? What are the differences between these three coins? CRO is not much popular by forum members but KCS is somehow. I wonder why it is like that?

It is like if UniSwap has succeeded, this means that all other Swap will success? It is not, but also a lot of circumstances, including volumes of trading and their attraction for investors. Frankly I see that Kucoin platform is still slow and expensive than other non-KYC platforms.

We can not deny that Binance's ability to control has been able to manipulate[1] [2] the price to make more investors buy that central currency.

4165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Best way for implementing a Bitcoin Wallet for my business on: December 02, 2021, 11:41:32 AM
In your experience, what is the most secure way and provider to do this? What are the commissions I can expect?

In addition to how big your business  and number of people who may use crypto payment option, what is your technical background? If you do not have technical knowledge, small budget or do not trust a good developer, there are third party applications that can offer this option.

4166  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin allows tax evaders, Please pay attention.... on: December 02, 2021, 11:19:05 AM
It is not the year 2011 or 2013 when governments did not learn to meet and thus impose taxes, but many countries develop their tax regime to become all bitcoin transactions need to be reported. In other words, when they achieve profits will pay taxes.
Generally, within 10 years and increased bitcoin network analysis  tax evasion will not be particularly high if governments issued Min tax report.

4167  Economy / Speculation / Re: Massive amount of panic in TradFi markets…. on: December 02, 2021, 10:50:00 AM
There is a lot of FUD got in the markets when Omicron [1] is announced but this does not mean that to start selling without a strategy because it is a way to achieve a quick gain, but stocks movment I saw was within 5% to 10% and I do not remember a loss of 20% If the person is betting using its financial loss.

There is a lot of FUD got in the markets when Omicron[1] is announced but this does not mean that to start selling without a strategy because it is a way to achieve a quick gain, but stocks (S&P) movement I saw was within 5% to 10% and I do not remember a loss of 20% (maybe due to high leverage.)

Overall it will not be like what happened in March 2020 so there is no need to panic.
It is mistake to make long-term investing in Altcoins due to the small market capacity which makes strong relative corrections possible.

4168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Newb question about torshops mechanics on: December 01, 2021, 03:25:59 PM
All HD wallets can generate a unique address for each user and it is used to increase customer privacy and ensure that each transaction is unique and can then be individually verified, but it is better to use the Lightning Network to avoid fees.
The way the point of sale works will determine how the system works, but some give all users the same address.
Note that some cryptocurrencies such as Ripple can use one address and add a custom tag for each transaction.
4169  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Request for your support 🙏 on: December 01, 2021, 10:41:05 AM
I will really appreciate your support in this new project. Remember, your views, support, ideas for the the successful growth of the project is highly valued and appreciated. 🙏🙏
In the end, your project is commercial and not charitable, and therefore whoever supports it will look for profits.
These profits come with good and proper planning, future plans and other things.

If you do not explain all these things in detail, do not expect anyone to support you, and even after explaining them, you will face difficulty because many projects are good and are looking for funding and the market is open source.
4170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gas prices with ETH will i ever get my money back? on: December 01, 2021, 10:08:31 AM
so its been a month and i want to pull my 50$ out of my trust wallet but clearly thats not happening with the Network fees unless i spend another 50 bucks?!!?? is there hope to get my money back one day?

Check the price of gas and sell when the network is not crowded, but if you send and the transaction is confirmed, it is difficult/impossible to get your money back.
Generally, when you broadcast the transaction, your options are limited, so if you are not in a hurry, there is no need to send the transaction.

In the future, you can use 2 layer network (Polygon) if you want to send at a lower cost.
4171  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Which wallets are the safest and what can go wrong? on: December 01, 2021, 09:45:10 AM
"safest wallet" is a general term and the answer depends on your knowledge and experiences. Whatever wallet you use, if you do not use it well, you will lose your coins.

Hardware wallets are the best because they generate your PVT keys in a secure environment, have not been connected to the Internet and will not be connected, and therefore as long as you know how to use them, hide your wallet seed or physical access to those devices, you will be safe.
other wallets first need to read each line of code while ensuring keys are generated in a secure environment that has not and will not be connected to the Internet.

Closed-source wallets include an additional challenge of trusting the developer.
4172  Economy / Speculation / Re: TA shows potential bullish breakout - if history repeats on: December 01, 2021, 09:23:31 AM
What happened in the past will not be repeated because of the many variables that have occurred, but this does not prevent that there will be a rise, especially since Bitcoin is rising strongly when many believe that the price will not rise much.

Therefore, predicting the next month may be impossible, but levels like 92K do not seem impossible if we compare what happened at the beginning of this year.

