Can someone delete this thread? thanks
You can lock it and move it to archival.
That's close to deleting it, and you can do it yourself.
Go to the lower right, click lock topic, click move topic, select Others -> Archival.
4164  Other / Meta / Re: How do I add a picture/avatar? on: March 18, 2016, 10:17:05 PM
You need to be a full member or higher to add an avatar.

Avatars
Full Member and up only.
It must be no more than 120px wide, 80px tall, and 100 KiB in size. It must be a PNG, GIF, or JPEG image. It must be safe for work.

Once you are, you should be abled to set it here -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=avatar;u=771512
4165  Other / Archival / Re: Bid for my Signature + Avatar + Personal Text on: March 18, 2016, 09:15:53 PM
Post your bids below!
For how long will you wear the signature/personal text/avatar?
Will it be tied to the amount of messages you make or a timeframe?
If it's a timeframe, how many posts can you guarantee in that frame?
When will this auction end?
Is there a minimum bid or a minimum increment?

There are too many open questions to this thread, you have to give at least some basics when starting an auction...
4166  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: March 18, 2016, 02:43:55 PM
777coin has not paid for a few weeks. A friend of mine said this so mayby u should change the status of the campaign.
They pay late as always, but this time it has gone too far.
If by "change the status of the campaign" you mean adding the red asterisk for them, if would be included here -> http://pastebin.com/N0zFckLN
If Mitchell agrees and wants to update the thread.
4167  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Casascius 2013 Brass Half MS-64 - Starts @ 0.5 BTC [FAST] on: March 18, 2016, 12:55:16 PM
That's because EDT is in effect, adding an hour to the EST timezone (starting on March 12th).
That's if you're asuming that EST and EDT are the same timezone, which they are not.
EST is still at the same UTC offset (-0500), EDT is also at the same (-0400).
Those places that switch to EDT in sommer change their timezone, but EST doesn't change it's offset.
4168  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcointalk Account price estimator on: March 18, 2016, 12:28:49 PM
I've been told that it is been consistently high but it has been a while since I checked the prices and accuracy so I don't really know.
Given the current market, it's easy to believe that's correct for most of the (normal) accounts.

I got an estimate of around 0.11 BTC for my senior member account
Current prizes in the marketplace section would probably be even lower, although you're in the upper activity half, what brings a slightly better prize.
Btw, mine estimates at ~0.1

Not worth it to sell my account for such a low amount Smiley
IMO it never is.
4169  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Casascius 2013 Brass Half MS-64 - Starts @ 0.5 BTC [FAST] on: March 18, 2016, 12:25:14 PM
http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/est-to-gmt-converter
6PM EST equals 10PM GMT (forum time). I think the confusion here is that EDT is in effect.
worldtimebuddy.com tells me it "auto-corrected" EST to EDT.

EST has an UTC offset of -0500 (EDT has -0400).
6PM EST equals to 11PM UTC (which equals to the same time in GMT).
4170  Other / Meta / Re: Proposal for changing pay per post signature campaigns to fixed payment ones on: March 18, 2016, 11:27:54 AM
Well, everybody try to create maximum posts on the day of post count or on the day before it. You can check out for most of the persons, this will come out to be true.
What's the experience you're talking from?
Because I got some experience to back my posts up, you on the other side, well...

Yeah but it's only bad when others do it. +1 immunity point if you create a thread to tell everyone else how bad it is.
That way where my question was heading.
It was ok as long as OP was in a ppp campaign.
Now that they have found a fixed campaign, all ppp campaigns are bad, mkay.

My most posts[Most of my posts] are constructive and on topic.
Like the posts of many other peoples in pay per post campaigns.
4171  Other / Archival / Re: [WTS] Level 5 account for Rollin.io - Bids accepted on: March 18, 2016, 11:09:12 AM
Account it's no more in sell state from 25-01-2016, 17:23:19, i asked fro closing thread but is still here...
You can close threads yourself.
Simply go to the lower left of the site, and click "lock thread".
While you're at it, you can also move the thread to Others -> Archival.

4174  Other / Archival / Re: [NO LIMIT LOANS] - Any rank, no limits, negotiable interest rate! [0.47 BTC] on: March 17, 2016, 09:51:50 PM
After all the drama "Next BillGates" caused I don't think he will be coming back with the same name
A possible ban doesn't help that case, does it?

Who knows maybe he would come back and repay this loan just to prove me wrong. hehe
Time will tell.
4175  Other / Meta / Re: Signature maker on: March 17, 2016, 08:44:39 PM
@Luptin: Dont you create signatures as well? I know you seem to have your hands in a lot of different aspects and thought I saw that somewhere.
Yes, I've made a few. I know how to do them, but mine are mostly just basic ones, though I've tend to find beauty in the simple.
The signature we used for the OneHash.com campaign was one of mine, for example.
4176  Other / Archival / Re: [NO LIMIT LOANS] - Any rank, no limits, negotiable interest rate! [0.47 BTC] on: March 17, 2016, 08:36:06 PM
I also warned you about giving a loan to the other borrower due to their behavior and I wouldn't be surprised if he defaults too.
There's still hope he will not?
4177  Other / Meta / Re: Posts: "leet"? What??? on: March 17, 2016, 08:21:08 PM
Then I decided to Google it and that's how I found this topic.
And then you thought "Hey, this topic is inactive since 2 years, I'll just bump it to the first page again!"

You must be. This is probably the tenth time I've seen the question!
Like over here, here, here, here, here, here, and so on?
4178  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trust Abuse - Lutpin - With Reasons on: March 17, 2016, 08:04:25 PM
i am an alt of you!
Quoted as evidence
Thank's for securing the evidence.
I'm going to list him, oh sorry, us, or do we say "me"?, in the known alts thread.
Now everyone knows, whywefight!

the staff missed on templatep2p and you know ... everything gone....
Hm, I guess I have to make that a little more clear.

4180  Other / Meta / Re: Proposal for changing pay per post signature campaigns to fixed payment ones on: March 17, 2016, 06:25:29 PM
Seeing as OP was a part of a pay per post campaign co-managed by me back in their junior days, I'd have one more question, if I may:

If someone is in a pay per post campaign then he will try to post the maximum number of posts counted in that payment period, hence creating spam.
If someone, let's asume it's you, was in a pay per post campaign, then you were trying to post the maximum number of posts counted in the payment period, hence you were creating spam.
Right OP? Were you sig spamming?
