Make sure that when you access your MEW account better look at the left corner before the address of MEW if its green. If its not a trusted site, better not use your instinct and try to login. Much better if you use MEW in an offline mode to prevent phishers from attacking us.

In your case, you buy the coins at the peak price and experienced already lost lots of your investment due to the dip price better not sell it. You must hold it until the price of the coins you hold recovers. You lost more when you sell your coins at the dip. The price of as of now of the coins was on the recovering status and maybe soon the price goes to normal and go up again.
