До не старого времени я был уверен что регуляторы нужно,но позже сообразил,что с приходом регуляторов получить доход на этом рынке будет фактически уже не может быть. Так что не факт что их пребывание сделает жизнь легче на данном рынке.

Ico на мой взгляд надо жёстко контролировать, что небыло нечестных игроков.
Да надо просто взять ico под контроль, сделать каких то держателей денег, и выдавать команде деньги для продвижения по дорожной карте. Нужны деньги для выхода на биржу нате получите, нужно сколько то денег на создание платформы возьмите, а нет так что бы им все деньги разом в руки давались. И как вы это себе представляете? У кого будут эти деньги? И вообще какой в этом смысл если речь идет о самом запуске ICO и сборе на нем средств. даже если предположить что будет реализован какой-то алгоритмы для контроля ico компаний, то также как мошенники стараются заработать на ico компаниях, также будут пытаться использовать данные возможности чтобы злоупотреблять этим контролем. |
