4161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin make someone the richest in the world? on: November 22, 2020, 05:00:35 AM
I came to investigate the richest man in Africa, he is not a bitcoin users, but a business man who don't depend on bitcoin investment.
The richest man in the world, he is not a bitcoin users but a business man who use fiat Money to invest and make a good profit.
Is there any way someone can use bitcoin to invest and become the richest in the world?
Your opinion is needed.
This is the problem with you people,You are comparing Bitcoin to any business though this is far different from each other.

Bitcoin is a currency and must be use as payment method,The problem is the nature in which the early adopters Made big Money just by Holding thats why People inside crypto tend to Keep holding for a chance of becoming instant millionaire.

But your point is correct that Richest people might not know or not investing in crypto But they continue to get richer.
While people inside this market are still seeking for a Jackpot that their coin will Go mooning and their Money will multiplied by hundreds.

Start having a life outside this market,Just use this for investing and work and progress outside.

Would you mind updating this thread in future?about the outcome of those airdrop mentioned in OP?i wanna know if there are still sets of airdrop that brings profit to the community because the majority of what i have read are scam and BS.

I'm not a fan of Airdrop thats why i have a little knowledge about this,But what i learn more about the sentiment of those victims.
4163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will the current Bull run stop on: November 22, 2020, 03:26:06 AM
Hey, i think another round of newbies getting entangled and trap in the current bull run is about to happen. we watch bitcoin move very fast from 15,000k to 17,000k within days . Not just the normal gradually process but as fast as we never espect.it looks exactly the same way it happened in 2017. many got trapped and they regrets the move. the ground is set and i am certain it will happen again.
Everything Mooning like someone is sitting somewhere pushing the gas. experience traders are riding the bull and making money, influencers are pushing those that care to listen while the Newbies are screening. GO BITCOIN, GO BITCOIN.
Just be careful and Never forget to use the stop lost(its like a seatbelt) because we will definitely meet the bears on our way up some day. But that day is not soon so lets enjoy the bull together.
While we are just enjoying the Run now, then here you are asking for When this will end or stop?

Ripple is just starting now,and you can see the growth is more than 30% just this day so i think this Bullrun will continue till End of this year.

Let us all pray that this is the much awaited Bullrun and effect of halving.
4164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Player protection - stop loss limit on: November 22, 2020, 03:08:37 AM
Hi guys, as you know some casino/bookmakers offer "player protection" giving ability to set up a stop loss limits.
What happens if a player lose more of this limit and continue to gamble despite any "protection"?
This sounds like a joke  Grin gamblers usually plays as long as they have money to spend and lose ,i don't know whats the main objective of these casinos having
this protection for players when the truth is they wanted us to play and play constantly as they are aiming for our money and not our protection lol.
Nothing much happen if ones cross the limit. They have just broken their own rules, thats it. And by breaking their own rules, they will have less chance to earn money with gambling.
Well in some factor this will Help those gamblers that wanted to change their gambling habits and have at least pattern on what to do for a change.
Quote
Traders for entertainment usually dont use this function. Only gamblers who want to make money use this and therefore, they have to be disciplined with their own rules.
Mature gamblers knows what they want and which to do,so this features don't really matters for them.
4165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spend or HODL Bitcoin during COVID-19? on: November 22, 2020, 02:44:47 AM
I already spent some of my crypto holding because of the lock down.
I didn't have enough cash so I rely on crypto and started to make a small business in my neighborhood,
So far I could say that it is fine I manage to gain my capital and now I am making some profit.
it leaves us no choice but to take some part of our holdings,I also did same thing because of being afraid to be infected so i use crypto to purchase some items online and also pays for my bills the whole Pandemic lockdown.
Though month ago since the situation comes semi normal,i got to gather money to cover my withdrawals that time.
and now i am ready again for Holding.
4166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be used instead of paper money on: November 22, 2020, 02:18:27 AM
"Bitcoin will be used instead of paper money"
we all know about Bitcoin. Even a few years ago no one had any idea about the sale. At today's price of 18 thousand dollars, the price of 1 bitcoin.
Sorry but a brief review mate,Bitcoin traded 20,000 in 2017 and that is 2 thousand higher than the price now.
Quote
It is a remarkable revolution. Bitcoin needed only one thing. Big companies accept Bitcoin. But it has been
somewhat successful in 2020.
Well the 2017 pump says a Bubble but this time?i think  this is legit growth as many investors are proclaiming their support in Public.
Quote
Bitcoin is going to be the currency of the future. Its value will increase at such a rate in the next five to six years. Which no one could have imagined. One is just people believing in bitcoin. If you use paper money you can destroy that paper money. but you can never destroy Bitcoin. Which you can't catch. There is no question that you will ever destroy it. This is mainly due to the differences between Bitcoin and paper money.
Well before becoming the currency of the world,Bitcoin first need to be adopted and accepted worldwide and that is the main problem here.
4167  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin be Trade at $318,000 by End of 2021? on: November 22, 2020, 02:05:46 AM
is it possible that will happen? Of course that's a question that will be done to anyone. There are many versions of the answer that will happen and everyone will be happy if there is an increase in the price of bitcoin. but are we realistic enough to be able to set such a high price. It is also the opposite of what you are saying.
Actually it is not about the value that needs to tackle here because in future Bitcoin will reach that value but the problem is When will this be happening ,2021 is just a year from now and having hindrances Bitcoin is taking slow to reach the top.
it has been trading for $18,000 and almost 19k but still dropping again and again.
Quote
If we look back from the first and second halving, it can be seen that the% difference in price from the first to the second is quite high. is that the reason for such high prices? I myself see from the Halving prediction it is also quite fantastic if it is true.
Those past 2 halving brings almost double from the recent meaning what we are waiting now is at least $40-50,000 grow for Bitcoin.

