4161  Economy / Services / Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much? on: January 30, 2017, 02:16:55 AM
Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much? Only proof based on real world laws and regulations is accepted.

First come first serve!

1) Reality: Since 3,5 years active and received over 500 online casino scam reports and no one ever lost money when dealing with Game Protect. Smiley

2) Extremely mentally ill bitcointalk accounts belief!

Quote
marlboroza alleges: Due largely to the factors mentioned in this topic, I believe that anyone dealing with game-protect is at a high risk of losing money, and guests would be well-advised to avoid doing so. This determination is based on concrete red flags which any knowledgeable & reasonable forum user should agree with, and it is not based on the user's opinions.

So it was 100%, then it was 50%, now it's 0.

I guess the cash games must be booming with business and they don't need people to be starting tables.

...oh.  Guess not.  Why else would they be taking away something that was helping them?

Wow...
where do you find your data? That's not really the busy type...

In fact I don't see how a site can continue existing with so little users Oo
The explanation is very simple: Betcoin.ag cheat their little users. Jasonort i.e. was scammed for 450BTC, others speak about 950BTC.
4163  Economy / Securities / Re: Selling my $100'000 MtGox claim on: January 29, 2017, 09:00:26 PM
Did you consult debt collection companies?
4164  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'd like to get some bitcoins. Is now a good time to do so? on: January 29, 2017, 08:38:10 PM
No one "knows" when it is a good time to get Bitcoins as an investment. People can only assume, expect or hope.
4165  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam alert : Do NOT INVEST in Genesis Mining on: January 29, 2017, 08:33:06 PM
Can you please quote the contract investors are signing?

What is the name of the company who operates Genesis Mining?

Where are the terms and conditions stated?
4166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be careful of winning on Bitsler on: January 29, 2017, 05:46:31 PM
That is the reason why I have put O.T before promoting my signature. And besides, it is much better to offer alternative site than just saying that he needed to wait for a reply from bitsler team.
So he has an issue with Bitsler and you recommend to play at the Betcoin.ag scam! instead? Yeah, very helpful!  Roll Eyes
4167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: January 29, 2017, 05:34:43 PM
I see there is so many people trying hard to stop gambling their money because they've losing so much
If you not ready to lose your money, then don't even try to gamble!
But first you need to gamble, lose your money and thereafter you will see if you are comfortable to lose it?

There is also a huge difference between losing money you can afford or losing money that would be necessary to pay your monthly expenses.
4168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let's talk about poker! on: January 29, 2017, 05:23:13 PM
Nobody answered on my question, who play poker and who is active poker player here? Except comments discussion about is it poker luck or skill based game you didn`t give me the answer I wanted.
Last time I passed Betcoin Daily Coin Satellite - Step 1/3 and 2/3 but like always in step 3/3 I lose, looks like after first two steps I lose concentration. I have new ticket for step 1/3 so I will try again tomorrow.
Tonight is 250 GTD Weekly THANK YOU Freeroll, who will play this very nice tournament? Prizes are good, it`s nice cause there is never more then 15 players, no re-buys, poker for skilled players in my opinion. Until now I had second places, third places and above. Tonight I have some plans but if not this night then next sunday I will try to take first place. Good luck to all poker players!
If no one answered your question, nobody is playing at betcon.ag, obviously?

If you look at the low betcoin.ag traffic with 20 players in average (micro stakes), your change to meet someone here is very low (except shills).

In addition, if someone like to play Winning Poker Network (WPN) tournaments, he better play directly on WPN skins with a huge cash game and Sit & Go traffic included.  Wink

Based on which laws does PayPal prohibit to sell Bitcoins?
4170  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: January 29, 2017, 04:35:53 PM
Do you have your own poker room or are you a skin on a network?

Their poker room is integrated from a poker supplier, so it is not their own room
Do you mean they use the software from a poker software supplier?

I want to know if only ForuneJack players play against each other, or if FortuneJack is connected to a poker network with other skins/players = larger player pool?
4171  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 29, 2017, 04:17:53 PM
The Lawyers are winning.
And how much did it cost so far? Or is it on a "no cure no pay" basis?

it is based on a percentage same as the mtgox bankruptcy case

these lawyers are saying everything if you read between the lines

which is basically it is well known what occurred was illegal and in time all recovered funds will be distributed with a percentage paid for legal work in the recovery

Do claimants have to pay the court fees?
4172  Economy / Securities / Re: Looking for a partner/investor. 10-20% per day. on: January 29, 2017, 04:08:01 PM
I might not have the best track record but when it comes to money I sure as hell know how to make it.

