defo interested to see how this thread pans out, was a question I was going to ask before reading this.
426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do You Know Anyone In Jail? on: May 22, 2013, 03:44:39 PM
Yes, please get more criminals into cryptocoins, we don't have enough of them yet.

Not everyone in jail is a criminal. Tons of people are in there for unpaid parking tickets and possession of pot.
Victimless offenders, who if they had more money, would have more privacy and could pay their tickets.

I agree with you, I did time for growing and think your idea is a good one, I would love to talk to you more about the idea, as one of the things on my project list is to go back into prisons and help people ready for release.

the otc-uk meant to be used for trading coins not general UK chitchat but theres nothing stopping us UK lot starting a UK chat hash on IRC,

me and mark lyford have already had some skype chit chat with a couple other like minded UK lot. so skype is another option for those wanting to get businesses set up where anonymity is not going to be an issue to argue about

we just set one up Frnaky on irc.mibbit.net #bitchat see you in there maybe ?

431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin banks? on: May 22, 2013, 03:34:07 PM
the idea of being my own bank has always appealed to me, I have always wanted to own my own, the closest I got was owning half a pawn borking company. Bitcoin  you can be your own bank. Although saying that the UK government are talking about setting up their own exchange, thats the first step to becoming a bank maybe

440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Putting a UK group together on: May 18, 2013, 11:14:55 PM
I am planning to put a UK specific group together with the aim of  helping each other. I am planning to setup a UK based alternative energy mining farm and think it would be a great help for people in the UK to together. UK specific issues can be discussed, mining alternatives and group meetups can be arranged both on and offline.

If you are interested in being part of it please hit me up on here, via email or on skype

Cheers all

Mark
