Freedom of choice:

Wear a mask. Get vaccinated. Avoid others who don't volunteer to be infected by you.

Those are some reasonable choices to pick from. Freedom does not mean freedom to harm others and extend a pandemic.
I agree.

Just because we've got freedom, you're free to do as what your will wants. There's still a crucial and important situation that everyone has to consider during these hard times.

Those who are not believing the vaccine and wearing mask, please do not think of how lowly this virus is.

I consider mask safer because you are not getting  man-made foreign things into your delicate body.
By the way, I wonder what those who want everyone to have the vaccine think concerning the possibility of  cases where certain people are immune to the disease, or have strong immune systems that can easily prevent disease or  "soldiers"/defenses that are able to fight and easily defeat the disease? What if these offers better protection from the disease than vaccine? How about natural treatments and cures?
Well, if they are not sure, one of the alternative safety measures in place of vaccines can be mask
It's not about being immune to the virus.

But it's about strengthening your body against the virus. Taking the vaccine doesn't mean that you're being immune but it's lessening the harm effects of the virus.

@boyptc I'm glad I was able to help you friend, I'm here for anything.
You're amazing and will certainly be going to come back if there are some other dreams and other strange things that you've mentioned I've encountered.

I appreciate this thread, thanks!

So the conspiracy theories continues and CP3 is still haunted by this and we will never know the real story about their beef and maybe he can tell it all once he retires as you said.
I've never known this conspiracy but it's freakingly eerie and for sure CP3 has thought about it.

The NBA draft is this Thursday, July 29, we should see more trades being done in the upcoming days.
That's for sure, can't wait for the trades to come and feel the same heat as what we've seen with the Nets roster update before.
4184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ethics of boxing and gambling on: July 27, 2021, 06:31:41 PM
Boxing is a sport and it's different from gambling.

Gambling is just being applied on it since it's also being applied for any competitive battle that people can bet on. It's been there since ancient times and it's a physical sport.

There's also UFC that's giving more damage to its fighters.

I haven't watched One Piece anime for a long time since I'm into its manga. But I guess with its recent episodes, there have been some memorable moments.

Like Jimbei showing up in Wanokuni.
4186  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you define rich? on: July 27, 2021, 04:58:50 PM
Defining this cannot justify any opinion, because the definition of rich depends on the perception of each individual.
You're right that it's depending on everyone's perception of what a rich being is.

But one can justify his opinion about the definition of being rich, you just said that it's depending on the perception of each of us.

~snip~
I agree that they don't want to spoil what their plan really is. Well, what cityam did was probably a leak from any of their staff.

As the fun stopped I've said, it's about the market which reacted quickly that which is already $40k then it drops to $37k so fast.

I read the news but I think the spokesperson doesn't say if no chance for crypto to be adopted in Amazon. He just clarifies that for now, there is still no specific plan for it. So, it is not true if the fun is stopped directly as you said. However, this news probably brings impacts to Bitcoin price or crypto market as a whole. There will be a bit of decrease in almost all crypto today, I guess.
Things can change so fast with their denial and they just don't want to expose what they're planning with in the future. But those hirings that they've posted, it's not hidden.

You just said the 2 most profitable way to earn cryptocurrencies.

But there's also the freelancing part which you might get paid in bitcoin or any accepted cryptocurrencies. You just have to be in the right platform for that.
4192  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Pegasus & phone wallets on: July 26, 2021, 09:17:09 PM
but in 3rd worlds nations such a El Salvador .. isn't the whole circular economy project based on phone wallets.
Not only for them but for every country where bitcoin is massively accepted. Having phone wallets or installing wallets through your phone is very handy.

You just scan when you're paying bitcoin for any transaction that you're about to do and that's why it's common. But whenever you're going to use a phone wallet, you should only put the amount that you're about to spend.

It's not a good place to store for long term.

I've dreamt of many times with snakes that have chased me but I've just threw a rock for each of them and they're all hit a bulls-eye and instantly die.