In general, the effect of the new mutation of COVID will contribute to shaping what will happen this month.
4173  Economy / Economics / Re: Why are some government officials like saying what they don't understand on: December 01, 2021, 09:08:39 AM
AFAIK, There is a belief among many that the reason Bitcoin is attractive is that it is a new, completely digital asset and thus an evolution from traditional and slow payment methods in addition to the fees that can be very low. Thus, if banks create a digital currency, many will stop using Bitcoin.

The truth is the opposite. Commercial banks are the arteries that pump money into the financial system, and the creation of a digital currency will break the barrier for those banks, and thus the money will be direct to users, and the role of these banks is only financing, and thus the value of Bitcoin will increase.
4174  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is best between Metaverse Coin and Web 3.0 Coin on: December 01, 2021, 08:36:27 AM
Invest in Metaverse Coin or Web 3.0 Coin, which coins are included in these which can give good profit in future Tell your opinion
This type of currency is considered Hybrid, and it is the campaign that invests in its name or short-term investments to achieve a pump in the price, and we can consider it a scam or a high-risk investment, and therefore the chance of you achieving profits is considered very small or non-existent.

Both currencies have no project, road map, future updates and therefore are trying to use hot terms to attract money.

Also, such projects lock coins (to increase the price) and open them all at the same time then can only be sold on certain platforms/condition (scam, identity verification or price manipulation)
4175  Economy / Services / Re: We can develop NFT platform for you on: November 30, 2021, 11:04:32 AM
Sometimes adding your previous works is better than a lot of words, have you  developed a NFT platform before, will the program be unique for each user? Finally, what is the advantage of having a NFT platform?

also, connecting my wallet to unknown platform is risky, why not make a paid hosted service?
4176  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't invest in anyone who? on: November 27, 2021, 04:07:12 PM
He first told me that I was a big investor and that newcomers would get their money back in four days. So I believe and invest 50$. He promised to pay me 550$ in four days. Shortly after investing in it, he said no. And lied in various ways.
I don't know, but such a return is considered impossible, even from a professional person, and if he guarantees that he will get +100% profits, why not go to the bank and borrow sums, as the return from the inquiry will be sufficient to return the money.
In general, do not trust anyone who offers you free money on the Internet
4177  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any crypto investment calculator alternatives? on: November 27, 2021, 12:06:30 PM
It is difficult to find a tool for altcoins, most of the profits were generated from 2017 to the present day, but you can calculate them manually for some currencies, especially those that did not complete 1 year like SHIB.

There is a middle way, and it is through the Excel program. I remember seeing someone who designed an online file that allows you to calculate your profits, but I don't remember the link at the moment. I'll add it when I remember.
4178  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What is you Opinion About Gate.io on: November 27, 2021, 10:59:50 AM
If that coins only listed on Gate.io, do not invest in them. No matter how much profit you can make, you may not be able to withdraw your money and may harm to do KYC without getting anything.
If the cryptocurrency is available on other platforms, use others.

There is no reason to use it unless the amount is small and less than you can withdraw from the traditional platforms.

This does not mean that Gate.io is scam, but rather gray.

Finally, all the coins associated with metaverses should be considered as scams unless you study them because most scammers look for smelly terms to get the legitimacy of their projects.
4179  Bitcoin / Legal / Singapore approves Bitcoin fund that trades physical BTC on: November 27, 2021, 10:48:20 AM
Regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Fintonia has launched the Fintonia Bitcoin Physical Fund and the Fintonia Secured Yield Fund will buy ‘physical’ Bitcoin rather than a derivative instrument on Bitcoin as the physical fund aims to remove the challenge of buying from one of the thousands of exchanges:

Quote
“As an MAS regulated fund manager with strict standards, we can connect with multiple exchanges and different market-makers, enabling us to find the best prices, as well as buy or sell at volume,” Chng said.

“The fund also enables efficient cash or crypto transfers, resolving the challenges around moving large amounts of cash in or out of the system.”

The good side is that they buy bitcoin and thus make it easier for big players to buy directly from them without going through the platforms.
Perhaps the problem is the intention of the Fintonia Secured Yield to provide direct loans to holders of Bitcoins.

4180  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kucoin scam or not? on: November 27, 2021, 10:19:50 AM
We can't describe a platform as scam just because there is one case claiming it, even highly trusted platformsbinance scam [1] have dozens of cases.
Even the case above talks about suspended funds, which means that the user may have not adhered to some of the terms of use.
Kucoin also has enough assets (24h trading volume ---> $ 4.49 billion[2]) not to commit a $50,000 scam.

In general, "Not your keys, Not your money" and therefore you should not trust a platform and to withdrawal any assets that do not intend to speculate, withdrawal fee is much cheaper than the full loss of capital.