I may not have the best track record with women, but I sure as hell know how to get laid...   Roll Eyes

This is just another ponzi attempt.  If you knew how to make 20% return per day, you wouldn't need an investor.  Start small, grow as you can.  Don't gamble with other people's money.

I wouldn't have needed money but I had some coins locked in Paxful which were released last night. I'm not gambling and a 20% return per day isn't much with the method I use. I offered to explain it to you nut of course, you declined.
Every bank in this world will give you credits in the height of million, if you are able to prove that you can achieve an ROI of 3600 - 7200% per year.

Every legitimate company will typically reach an ROI of up to 10% per year = 720 times less than you. Cheesy
4173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it legal to run a bitcoin sportsbook or casino in the US? on: January 29, 2017, 06:51:13 AM
There are a lot of online casinos that are registered from the United States. Bovada Casino, Planet 7 Casino to name a few. I guess licensing in the U.S. is a little expensive and thats why majority of the casinos opt into registering outside US and operate from there. As far as I know some of the casinos that do have license from outside U.S. are banned in the U.S. So if your aim is to target Americans then you better get licensing there itself.
Please post the registration number of Bovada Casino in the United States?
4174  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can someone provide a legit site for me to play? on: January 27, 2017, 11:10:02 PM
What will you do if the legit site turns out as a scam later? Legit today, does not necessarily mean legit in 3 months!
4175  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: January 27, 2017, 10:43:06 PM
Directbet - 3.3
Cloudbet - 3.6
Sportsbet - 3.6
betcoin.ag - 3.3
Nitrogen - 3.9
1xbit - 2.8

Betcoin seem to have good days and bad days and its hard to know whats going on with a company that has multiple brands in the marketplace from ultraplay.
Hard to know what is going on = 3.3? And NitrogenSports only 0.6 points more?

If NitrogenSports has 3.9, then betcoin.ag has max 1.5
4176  Economy / Gambling / Re: New bitcoin game: igar.ga - eat, grow, split, multiply bitcoins on: January 27, 2017, 10:33:05 PM
It's not giveaway, it's not faucet. If someone eat you, he will get YOUR money. Not of someone else. That kind of thing named GAME.  Grin

It's free game because owner get nothing from you. Откуда вы долбоёбы-шаровики лезете?

you have to be able to participate without any investment and earn bitcoins with your skills

That kind of thing named "to get a JOB". I'm not the employer.
Ahh, you meant it is free for you and not the players. Now I understand.

Why do you offer this game for free? Are you a welfare office or is it a trap?
4177  Economy / Services / Re: How Facebook Group can Be Very Effective on: January 27, 2017, 10:18:34 PM
You will get banned quickly by the moderators if you spam groups. The golden days of Facebook are gone!

Your theoretical calculation has nothing to do with the reality. If it would be that easy, a lot of people would do it. Nowadays, you have to pay for advertisement on Facebook.
4178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to create own bitcoin gambling site? on: January 27, 2017, 09:20:32 PM
You need money, time and legal advice for the setup.
4179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with CONSUMER PROTECTION SERVICE inclusive? on: January 27, 2017, 09:09:12 PM
Are you willing to pay lawyer and court fees from your pocket, to enforce your money?
4180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it legal to run a bitcoin sportsbook or casino in the US? on: January 27, 2017, 08:50:52 PM
The gaming server and website is hosted outside the US. If the owner/operator lives within the US, he breach US law, if he accept customers from the US!

How about betonline and bodog? There are American citizens' sportsbooks and famous in fiat online gambling industry.
But the owners/operators do not live in the US and the US authorities can basically only act within the US, because illegal gambling is only a white colour crime. It would be something else if money laundering is involved.

It seems like no one has a clear answer on this, everyone is saying something different.. There has got to be some accurate guidelines available somewhere....
No, there are no guidelines and my info is accurate. You usually would need to pay a lawyer for accurate info, but as I go after criminal gambling operators, I know their structure.
