421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Despite Many Participants, You Can Still Get Huge Rewards In Bounty. on: August 30, 2020, 06:21:32 AM
I think if anyone has skill for higher tier reward, they would, of course, apply for that slot. But many times, those slots only have a very limited number of participants available so they need to be fast as well. If not, they will only get the bottom of barrel reward.
422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I restart a dead altcoin and continue the development?? on: August 30, 2020, 06:13:01 AM
You want to keep the development going for an already dead or soon to be? Don't, just don't. There are plenty of reasons why coin dead and if you are an outsider, you won't know so don't try to invest your time, money into a dead coin. It is a fool's errand.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know if the project is fake? on: August 23, 2020, 08:33:59 PM
good advice, maybe it can be added in my way like this, I studied the project, the roadmap for updating social accounts and the person behind the project. But I think the success of a project is also influenced by the market, so you have to really understand to choose a project for participate in investing or become a member of the bounty hunter
Checking road maps, news updates on social media and people involved in the project are the first things to pay attention to. And the bounty manager has an important role in attracting bounty hunters, usually a good project will recruit a manager who is experienced and very familiar with bounty hunters.
Yes, checking the project's partners like the bounty manager also a good way to see if that project is legitimate or not. Although roadmap and other news feed on their social media channel won't help much since they know quite well those are the first thing appear in investor's eyes.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always look at the coins MAX supply on: August 23, 2020, 05:58:20 PM
Look at the max supply is the first thing I do when researching any new project. You need to understand the basic feature of that new project to see how their max supply and circulating supply making sense. If that project has a long goal with a sensible case to use their coin, being a high amount of supply or a low amount of supply doesn't mean much, at least for me.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS on: August 23, 2020, 02:29:50 PM
asking for tokens first using the escrow service is not the task of the forum admin but it is the responsibility of the bounty manager, the forum only provides a place for promotion and will not interfere with bounty hunter payment problems
Yes, bounty is only a small part of this forum and the administrators will not be held accountable for it. That is why bounty managers appear on this forum, they will manage projects and keep them running smoothly on this forum and attract more people to join the bounty.
Rightly so, let another 3rd party like the administrators from the forum involved complicate everything. I'm sure administrators of this forum also have better thing to do than being a judge or escrow for some bounty that only have the fund for bounty at a few bitcoin.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could this be the best time to invest? on: August 22, 2020, 03:54:33 PM
If you're not so sure about the market's signal, wait for a while before investing in any project. Don't be FOMO cause you won't lose anything other than promising profits. As long as your fund is intact, there are plenty of chances on the market in the future aka best time to invest. That's all I can say.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How possible is it to make a living trading cryptocurrencies alone? on: August 22, 2020, 03:46:08 PM
Yes, traders can make a meet end day by day by trading altcoins. It is not really that hard or impossible if you know the risk and when to stop trading all together since not every day in the market is the same. It's okay to come back empty for a few bad days in the market.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: August 16, 2020, 02:26:14 PM
There is no simple answer to this since even good projects have failed in the past. You can make good decisions by making sure you do your research and invest in projects that are bringing something innovative to the market but there is no 100% guarantee that you will not lose money. Scam in itself is a broad term and people use it for many different things.
Yes, even some good project turn to scam after all so we can't never completely sure 100% that all people fall for scam project is because they're greedy. A lot of people although very careful and checking everything left and right but still got scam anyway.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you trade if you won't leave your coins on exchange on: August 16, 2020, 10:17:04 AM
Advice is usually like that, you have to twist some part of it to make it work for your case since everyone has their own circumstance. "Never to leave your coins on exchange" harming traders since they can't leave their fund on exchange for long no matter low rated or high rated as you has said. I come up with idea to twist and make it work for me by only hold a part of my fund on exchange while the rest on my wallet.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: August 15, 2020, 05:03:43 PM
I never trust estimate reward on spreadsheets cause I know what they value their coin mean jack shit compared to the market value it. Don't be naive and think the reward after the bounty end will exactly the same on the spreadsheets.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinmarketcap's New Feature "Earn" on: August 15, 2020, 04:59:35 PM
So they will use coinmarketcap as a promotion platform by holding giveaway and airdrop at there for new coins? Look like new coins have more options than ever to promotion. Guess bitcointalk bounty section will slowly in decline if coinmarketcap serious about it.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: August 09, 2020, 05:48:39 PM
I'm dumping right away after I got the bounty reward. I usually don't have high hope for new projects so I dump it right away just to be safe. Depend on how the project did on the progress and potential of the coin, I will buy back with the right price to actually become a holder of that coin. Never mix between a bounty hunter and a holder just because I have that coin for free from a bounty project.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto success takes time on: August 09, 2020, 02:46:32 PM
Impatient is the thing most people lacking. Everyone only wants to see the end result and reap the benefit from it without giving any second thought about how did the project able to get there. If you're like that, please change and have at least a certain threshold of time before demand that kind of result similar to many of top altcoin in CMC.
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: August 09, 2020, 02:39:08 PM
Other than monetary incentives in crypto, I came to crypto for its vision to help and reduce the centralization of fiat and banking systems. I think currency should be decided by the people using it, not by the top that using it as a tool to control people or justify their control because 'much stable'.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you fear the president of your country, one day, making Crypto illegal ? on: August 08, 2020, 05:51:02 PM
Yes, it could be possible but not on the global or worldwide but limited to one country. For example, I can see some countries with high number of crime rates with the drug, human trafficking, homicide,... Could try to ban crypto because they only see it as a payment for criminals. Since my country doesn't have a high crime rate like that so I don't it will be possible for my country.
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: August 08, 2020, 05:19:45 PM
Fearmongering is always resurface when there was a bad time over the crypto market. Pay them no mind and focus on how to take advantages and exploit opportunities of the bad market brings back. Doing that instead of worry or get fooled by scare tactics and who knows, maybe they did that to get more opportunities for themselves when the price is low.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can ICOs come back in the game? on: August 07, 2020, 08:32:19 PM
The biggest problem for ICO is they need to make investors trusting it again. Regulations and structures might work but I don't think it is a game-changer for ICO compare to IEOs. Maybe if there are more successful ICO projects again, people would slowly trust it again.
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The return of ICOs on: August 07, 2020, 08:27:32 PM
If they are met every criterion you said then yes, being ICO or IEO doesn't matter as long as they're a legitimate business. But that is it, nothing would make a normal crypto project goes for ICO and won't cause a return of ICOs.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me or there are others who have same thoughts? on: August 06, 2020, 04:16:13 PM

In the first place, dumping its price in the market was very inevitable and unpredictable. That's why they called volatile, where the price could get up or down at anytime depending on the buyers or sellers. Especially, if the demand is getting higher rapidly while the supply is limited the price has a chance to increase for sure but if the supply are too high while the demand is too low, it means the price will go dump for sure.
Yes and when it happened at the same time after bounty or airdrop was over, some bounty hunters take it as an intentional attack like OP. We need to understand the market, especially for a new coin after bounty or airdrop phrase is very vulnerable to dump. Cause it still young and lacks investors to drive up the price.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty or Airdrop kill project? on: August 06, 2020, 03:50:23 PM
I'm glad that I don't share the same thinking with you, OP. If anyone working in marketing or as a manager, they will know that airdrop and bounty are just a way to promote a new project. Price going low after bounty and airdrop or we called 'bounty dump' is not a new thing and not solely because of airdrop and bounty hunter as they just hold a percent of the coin.
