Well, it is dangerous because the government knows that it is not that bad, but at some point, if there will be salaries in ICOs, or altcoins- the salary will not be the same. The incomes of any person, who gets his money in crypto system is always willing to be unstable and changed.

I think the best for invest are still altcoins and Bitcoin with Ethereum, just because there are so many scams appeared in ICOs sphere.

Here is a thing that most of the time hackers are aiming to take money from the ICO or Altcoin as a company, but not from the people who are buying it, or doing the bounty staff. If hackers are doing their job to usual people- for them is like gambling 50/50% just because they do not know how much money we get.

Well, look at it- Bitcoin has got so high price, if we are comparing it with Ethereum. If we are taking the percentages- of course you will be benefited more with Ethereum, because of the high-pricing lack.