Does it has some relation to my living or it's a dream that I just have to forget. Well, I've dreamt of it years ago but not anymore these days.

It is very good, because you dominated snakes and killed them, that is excellent, that is, if you win in your dreams, it is the best thing that can happen, that happens because it has good physical strength and personal level. People can see you as someone strong, and at the spiritual level, you are well balanced.
Oh glory!

Those are nice words to hear from those dreams that I've dreamt of years ago. As said, we mostly forget our dreams but those about snakes, I cannot forget them until now.

Thank you for that explanation.
4194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: July 26, 2021, 08:29:57 PM
Interesting to hear the Freddie Roach first choice is Mikey Garcia,

Quote
“He wasn’t my first choice,” Roach said of Spence to Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports. “I was leaning toward Mikey Garcia, because he challenged us several times and so forth. When Manny picked Spence, I said, ‘Congratulations, you picked the best guy out there.’”

https://www.boxingscene.com/roach-admits-spence-not-his-first-choice-pacquiao-he-leaning-mikey-garcia--159392

That's why perhaps the Garcia's camp was surprised that Manny eventually chooses Spence and that's why the lawsuit.

But I guess Manny just wanted a bigger purse and instead goes for a bigger risk bigger reward on Errol Spence.
Manny knows what's best for him and I guess Roach understands who Manny was going to pick by that time.

He has probably been mocked already by those challenges and want Manny to pick him but well, good riddance.

I guess you can get on with the popularity of NFTs today. You see that a lot of people are talking about it already but if you don't want to.

Just focus on bitcoin and its potential and what the future looks like from your perspective.
4196  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin ever go down like 2018-2020 on: July 26, 2021, 10:45:14 AM
Low, if you look at this year's all time high.

High, if you look at last year's price of bitcoin.

And to know if it will go down just as that period, there's no way to determine it.
4197  Other / Off-topic / Re: Your projects for the next lockdown(s)? on: July 26, 2021, 09:22:37 AM
Modifying the bedroom I think is one good project during the next lockdown but I hope that there won't be any lockdown soon in my country. But I'm aware that some other countries have already imposed it.

Improve or modify those places in your house where you mostly take time to relax.

4199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons for newbies loss in bitcoin on: July 25, 2021, 10:46:12 AM
Newbies usually haven't trained their mentality to deal with loss situations so they won't be emotionally stable
besides that the lack of education and training to trade and invest in cryptocurrencies which is lacking also causes them to lose plus cryptocurrencies are very unstable unlike forex
Most newbies are not prepared because they are not yet used with the market.

The market swings are giving pressured emotiom which leads to complex reaction of the market.  Without much education in the market makes them not equipped to take risks.
4200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: July 25, 2021, 09:26:50 AM
I also think that Paquiao could win. He has been training rigorously and his trainer Freddie Roach is convinced that the fight with Spence "It’s All About Boxing Immortality For Manny Pacquiao”.

There is also something curious that I would like to share with all of you.
Pacquiao could gain an advantage in this fight because both he and Spence are left-handed and it seems that it might be difficult to see the most effective punches.
This is what I have seen in some comments from the fans.

https://www.boxinginsider.com/headlines/freddie-roach-its-all-about-boxing-immortality-for-manny-pacquiao/
It's still speculation although I'm saying that I'm for Pacquiao on this match.

But having the same stance is still unpredictable for this match. We all have to wait until both of the fighters have proven both sides to be wrong but only one thing is I'm thinking right now. What do you think people, 12 rounds or via TKO?

If we will see the same power of Pacquiao here, I'll go for TKO, but what round? Hard to say. Betting on Pacquiao here as well. Every extra that I have, I bet on him. The odds on betja at 3.0 for Pac is quite attractive. Though other known bookies here are at 2.6-2.75 in favor of him. Seems that a lot are betting on Pacquiao here.
Yeah, definitely it's hard to predict on which round but as long as it's going to be a TKO then that's what going to matter.

Looks the odds are favorable to the Pacquiao bettors, it might increase more as the fight goes near.