But since the pandemic strikes the growth is paused but now seems like trying to Get up for accomplishing the target price for this 2020 halving.
4168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Token on: November 22, 2020, 01:50:01 AM
Are there scam tokens in UNISWAP?

Who saw before?

How do you describe them?
Scam tokens are always present in healthy market so even in Respective exchange there is always scam and ponzi.
And now this Uniswap?after climbing that fast?for sure those scammers are going with the flow now and trying to ride in Uniswap popularity.

But distinguishing scam from Legit is a though Job and only Market experts can analyze and name them.

But there are already some Scam projects that has been mentioned in some thread here in altcoin.
But of course Greed will always bring those noob to become victim,.
4169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Values of Bitcoin & Altcoin are correlated on: November 21, 2020, 01:43:01 PM
The value of bitcoins has been increasing rapidly but altcoins are not because that is the correlation, you feel the value of altcoins is gaining the best momentum after the achievement of bitcoin because that is what happens so the pump and dumping of both bitcoin and altcoin will correlate. Something to be afraid of is that when the market trend is negative because of the big fall of bitcoin it will also make the altcoin market collapse, it's different when the decline in bitcoin after reaching ATH then at least there is still a moment for altcoins to reach the moon.

Many think like that. But it's not a correct one.Bitcoin helps other coin to shine by shining in the sky. When the bitcoin price increased and reaches the sky.It spread awareness among people.Mostly people try to buy a cheap coin and that lead to the buying of altcoin.
well thats exactly happen on crypto in the past,  most of project using bitcoin new ath to pump the price, with news and development release on schedule
Scheduled release sometimes not going to happen as they are usually extended or paused for some reason,But yeah in past News are really indeed the reason why the coins pumping and hitting their Hype.

masive inflow from outside crypto make new waves fresh money hitting the spot, the party getting crazy each day creating fomo in every side

4170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another mistake in Bitcoin fees? on: November 21, 2020, 01:27:42 PM
how do you know that this is a mistake and not intentional?

