4181  Economy / Gambling / Re: Where Bartenders Put Bitcoin in Your Drinks on: December 25, 2015, 12:16:51 PM
Nice! I wonder what is are the hardware requirements in order us to play the game. I don't have a high specs computer this time but if I get to play while I can earn bitcoins, I prefer doing that instead.
If it doesn't require high end graphic card, i should be able to play.  its the Shader Model 2.0 or higher that i don't have.

just saw it:
Quote
OS: Windows XP or later
Processor: Dual-core 2.0GHz CPU or better
Memory: 1GB RAM
Video: Shader Model 2.0 or higher
Sound: On board audio with latest sound drivers
Broadband Internet Connection Required
4182  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling My Google Account with Youtube Account with Adsense Account on: December 25, 2015, 12:11:42 PM
Is it possible to sell adsense account? I think there is some possibility of blocking such accounts
can you send me a link of your youtube acc.?
regards
Many people are selling adsense accounts.
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCf2pbavHWk2BVPQzhGywxAg

A lot of people are selling adsense account since the day of Panda update where its almost impossible to earn if they don't have a website that receives 10k traffic a day. Google's Panda update is killing webmasters everyday and so the end SEO. There are still people in the industry who are still hoping to make big while the big ones are becoming more richer.

So if you are not big yet and has no plans of advertising adwords, you might as well just sell adsense account.
4183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Lending - Becoming a lender. on: December 25, 2015, 11:57:40 AM

That is a very simple collateral concept actually so if the loanee has not paid, the lender can have his account and maybe sell it if its in their agreed terms.
and yes you can reset any accounts on the internet be it a social media account like facebook or twitter, this includes forum accounts.
4184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to Paypal promotion. Promo code included on: December 25, 2015, 06:05:24 AM
7 confirmations but no paypal funds .... use extreme caution

Oh no.. Maybe that's it! They must have figured its enough playing the good guy, let suck their btc up this time and run. lol
As long as i don't see any reputable members proving is worth a try, it must be a scam. Scammers are getting really tricky and are trying hard to look not suspicious until they snap it out. i could be wrong though but we'll see.

Anyone got the whois info?

4185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why israeli people love bitcoin so much? on: December 25, 2015, 05:07:19 AM
Why israeli people love bitcoin so much?

They do?

Why israeli people love bitcoin so much?

it is a technically oriented country. i guess that is the reason my friend.
But there is no statistics or evidence to prove it.I think whoever comes to know about the benefits of bitcoin, starts loving it.It applies to everyone irrespective of his cast, color, creed, religion or nationality.

Not only that most of them are businessmen in some other countries.
I don't see much Jews here in bitcointalk though. Or they just stay on their own local forum, that's the sad truth when they just write their text using their own scripts and that they're the only who could understand. I wonder how they spend bitcoin online.
4186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: December 24, 2015, 09:06:06 AM

I don't gamble much of my earnings, i just do it when I'm almost sure I can win, I bet on sports by the way. I do gamble on dice and lottery but don't bet huge amount as I just want to try it.
Gambling site however like fastdice fixed my life though Smiley
Look at my signature, I'm paid for posting and promoting them and it helped me pay my bills somehow.
4187  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are paper wallets really secure? on: December 24, 2015, 09:01:38 AM
Not sure if its secure enough actually. It must depend to where you are like walking around in this tropical country with your paper wallet makes it more vulnerable lol. Or you could lose all its funds when rain suddenly drops while you walk without worries puffing your cigar. p[aper wallet isn't safe when half way going to your house/hotel is a 5 foot flood.

These things should be stored in safes and a paper wallet does not need to be made out of paper. Its just a concept. Personally i'd put it as a digital QR picture and slap it on a couple of CDs and store them safely.

Haven't thought of that but yeh that should make it safe. QR picture should work well. Just hope no one sees it, I remember someone was robbed when he accidentally showed his QR live on TV and didn't take an hour he was robbed.

can uploading it as attached file on the the draft email message be safe?
4188  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: beginners be very carefull on: December 24, 2015, 06:51:57 AM

People had been warned every now and then here in the forum to avoid such as cloudmining is clearly just a ponzi to which they always get away. I can't believe no one ever get even to these companies.
Never have I seen a legit one really.

Genesis Mining was a never a good cloud mining choice indeed.

your signature is linked to a mining company as well so how much would davide get if he invested $65 to them?
4189  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is your gambling stategy? Are you risky, or do you prefer slow? on: December 23, 2015, 03:29:34 PM
i play only on sports betting and in this i do reasearch on match , the teams who are going to play and their past records and grounds strategy, after all reports preparation i play in the match live inplay,  i play slowly , slowly according to the situation of the match.

some time i play dice game

Exactly what I do too. Sports betting is a lot safer although I would want to bet with other gambler instead than playing against the house. I wish someone will create a gambling site which acts as an escrow to bet against gamblers so we need not the bet on odds.

Martingale i think don' work for any game including dice, it will just be a waste.

4191  Economy / Gambling / Re: What does provably fair exactly mean? on: December 23, 2015, 03:13:36 PM
Let's say a casino offers < 49.5 chances to win, in other words, you have 49.5% possibility to win and the house has 50.5%, how is this called, would this qualify has provably fair, or provably fair means you extrictly need to have better odds than the house? but if this was the case how would this be profitable for the casino owners?

Maybe it means 50/50? (same odds for casino owner to win than for the player)?

Please explain this to me as im just a casual gambler and im not familiar with such terms yet.

