There are tons of scam project, and some legit project didn't success so bounty hunting isn't effective at this rate, maybe when the market starts to recover again, bounty will be good again. Latest update here for all those still following, since this thread is no longer being updated. This end of the week was supposed to be the final deadline from the Global REIT team to complete all pending token distributions, and a new announcement is also expected with regards to the exchange listings. I'm personally holding on my GREM until 10 months pass, by which time the first annual distributions will happen,,, I suggest you all do the same, since I doubt token price will be high anyway!
