3 of 4 of my MN had no problems with ./dash-cli masternode start
but one of them says
Not capable masternode: Hot node, waiting for remote activation.
:/ and i did same for all of them... i just did -reindex and deleted peers.dat on that MN but no help, any clue why is this happening?

Today my masternode service got better for one more MN
Thats total 4 MN in Rux MN services.
I hope new shareholders will come, my FEE is max 15%, that include servers fee, updates and monitoring.
p.s.
I have one more guy who have aprox 4.000 DASH, belive it or not, guy have so much BTC, he bought contract for mining worth 2 BTC, and forgot on what website he have those DASH.

all blocks resolved ? :/ you can never resolve all blocks because there were be new transactions always and there is difficulty to bear in mind... so what are you say is probably impossible, someone correct me if im wrong yes ,Situation existed that all 22 million coins mined in 6 month by community. From my understanding it is theoretically possible, BUT at this very moment I dont see super mega advanced revolutionary computing power any near from now. If that scenario happen it will effect all cryptocurrency, BUT like Rux mentioned difficulty will help things out to once massive computing power is in production, we will have time to adjust algorithm of X11 in order to mitigate all blocks being mined fast... I really dont see it happening anytime soon... and yes there should be solution if that scenario comes in range of risk management. but guys, you do realize that even after 22 milion coins were mined, blocks are still ongoing, new transactions need to be confirmed, and train is moving on without mining .... miners wont be miners more, even now its not miners, more like confirmators who get paid in mined coins im hope im not wrong |

Guys im doing setup for a costumer, he has 1000 DASH i do the rest of job!
But when he try to start MN from his local wallet he said he get
"not capable masternode: Could not connect to xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9999"
what could be the problem?
I updated 2 MN and 1 fresh install yesterday to .47 with no problems so im kinda confused :/
Could be a couple of things. Wrong IP, or VPS doesn't have the port open. Also, double check you have listen=1 it was Listen=0 i dont know how that got there, but problem should be gone... waiting for client to come online so that he can fire up MN from his local wallet! p.s. I have 700 DASH ready for another masternode, i need 300 DASH more, so if anyone is insterested let me know! Long live DASH |

Guys, me and rentahash have 400 DASH ... As some of you know, i also have Masternode service like splawik and rest of the guys! Currently i have 2 MN active, and so close to third! we are short 600 DASH for Masternode, is anyone interested to pinch in with us? OTOH? anyone? I have server ready, synced, just waiting for dash.conf to be configured and masternode could be active! EDIT i just got 300 DASH more, so thats 700 DASH for masternode ready! 300 SHORT, cmmon who's with us?? EDIT 2: i dont take any fee, only fee is monthly 5$ that i take from MN earnings to pay server! |

We're definitely open to improving the pool distribution if anyone has ideas. However, PoS is incompatible with anything that uses masternode quorums. The quorums are chosen based off of the proof-of-work hash, so if we were to switch to a proof-of-stake model, we would end up with less secure hashes and other issues that would have to be addressed. That would allow an attacker to pick the masternodes that approve a transaction lock for example, something that we definitely want to avoid.
I might have an idea, but maybe it is too hard to implement. I believe as we all want to have as much spread of the hashing on one side and pool owners to have much profit from their miners on another side is really hard to meet. My idea is to use power of MNs in a way that every block which is mined on a pool with the higher/highest share of total hashrate should earn less DASHes then normal 50% of the block. If it can be implemented dynamical sharing the earnings of a block pool/MN we could dynamically solve spreading of hashes as miner will leave top hashrate pools by himself. So I am see it as like the more blocks you are finding in time the less profit you are getting from it... at the end of the day whole hash spreading should meet the equilibrium of spreading near to p2p pools. Also pools could compete again in % of fees as they used to... Maybe it is not possible to implement easily but I think it is a good idea for dynamically change block rewards for miners and MNs. I really think that this idea has potential, would like to hear from devs if they see it in a same way? Dynamically block reward is already achieved = difficulty of the network, so we could adjust it more per block with dynamically sharing block reward miner/MN as it is already on protocol level. pseudo math just to maybe represent better idea: DBR = dynamically block reward for miner in DASHs BR = block reward in DASHs = 5 DASH NSBR = network percentage of block reward for miner in percentage = 50% BPT = blocks found per time (defined time frame, lets say 1hr) for a miner , lets agree maxBPT to be 10 just to prove theory, if miner founds more then 10 blocks per time we will still use 10 in equation DBR = BR * (1- log(BPT)) * NSBR/100 And for MNs reward is = BR - DBR something like this Well does this sounds interesting ... maybe we are on way to fix that 51% blockchain attack Good one rentahash, you could be in dev team for ideas EDIT: congratz on V12 guys, 2 masternodes updated 1 min ago! when im syncing wallet i get this stuck more than 15min  EDIT2: finaly INSTANTX working like a bullet!!!!!!!! also now sendtomanyix command will rock DASH world, thank you thank you thank you!!!! |

Private is different than anonymous. You can be private but have your assets known to the world. You can't do that with anonymity. Anyway, it was discussed, and Darksend is legacy Darkcoin, and explicit enough without the negative connotation. Hardly anyone wanted to change the name and thought it would be good historical touch to the origins of Dash. Darksend, and is, sending without your identity being seen = anonymity. privaTX does sound fine though, no doubt about it. privaTX +1 well i support instanTX and privaTX  sounds catchy, i know some of the known FUDsters will be pain in the ass when they start to FUD darksend like darkcoin is still here |

why are you getting removed from that exchanged?
People were rather using other exchanges so there was not enough volume remaining for them. and they were acting like assholes, didnt want to change DRK to DASH on purpose i fricking hate bitfinex i hope they choke in their own vomit im sorry for my rage, but thats the way i feel now |