The short version:
Provably fair means that that you select the client seed and then you are provided a hash of the servers seed. Then you proceed to make bets. Once you are done you can change the seed and you will be given an unhashed version of the server seed. You can then check all your bets and see that you have not been cheated. The system works because all the bets have been predetermined and there is no way to change them.

What you are describing is HE aka House Edge. This is set in place so the house could stay in action and make profits (server costs, maintenance work and running costs + profit). If it was 50/50 the risk would be too big and the house would most likely bankrupt. (tho anything can happen)

I'm entirely lost because of those terms I never understood lol what seed are you talking about. I was expecting an explanation to which a gambler can understood, like I don't understand what unhashed version of the server seed is. what are these client seed and  hash of the servers seed, can we bet these stuff?

isn't provability about how fair the gambling site is and that users can see that there is no way the site admin can manipulate the outcome of the lottery or dice game?
4192  Economy / Gambling / Re: Biggest problem with current Bitcoin poker sites? on: December 23, 2015, 12:06:26 PM
I still use to play poker on facebook, maybe this is because it loads faster than bitcoin base poker sites which doesn't also look real unlike having the real table players.
Do you guys think FIRST PERSON POKER site is possible to create, I like to feel the cards are laid in front of me.   Would love to see if it already exist though.
4193  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCRabbit - BiTCoin Lottery on: December 23, 2015, 11:44:25 AM
That's a lot to read to find out all your saying is there is no "PROVABLY FAIR"
Can't you just use random instead. maybe edit the script to simply execute how many tickets were sold before the scheduled hour of the draw, a sequence is then counted and use the random.org to generate who wins. I believe some scripts already exist and it think this could prove provability.
4194  Economy / Services / Re: Troll for hire on: December 23, 2015, 11:27:48 AM
Can we check a portfolio of what troll accomplishments you have done in the past? Smiley

There had been several attempts where a user tried to gather trolls in bitcointalk.org to which they are for hire. one of them even have a website ready for their services. An army of troll really can damage just about any ad campaign and this includes the signature campaigns here.

see OP's 1st post what you need more in his portfolio  Grin isn't his 1st post of this thread  a big troll ?  Grin

Ah yeah this thread itself is a sole evidence of what he can do. I can see it caught our attention.  Someone should really hire him. OP how much dyou ask per hour?
Your skills are very much needed check this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1288600.60
seem like they're trolling each other for awhile now. one might hire you.
4195  Economy / Speculation / Re: This is the sign that the price will go down? on: December 23, 2015, 11:13:49 AM

But when the price will go back? The price is just like on november so i think it will go down.
Thats why i need some opinion to make sure this crash will recover sooner..

if you mean recover its bearish trend tomorrow, it might not be possible lol.
You won't be able to cash out now either way, Philippine banks and money transfer services will be off starting tomorrow and may resume on 26th. What are your worries brother, the local forum can help. Smiley
4196  Other / Meta / Re: You guys need to fix the ban evasion issue before making another forum. on: December 23, 2015, 10:56:11 AM
How could they fix the ban evasion issues ?
the use can create a new account by using proxy (if you are thinking that you can track the evader by the IP)
or he can use proxy with new computer , the user can refresh and delete his previous cookies to remain anonymous.
Its really hard to fix this issue if i am not wrong ?
Anything is possible. Where there's a will, there's a way and they're not having the will so how can there even be a way with no will? They don't even care to ban scammers. According to a  member's comment, scamming isn't against the rules because if they cared to stop it, they would have done it by now. The site is constantly being screen capped and web captured.

It's little things like this that honestly worry me that this site will be taken down and I don't want it to at all.

You say "everything is possible" but not really give out a concrete way to do it. And the reality of things is: There's no way to stop people from circumventing new bans. I mean it's bad enough already that if you want to create an account anonymously with Tor you need to pay BTC because the tor node was previously banned.
The only way would be to close registrations and start an invite-only policy, but this would be against the site's interest since you would lose lots of traffic, and even then, scammers would end up finding invitations.

Let's not ruin this great forum for the legit users because of the bad user's fault.

Invite only is going to kill the bitcoin economy which is more important than all these forum issues. Keep in mind that if no one is using a coin, the coin will eventually die.

While users can register every minute of the day to get another account, there is no way they can scam if people are just aware of the scam possibilities.
Its not the forums fault that they got scammed, they should be aware of how the stuff works before getting into a deal. If the deal is something suspicious, they better cancel it or take their own risk.
4197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nova coin a good investment on: December 23, 2015, 10:43:40 AM

What makes you think Novacoin is a good investment besides the fact that they are around for awhile now?
there are tons of coins who existed years ago and has real purpose really, SEXCoin seem to be great as they are used by cam girls and the rest of those that are in the adult industry.

4199  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scams on Localbitcoins on: December 23, 2015, 08:07:48 AM
I received a bank deposit straight into my bank account, and it was fine.

but someone on Reddit had his Bank of America deposit reversed AFTER it showed up in his online banking

Posted From bitcointalk.org Android App

That might have more to do with Bank of America than anything else. What someone else said is very true, cash in your hand is cash in your hand. Accept no substitutes.

How come an online transfer get reversed ?

It went like this:

A guy bought BTC with depositing money in a branch into a BOA account. After he got the BTC he just went back to the branch and said he maid a mistake and they reversed the transfer and paid him back his cash. The sick thing was, they didn't even request a drivers license or anything...

Nay! That's easy for scammers and you just gave them the idea. Same thing with western union as far as I know can be reverse. So long as the cash wasn't withdrawn yet, the sender can definitely reverse back whenever they want, they just show the receipt and they can cancel the transaction.
