Is it just me or there's no Unify logo at novaexchange? just blank space
I do not see it either but i guess that they probably are just updating the logo or something. They recently updated the ticker so that could be it. Im happy to see alot of hash pointed out at the coin, however i believe it will drop soon because of the current low mining profability atm, so it makes no sense for people to rent rigs :/ Yes, something happenned to the logo when they've changed the ticker. I'm messaged them about it. |

Yeah, be very clear with the acro. There are frequently two or more coins that share at least something like the name, and only differ on the acro a little. We recently ran into some issues getting info for aliencoin and a few that were just like it.
Indeed, I needed to double check that. I simply went to CoinMarketCap.com and typed in (UNF) - it didn't return anything. However someone noticed that there's (UNF) listed at Yobit and it wasn't ours. Later I found that it's Unfed and it's also in CoinMarketCap.com (delisted). However, I think it's good that we noticed this mistake in the beginning! |

1'ST WEEK RECAP MILESTONES:
Complete milestones:
1. Launching an official website.
2. Launching a blockchain explorer.
3. Launching a mining pool.
4. Get listed on at least 1 mid volume exchange.
5. Reach daily trading volume of 5000 USD.
Incomplete milestones:
1. Get listed on CoinMarketCap.com.
As you see things are going very well! Most of the milestones that were set for mid-long term (which I thought might have taken couple months), but they did get complete within the first week in coin's existance. The only incomple goal is to get listed on CoinMarketCap.com. It could have been reached, but I'm having problems since NovaExchange.com listed us with the old ticker (UNF) and still didn't change it to the new one (UNIFY). We must wait patiently for NovaExchange.com to change the ticker to UNIFY and we will be able to get listed on CoinMarketCap.com then. We can't get listed right now, because there's another coin (Unfed) which is listed at Yobit and it has the same ticker (UNF) as our old ticker. We now need to wait for NovaExchange.com to get it changed and then we will be able to move to our goals that are set on the "Whitepaper / Roadmap" listed in the announcment post.
Also I want to thank all the users who are being active on the thread and on the development of the coin. Special thanks to @onnz423, @JustADreamer, @delovoymotiv, @EuroLine & all others who are involved in getting this coin more popular.

We are still having a higher volume at NovaExchange.com than such coins as RDD & DASH, which is nice. However, I'm still waiting for them to change the ticker from UNF to UNIFY.

DESCRIPTION:Unify is a cryptocurrency that was sucesfully launched on June 14'th, 2017. Unify aims at creating a cryptocurrency network that could be used by anyone who doesn't have any knowledge in cryptocurrencies, but wants to be a part of it. Unify is an alternative Bitcoin code based cryptocurrency that works on Scrypt algorithm. Unify uses a "Proof of Work" system, which allows it's users to get rewarded for their mining resources. Unify's reward system for miners is made to be the most rewarding to the early adopters - they will get the highest rewards. Block rewards will be halving every 3000 blocks: ..........Block: Reward: 0-3000......... 3000 3000-6000... 1500 6000-9000... 750 9000-12000. 375 12000-15000 187.5 15000-18000 93.75 18000-21000 46.875 21000-24000 23.4375 24000-27000 11.71875 27000-30000 5.859375 30000-33000 2.929688 33001......... Change to POS system. * As an example - Bitcoin reward halving takes place every 210,000 blocks and rewards miners with 12.5 BTC. After 33000 blocks Unify reward system will be changed from "Proof of Work" to "Proof of Stake". Rewards to be announced later. (Estimated date: ~Q1, 2018) ROADMAP:Following milestones are crucial to reach our final goal: 1. To the people who are selling UNIFY for ridiculous prices at NovaExchange: You will be ashamed of what you've done in couple months. You should have red that the coin will be halving the reward every 3000 blocks, which at the moment is like 2 weeks. Near to 90 percent of whole market cap will be mined with couple next months, which will definitely increase the buy orders & decrease the sell order volumes... PS. I am currently working on whitepaper/roadmap.

@SBDomains I have made a question here but seems users where to happy that UNIFY is listed in the nova exchange. But I want to mine UNIFY but just don't know how and what hardware do I need. Currently I'm mining ethereum and sia coin in the dual mining mode but would like to know if I can mine UNIFY with my rig. I'm new to mining and want to know about the mining part, I'm currently dual mining ethereum and siacoin.
My question is can I dual mine ethereum and unify, I just want to experiment and contribute/earn UNF and hold for a long time.
Sorry I probably didn't notice your message before. Seems like TheMiningPool.mine answered your question. It is mineable as any other coin, simply Scrypt mining rigs are the best to get a good hashrate. Personally I recommend mining by renting a Scrypt rig at MiningRigRentals.com. It can be mined in dual mining mode too, but the hashrate usually is being distributed 50/50 to both the coins that you are mining. |

Ah, might be the case. Hopefully it isn't, but it is really possible.. Well anyhow, at the moment we need to get our ticker changed to UNIFY and then to get listed at CoinMarketCap.com. That's Unify's target #1 at the moment. @Delovoymotiv - it's a long, long road until my UNIFY net worth will be millions, a lot of work required until that happens! |