i am always skeptical about these cases being a "mistake". all wallets that i have seen already have a good way of warning the user of "absurdly high fees" to prevent mistakes like this one. they look more like bribes to miners or possibly even a money laundry case although a pretty bad one at that.
So for some posts related to this in the past that i thought it is a mistake, now it is clear that all is intentional?how great these people are of either bribing or laundering the money pretending to be a mistake considering that this transaction comes from exchange.
This is very sad to know there are so many new people in this industry who are doing first time transaction using bitcoin so that's why they are making mistakes like this one I will highly recommend to learn sending and receiving bitcoin before making actual one
it is not a newbie in transacting and if you will only read the first page of this thread you will find suspicious activities behind this transactiob.
4171  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise (!?)|| November 2020 on: November 21, 2020, 11:44:03 AM
Not all of them actually, in fact some casinos are giving us an option to use altcoins to avoid the high transaction fee, and I think at this moment, the transaction fee is not high anymore, so if casinos had increase it before, they better get it back to normal now.
The increase in fees when making withdrawals is due to the factor of the increase in the price of bitcoin, whereas for withdrawals using other altcoin methods I don't think the price increases, because I see there are still some gambling places that still have fixed withdrawal fees, it's just that possible transactions to the designated wallet will take longer to confirm.
You have a point there, why need to push withdrawing in High fees coin when there are altcoins that has Lower fee and also faster in transacting?

I use Doge wayback until i use Ripple in which always cheaper to withdraw, also there is Tron and some alts that will fit your desire in fees.

Yeah, that's true I also notice it in some sportsbooks on which it takes almost 1/6 of your total earnings, which is not that so good for every gambler and earner. I have experienced it once and I was shocked because of its transaction fees, I expected to receive $20 but almost only $15 I received from that transaction from the casino. The worst thing here is that when the value of the bitcoin pumps then the transaction fees will get higher.
maybe also because of the on going Bull that Bitcoin and some other coins are increasing in value?
but anyway like what i said above we still have options and can decide which to use for a certain time.
4172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What was the biggest airdrop you have received so far? on: November 21, 2020, 07:08:03 AM
I don't really remember how much because i am not lucky ever since,i have joined multiple airdrops and bounties in the past but mostly brings me BS.

No wonder why many of airdroppers are claiming to be scammed and victims.

I rarely follow airdrops. however, if I think about it, I participated in the XLM airdrop program in 2013/2014. I forgot the year, but it was a pretty big airdrop for me. Well, as far as I can remember, it was a paid airdrop which prompted me to learn more about crypto.
Yeah many airdrops becomes the bridge of people to learn about this market and this forum, some of the people i met here claims to earn and learn from airdrops though i am still not as lucky as them.
4173  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Popular Investing Strategies for Beginners on: November 21, 2020, 06:41:03 AM
I don't plan doing any strategies these days because the market seems to be continuously pumping so why do i need to use others when Holding is the best way to treat this market now.

i will keep on Holding until the price reached my target value in which 22,000 or more .

a good strategy for beginners in my opinion is easy, if you really have a lot of capital, maybe $ 10k,
you can invest 50:50 in two cryptocurrencies, you can analyze it by looking at ROI and fundamentals,
if ROI is still negative and fundamental good, of course it is highly recommended,
and also you have to invest in coins that have low prices.
That should be diversification and the most popular way for the old timers when they already knew that we cannot put all our money in single egg.
4174  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin be Trade at $318,000 by End of 2021? on: November 21, 2020, 04:34:29 AM
Bitcoin now reached $18k value which is near at the last ATH value. However there are some people that predicts more than the value of last time ATH.
Close to 19,000$ now

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/

and seems like we are now getting to ne ATH within this year alone and i cant wait what comes next.

Actually this is what they need to accept that adopting Bitcoin is the future of each banks now,or else they will be behind the future of currencies.

Truth is yet to prevail but about the ATH is clearly around the corner.
4175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how add security to our bitcoin ? on: November 21, 2020, 04:17:20 AM
Hello,

i don't know bitcoin very well but i have money in btc on coinbase. I am not sure have money on coinbase is very secure. What do you think about it ? Is there a way for have bitcoin with security because i scared coinbase block my account or give information on how much money i have on it, i think it is not very anonymous
You are not safe with that exchange because there are so many claims of having issue to that Coinbase site.

Try to have your own Ledger nano to keep safe your bitcoin and be secured holding that coins of yours.

