why is it telling me to change my password after i login?
if this was supposed to fix my problem it didnt I had to change my password too, but it was working for me, and i chose my old password again  From time to time we will ask you to change your password for security purposes and we were hoping this would also assist with your .ag login. I was playing in the casino, the heist slot machine game, and hit a 15x free spins 2x payout and the server lagged on my ffirst spin and booted me from the game. I never received my winnings for my 15 free spins and sent an email to support 2 days ago and have not received a response. Can someone look into crediting my account for those spins? Is there a way to save the view and format of the display bets?
Everytime I login into the web, or sometimes in the same session, the display return to view "American", format "American".

There needs to be at least 30 entrants at mB1 to cover a non-overlayed payment of mb5 for 4th place. The wording is a bit confusing but we have just started this and it has been a success thus far and when we update it next week, it will be much clearer.
Currently there is not a word, even after registration is closed, if 4-th place will get a ticket or not. I played accordingly, as i was sure 4-th place paid, and was satisfied with 4-th place. However I`m feeling misleaded by this "confusing wording" and especially that lobby "Places paid: 4" was not changing at all, it shows 4 constantly with no changes depending on entrants as you said. I consider it to be your fault in "wording" and "places paid" title, that lead me to finish 4-th without making any efforts to finish 3-rd for ex. What can you do about it? You should email support(a)betcoinpoker.com to get you taken care of promptly as always. If we actually knew your username and had received an email from you this would have been taken care of a long time ago. We are experimenting with new tourneys like the CAGE and satellites as well as many other features. Hey. I was playing cage steps today finished 4-th in 11064 tourney lobby says: places paid 4! but i never got my ticket to next step. emailed to support - they told me that 4-th place does not qualify for a ticket. Why lobby says places paid 4? here is screenshot of today`s cage step 2:  even with 2 entrants - it says that 4 places paid. It is very misleading. Either make it 3 places paid or make it dynamic based on entrants! I finished 4-th just because i was completely sure I`m getting ticket for next step, and played accordingly. Prize structure does not show anything either: 1-450 players - same prize structure!! Please comment.
