Guys the latest wallet stealing viruses are testing clean on Virus total, malware bytes, and superantispyware. I actually had a keylogger in my system for weeks that was specifically geared to capture my passwords. The ONLY thing that saved me was my antikeylogger. I could have lost THOUSANDS of dollars. I almost posted an article about EinaiOra coin on my site, but after downloading the wallet, the coin is very unfinished. We need to see stake weight on the wallet interface as well as a proper unlock command. Lets atleast get a logo. I mined it anyway wtf, its electricity. I just wanted to say that I am VERY excited that placebo has taken over this project. For those of you that dont know, Placebo is a very well respected member of the crypto community. Just bought 1 mil ROS. Total trust from me. @Placebo when I get a chance Ill post an article about ROS and the takeover on my site www.bitcoinlasvegas.net . Im averaging about 3000 hits/week, and ranked #1 on google for every popular coin search. @Placebo, this coin has always had issues staking large amounts. When I say large amounts, anything in the 10's of thousands of coins can take days to stake, and then the reward for 50,000 coins is like .02 ROS . So while you are auditing the code, and updating the wallet, please review this so we can stake any amount we want. Ive had to break them into much smaller amounts, it DOES work this way, but its a pain in the ass, and I end up with hundereds of tiny rewards, that I have to regroup. Also because I invested in this coin with the original developer, I dont have to tell you the chain CONSTANTLY gets stuck, and is painfully slow. Yes, as long as the coin is abandoned (open to definition) ANYONE can take full control over the coin. This coin is certainly abandoned as before this dev Yates had not logged on after Febryary 12th 2015. Only when I emailed him, and told him of my intentions he logged on. Out of respect for Yates, im going to give him 30 days to show solid proof that this coin is progressing and most importantly has a fully functioning block chain, and show some king of progress moving forward, otherwise Im taking it over. For those of you not in the know about community takeovers, its 100% legal as it is all open source and nobody owns the rights. I still dont understand what the hell cost $40,000. Im trying to think up SOMETHING and I cant. Ill wait the 30 days, and then its rock and roll Vegas style! The coin will be worth a mint. Im brilliant with money and retired at 42 in the computer business, and never have to work again. Stay tuned!

As a side note, being capped at 8 connections considers you a leech instead of a seed, which means you have a setting jacked up somewhere in a router or firewall or something
It's not a major problem, but the more people the network has at 8 connections or over, the stronger it is
I noticed my VARY wallet isn't getting more than 6 connections since yesterday, even after a few restarts... would love to get the connections indicator lit up again, is there a node list I could add? There is no question, this is one of the strongest of the new coins. Its super popular. I get loads of hits on my site daily from google searches for it. That tells me everything, and it has nothing to do with the fact that probably "synergy coin" is probably the 1st 2nd or 3rd result on google for that search as google points all coin searches to me at the top of their page, but Synergy coin has been getting most of the searches the last few days. If I had to guess at this, I think he downloaded the latest wallet and thats all. I always cleanout my roaming folder in windows, and redownload all fresh chain, when its a hard fork.

I made sure that there would be no potential for overflow errors in the PoS reward calculation, so this is not one of those wallets that have trouble with big stakes. This mac wallet was probably compiled from the original source that has a fault in the POS code, correct? If this is the case he is on his own broken fork.Nevermind, mac wallet was updated, so I think you just need to clear your folder that contains the wallet.dat. Delete all but wallet.dat while wallet is closed and restart. This should fix it. Atleast on the windows version, I had to not only update wallet but cleanout the roaming folder and resync from scratch to get wallet to function correct. Just downloading new wallet was not enough. One last thing to check: settings options and go into "NETWORK" tab and make sure that the option to "connect through socks proxy" is UNCHECKED.

Find the folder, on your mac that has your wallet.dat. Close your wallet and delete everything but wallet.dat. Restart.
If that doesnt fix it, try a repairwallet in console or a -rescan (if supported by mac).
The early version of synergy windows had issues with a broken POS. It is highly probable that your mac wallet was complied from that broken source code.

Check your wallet is syncing, check your clock on your computer. If its windows, close wallet blow out everything in roaming except wallet.dat, and restart wallet. Of course make sure you have latest wallet. Redownload from op and overwrite whatever you have to REALLY be sure.
Definitely make sure your system clock is set right. Make sure you are on the right chain, resync if necessary. And yes, double check you are 1.0.3.0 for the upcoming fork. In other words, "what vegasguy said". LOL. ya.. what I said.. anyway..few more things: IMPORTANT: Update wallet FIRST , before resync. REMEMBER: THIS COIN IS MINIMUM 2 DAYS STAKE!! WHAT THAT MEANS IS IT WILL TAKE *ATLEAST* 2 DAYS AFTER YOUR COINS ARRIVE IN YOUR WALLET TO GET A STAKE. IS YOUR WALLET UNLOCKED? THE UNLOCK IS IN A WEIRD PLACE ON THIS COIN, BOTTOM LEFT. Well it certainly looks like lotto is alive again. Im glad for that. Ive liked this coin. However to the devs that are taking over, can be PLEASE have a bootstrap.dat that takes us into late may 2015 as well as some addnodes, and it might be a very good idea to freshen up the wallet with a new look.