And please prevent your self from leaving your crypto assets in any exchange because that is not reliable way of investing.
4176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 5 EASY WAYS to MAKE MONEY w/ Bitcoin & Cryptocurrencies! on: November 20, 2020, 10:51:41 AM
Store NFT and be rewarded, Farming was never that easy - buy nft from https://www.kingswap.io/ and start farming for simple NFT storage. What can be easier?
10k tokens per block if you own premium KING NFT. It is more then most of Uniswap pools! Also well known team and prominent advisors and audited smart contract

prominent team? What do you mean? They have only few team member with images and few without. But I don't see any info about CEO, CMO... who they are?
This is a solid proof of questionable team so how come that we will trust such team if they cannot even provide legit personality inside operation?

We have seen many projects like this and ending to be a BS ,so for me INFT is just nothing but another Shi*t project that waiting to be reveal.

I have doubts that Gold Secured Currency (GSX) offering 200% to 500% by next year is a heavy promise. Doesn't that sound a scam to you? It's not when there is a bullrun probably.
If Its too good to be true then more or less this is a scam..
Quote
Among the top 5 easy to make money with cryptocurrency you didn't include a gambling platform that could be more attractive and fun for the investors.
Nope gambling area promise nothing but losses, though there are gambling sites that offers staking yet the chance of earning is heavy risk.
4177  Economy / Economics / Re: Mexico's billionaire invests in Bitcoin on: November 20, 2020, 09:41:38 AM
If this is indeed then i surely believe that many Bitcoin enthusiast and supporter are now in Good faith that after many issues still Bitcoin is trustworthy and richest people in the world is investing inside,No wonder that the next richest man in the world from other countries are now thinking about investing here also.
Liquid wealth = money that hasn't been invested into other assets so in short fiat money right? Correct me Smiley.

Either way, a billionaire investing into Bitcoin created a hype in the Bitcoin's price causing some of the investors to invest into it for sure. Rich people and various institutions are slowly investing into Bitcoin one by one so expect for more of them to come and invest.

Maybe we can see reaching new ATH by Christmas Cheesy. I would be happy to see that scenario happening.
actually i am thinking that the ATH may happen soon before December, and we are seeing many good movements this past week .
4178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long until we can bet with bitcoin in real life casinos? on: November 20, 2020, 07:52:31 AM
What do you think?

at some point people will be able to walk in a casino and just bet on slot machines with bitcoin?
or play poker using crypto, but irl?
I don't think this is possible at our time now because the whole world has just being recovering from the pandemic effect and for sure no casino houses are afford to upgrade for now .

Quote
do you think it will become a mass adoption currency or it'll keep as it is on online websites only?
what Mass adoption just because of Bitcoin can be use in casinos?where did you get that idea?

it is not happening just like that.

Quote
of course some merchants and places already adopt crypto and BTC as a way of payment, but curious here:
how long you think it'll take to reach the point where we can bet in real life places with bitcoin?
Years or more?who knows right..But one thing is for sure that this will come 1 day.
4179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPals Bitcoin is a scam on: November 19, 2020, 02:44:03 AM
A good way to advertise your video though Smiley. Posting things like this just to have some views on your Youtube channel. Nice Clickbait.
Same observation mate at first i thought this is really an issue but getting deeper thats what i found that the advertising is the main reason and yeah he may earn viewers in this strategy.

And please don't think that scam is the same as bad service or anything bad. Yes you can't do anything when you buy Bitcoin in Paypal but it doesn't mean that it is considered a scam already. Also think that it has been added just a month ago I think or two so possible that they will add some features that are related to Bitcoin in the future.
Don't bother mate explaining to Him because surely he knew what is the real score and he was just fooling himself for pretending not to.

4180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another mistake in Bitcoin fees? on: November 19, 2020, 02:21:47 AM
As of today looks like someone has just made another mistake on sending his/her Bitcoin, s/he has apparently paid around 2.66BTC ($47) in fees.
~
There will be $47K

This is really scary! that's why I didn't manually construct the transaction fees, I always try to use auto generated fees, just manually set high-low-medium option.
Hope a nice honest miner will refund this mistaken money to the owner.  Cry
Even How generous and honest a Miner is still this is something a Sender must learn because this is cryptocurrency and we must be aware of irreversible transactions so each mistakes must be pay off.

And besides this happens sometimes but we have not hear any claims that there are refunding that be given so Just say Sorry for the sender and Congrats for the miner lol.
