421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: wait, who owns the market? on: October 13, 2019, 03:33:38 PM
Nobody owns the market, and no one is incentiviting miners to mine bitcoin, they mine to get rewarded and that is how bitcoin is built. Anyone can be a miner if they have the requirement. Big monies are moving to bitcoin because it's more profitable than the stock market.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Every tiny piece of Bitcoin is worth it! on: October 13, 2019, 03:29:16 PM
This was my neophytic" presumption in early 2017, I would just give out my bitcoin to a centralized system that pays out profit, they all scammed when I needed them most, that was when it done on me that I should never even invest in bitcoin cloud mining. Bitcoin should be held in high esteem. It's always very painful when we let it go so cheaply by not buying back.
423  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 100K$ by 2025 on: October 13, 2019, 03:25:07 PM
You are wrong, you can't tell people when to sell or when to buy. If people don't trade the market how will liquidity come to the market? Most persons don't know we need active traders and users of the bitcoin into to see the needed volatility in the market which guarantees profit and loss. Talk is cheap.
424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Community With No Libra, Bakkt, ETFs and Institutions on: October 12, 2019, 07:16:32 PM
A community without these listed above could have been good but leaving in a world where the government loves power and financial control, it will be very difficult before they will give up their authority to control the financial sector because this give them the power to control the lives of people.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: telegram is coming to blockchain too on: October 12, 2019, 07:12:52 PM
Heard the SEC has asked telegram to halt their token launch after-sales. I don't know why SEC wants to control everything that seems to be very powerful. It seems they sold to US citizens.
426  Economy / Economics / COMMODITY MANIPULATION: DEMAND/SUPPLY on: October 11, 2019, 08:06:32 AM
Hello guys,

I understand when we have limited supply, and higher demand, the price will naturally be forced up. This is good for currency provided the currency is fulfilling its purpose.

Now, I have an issue with government controlling the volume of crude oil to be produced per day by OPEC nations in other to avoid price crash, well this will just make nations without crude oil to pay through their nose, and nations with bad management of the resources will suffer too like Nigeria, which export their crude oil and later buy the finished product, thereby paying what is known as subsidy on the refined product, in other to make it less expensive for her citizens, thereby pushing the nation into debt. I also read that in USA, some farmers are paid not to farm in other to keep the price stable and not crash them, whereas we still have people suffering in the world and in the USA.

My question is this: what if we just crash the prices by increasing production, and ensuring other manufacturing sectors are running to balance human needs in the world?  Although this is different from currency.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best DEX out there? What do you guys think? on: October 11, 2019, 07:51:56 AM
IDEX was my favourite decentralized exchange, it was easy to use, but then it was "improved" and I immediately stopped using it. Don't want to deal with it any more. I switched to BInance DEX, the most secure and trusted dex for now. Also I always use WAVES dex, as I am a fan of waves project.

Idex is still okay and still easy to use, only that you need to register with your email and password, and must conduct KYC if you are to withdraw more $5k/day. What you just need do is login with your email and password, and connect to IDEX with your Metamask, I am currently trading Xbase there. I can't say if Binance DeX is the most secured dex, besides they have limited tokens trading there.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best DEX out there? What do you guys think? on: October 11, 2019, 07:47:16 AM
I am waiting for a decentralized exchange that will support diffrent blockchains in a same time. I mean, for every blockchain we have DEX platform, but it is time to create DEX platform for all blockchains and their coins, don΄t you think?

There is a project called Bandex, I read they support multi-chain. This project bounty was conducted in alphabounty0x, I wrote something about them on Reddit, I have not been following upon them. If they succeed, they will attract the needed liquidity in DEX.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters needs to start respecting themselves on: October 11, 2019, 07:42:09 AM
Please, don't dictate for people what to join and what not to join as regards low budget, more so, some persons don't look at budgetary allocations. There was a project that did a bounty and paid out in bitcoin, instead of writing bitcoin values, they opted for Satoshi and quoted the value in Sat, which made people to be confused and participated in it, that is fine, people will need to learn for themselves or ask quality questions.

The problem is not a low budget but a scam project. We should warn people never to promote scam projects and not necessarily low budget. As for me, I will never promote low budget bounty and won't stop others from promoting it, it's a choice.
430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UNICEF is now accepting donations in Bitcoin and 8 altcoins on: October 10, 2019, 07:50:26 AM
That is good. UNICEF is an arm of the UN if am correct. This means the UN supports the power of cryptocurrency, this move will help them get anonymous donations and bypass bank charges and limitations.
431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Most Redundant Topic In This Forum on: October 10, 2019, 07:38:47 AM
People will keep asking about bitcoin prices. It's believed that here is centred on bitcoin discussion and one can always get attention about a possible direction of the bitcoin. So I expect more of such questions to keep coming. This forum built my confidence on bitcoin when it crashed to $3k+, only wishing I had known this forum earlier.

433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: waiting for altcoin season might take time on: October 09, 2019, 11:17:30 AM
I have stopped waiting for the altcoin season. For me,  I now ride the bear, whatever happens, I take full responsibility for my actions. Some persons still make money from this bear market.
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good news form North Korea on: October 06, 2019, 06:57:37 PM
Hmmm! little rocket man trying to get freedom for his citizens. This will help his citizens to gain from the global market, as for the state cryptocurrency, I am sure the US may thwart their effort because of existing sanctions. They should just adopt bitcoin as an alternative payment medium and forget sate own coin.
435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Redistribution to the "right hands" on: October 06, 2019, 06:23:37 PM
We can't say for sure when the market will be stable, it's more like a cycle thing.  As for your allegation of deliberately manipulating the market, there are many sides to this thought, anything is possible, the fundamental analysis does play a major role in the pricing of bitcoin.
436  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Notice: Coinexchange is shutting on: October 06, 2019, 06:14:23 PM
It's a sad one for coinexhange. One thing that has really dealt with coinexchange is repeated listing of shitcoins and lack of good trading volume, people should be trading less there. I love coinexchange, it was my most used exchange in 2017. If you know, you know.
437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Popularity of BITCOIN on Twitter Declining? on: October 05, 2019, 04:36:18 PM
I think the decline if the result is true should be due to the falling price of bitcoin from its ATH, this doesn't mean the bitcoin is not still heavily searched for on another platform especially google.  Some persons think bitcoin will not rise in price again because of what they have been wrongly thought, and they carry the same rumor about.
438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee To Launch New Decentralized Exchange – McAfeeDex on: October 05, 2019, 04:24:27 PM
It will be better McAfee keeps his role as a Cryptocurrency entertainer and a bitcoin predictor than launching a DEX. I don't want him to mess up himself like he has been doing.
439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you think Bitcoin is the world's most widely used cryptocurrency, you're wrong on: October 04, 2019, 11:00:54 AM
Teether acts like a safe Haven. It helps to quickly convert from a volatile market to a stable market. Not many persons daily use it in my country, people have more trust in bitcoin and will rather use it because of its volatility, as they stand to gain from its price movement than USDT.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Betting : A big problem to crypto? on: October 04, 2019, 12:58:36 AM
60% is a huge number which I doubt the statistic is accurate, even though it's, people definitely have an exclusive right to how they spend their money, provided the things they spend it upon is not against the state law.
