the problem is that msi afterburner cuts itself off after 10min of mininig. and once msi AB is off I have 15mh / s.

On the Windows operating system, the hash rate has dropped. Do not use windows 7 and windows 8. It is better to use Windows 10 and install old drivers (2080), on new drivers the hashrate is worse.
