Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin
At first I am not aware what is bitcoin and how I am going to use it. I first heard it in other forums that I am also a member, its around 2014 that I first meet the bitcoin and after that I didn't stop to follow the bitcoin and I research more on how to earn it.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoins? on: November 30, 2017, 11:34:52 PM
Bitcoins can be used to buy stock subtly. Similarly, worldwide portions are straightforward and ratty in light of the way that bitcoins are not settling to any country or subject to control. Privately owned businesses may like them in light of the fact that there are no Mastercard charges. A couple of individuals basically buy bitcoins as a wander, assuming that they'll go up in regard.
Aside from it bitcoin is the mother of all crypto currencies and bitcoin is the reigning world champion as of now with regards to it's value.
This is how the in demand bitcoin is therefore we can use bitcoin in different ways for us to gain profit.Either you are  planning in a long term plan or a short term one.

Ukrainian Shipping Company Accepts Bitcoin for Faster, Sanctions-Free Global Trade

The global shipping industry could see substantial benefits in using bitcoin as a Ukrainian shipper negotiates its first bitcoin transaction.

Varamar Ltd., a shipping company based in Odessa, a port city in southern Ukraine, will be among the first shipping operators to accept payments in bitcoin. According to Bloomberg, the shipper is currently negotiating its first transaction in bitcoin with a client and will accept the cryptocurrency going forward.

One of the world's oldest industries, the shipping sector is known to be notoriously lazy to adopt new technologies. However, bitcoin solves a critical process that has routinely plagued the modern shipping industry – payments. Specifically, the world's first and most prominent cryptocurrency will enable shipping operators to transact with customers in countries clamped down by global sanctions that affect traditional payments through banks.

Varamar's founder Alexander Varvarenko told Bloomberg:

Paperwork for transactions is a complicated issue with banks, and bitcoin payments will help solve that by being faster. It could also help solve payment problems in countries like Pakistan, Russia, Sudan, Yemen, and Qatar, which have safe companies but are victims of sanctions being imposed against their governments.

Other industry firms are catching on too. Russian chartering and shipping broker Interchart Shipping Inc., is reportedly working on establishing payment rails through bitcoin since some of its customers are effectively cut off from transacting in dollars via banks. One of the firm's partners, a Gibraltar-based grain trader Quorum Capital is keen on the "new way of payments" while admitting there was still homework to be done.

Cool

This is another good news to bitcoin community but I am not sure if that company will long last to it as the transaction of the bitcoin didn't improve and its fee is still the same.
There will be more company to adopt bitcoin if bitcoin can make the transaction faster and its be will be lower.

425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in bitcoin on: November 30, 2017, 09:46:17 AM
why invest in bitcoin when u can invest in real stocks market?
Real stocks didn't raise your investment that much compare to bitcoin therefore I choose to invest in bitcoin rather than in real stocks.
As you can see the value of bitcoin now and way 2014 its value is only 300$, if you have invested even 1 bitcoin at that time then you can imagine how big is your profit compare to real stocks.
426  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will fall down on december on: November 30, 2017, 08:32:40 AM
Bitcoin is rising too fast. It is not normal. How do you think?
I predict Bitcoin will fall at 7k on December
That's not how the market works, if many will dump their bitcoin in the following days then there is a big chance that the value will go down but 7k USD very low and I don't think that it will go down again to 7k USD.
Maybe it will go down to 10k USD but as what I notice it will continue to rise as their is a small possibility that the users will dump their bitcoin.

Can I ask if 0 confirmation is really possible in every transactions?
I am really curious about it because if it is really possible then why the bitcoin devs didn't apply it until now?
428  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin go Down on: November 30, 2017, 08:17:44 AM
After the top there always a down...is it only a natural assetment of market or someone control this market and try  to cut off the new investitor of last period?
The community and demand controls the value of bitcoin and this is how the market works.
Some are saying that the value can be controlled but I am totally opposing it as I saw how broad the bitcoin owners already therefore the value will not go down easily.
429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I try to win back my loss? on: November 30, 2017, 08:13:16 AM
I have around 500 000 bets placed on FJ
It was a matter of time when this would happen ( placed a lot of bets on not Martingale, so it already happened a lot of times, just not with Martingale)

I got 16 losses in a row
Starting with bet 0.000001BTC
And last bet was 0.03BTC
Counting a 0.06BTC loss total

Now, my question is, should I try to win it back?

I have a total bank of around 1.6BTC on my disposal

Odds of me losing those 16 bets in a row were 0.00179%
Somewhere around 1 to 60 000

Now, if I place a 0.06BTC there's a 50.5% chance I'll lose
If I lose, I place a 0.12BTC bet,  0.505*0.505= 25.5% chance I'll lose
If I lose, I place a 0.24BTC bet, 0,255025*0,505= 12.88% chance
If I lose, I place a 0.48BTC bet, 0,128787625*0,505= 6.5% chance I'll lose

If I lose, I have a total loss of 0.48+0.24+0.12+0.06 (+0.03) = 0.9BTC (+0.03)

Is it worth it?
Should I cut my losses o.o

Odds of me losing 20 bets in a row should be 1 : 860 000
Which, with me having 500k bets, doesn't sound very good
I've been gambling for how many years and I always want to win back the money that I lost but this technique didn't help me at all as we will become greedy in this situation and instead of winning back what we've lost, we are only adding it.
What I have learned from gambling is learn to accept our loses and win back it next time. We have different techniques on how we are going to win so in the end, you will be the one to decide your action.
