Anyone that still ...

Anyone that still ...

Do you understand that making your post bigger and posting the exact same thing over and over again using multiple accounts does not make you or it any more credible? In fact the opposite.

Cool avatar!
Can you make the same with IOTA and Ethereum ?  Smiley

I see this sequence of steps: after beta move all discussion to forum.iotatoken.com.
Then, delete all the posts and threads about the price in forum.iotatoken.com and offer speculants to move to bitcointalk.
Thus you'll get focused on development community around forum.iotatoken.com Smiley

While I understand the logic behind that reasoning it's not the best one, if people are going to hoard the tokens the ecosystem won't grow...

From the other point of view if price skyrocket you can get free media attention. Media attention brings you more deals and  ease to close old ones.

This guy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=249166 is selling:

Quote
[WTS] I have an address on the Genesis block with 745,000 (745k) for 25 BTC @child_harold

And this guy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=22116 :
is selling at chunks 40 000 IOTA per 1 BTC

Contact them.
You can also use NXT asset exchange

So if the prices are now already set around 3NXT for 1 IOTA, what will happen when we hit the exchangnes?

I guess we will fight with litecoin marketcap and think how to over overpass Ethereum in long-term.

Edit: To think further more, it is essentially start-up coin, which even do not have blockchain. It may overcome Ripple.
In any case, IOTA is targeting top 5 at coinmarketcap.

Hey dude… I thought we had an "understanding"
We both want whats best for IOTA, savvy?

(I think I know what Im doing)

@David: Where dat GUI at?

iotatoken stated explicitly that he fired old GUI dev.

What it means? It means one or, more likely, two weeks before new beautiful GUI arrives. I see no sense in further kicking David with "ETA-s".

It's obvious !

I have fought more battles on BTT than most…

430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 08, 2016, 03:14:00 PM
Im sorry David

BUT the GUI matters and it was part of the deal…

If I cant use the tech what use is it? savvy?

Well, I guess David's offer to buy out all of your IOTAs for Crowdsale price + 20% is still going?

Think about it.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 08, 2016, 02:42:00 PM
Hey, for those who do not understand what iota team is doing:

They do something like this:

Then they will run iota nodes on this.

Then this nano CPU-s will trade CPU time/memory in exchange of iota - thus they will create the market for IOT, which called Fog or Mist. That' all.

The GUI doesn't matter in this vision.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 08, 2016, 02:23:51 PM
Man, GUI dev got fired, new one started... we have to wait again. Not sure what kind of answer you will want. A time line? Has that been going well so far to give out time lines?

I mean, just forget about it for a few weeks and things will come along, SOMEONE out there must be able to deliver a GUI.

What we need is more microsoft level news anyway - as long as those things are being fought for behind the scenes, I'm ok with waiting more.

I'm surprised at how many post here about GUI.

Ok u learnt something.
Where the GUI David?

I think the same way.

child_harold, don't think about IOTA as any other crypto, think about it as B2B tech which start-up is trying to promote to some big corporations. If you will start view it this way you'll see that gui and exchanges is not a big deal.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 08, 2016, 12:35:10 PM
Any chance CfB that you will be the V Buterin of IOTA...i.e. giving public presentations, etc?

I do agree that Iota needs a face.
I think one of the reasons nxt didn't take off as it could have, is that it didn't have a special someone like Vitalik.
If it's not cfb, how about David?
Do you think of any more candidates?

Someone who likes to speak publicly and willing to ride over the world, making presenations on IoT events. I think this guy will appear naturally during 2016 year.

I gave Max free advice prior to them launching Lisk and wished him good luck. We may end up competing (I see they are suddenly focusing on IoT which he never mentioned to me)

Max lost almost all my respect  Undecided
I guess he just explicitly decided for himself to make as much money on Lisk as possible. For him personally.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 07, 2016, 03:46:10 PM
So, will Lisk be a pump and dump?

As Crypti long term supporter (1,5 years) I elected not to participiate in Lisk IPO (you can find details in my post history). In best case scenario they will bring to it's investors 2x ROI. Lead developer Boris is not writing code for them.

What is the current estimated value of IOTA?
In BTC or satoshi please.

Thanks.

0.00002380 satoshi per 1 iota

Was googling around and found this: http://www.synapse-labs.fr/?page_id=181&lang=en
Probably just a coincidence

When did they launch? Also seems dead

I googled that they were trying to get some funds in may 2015, but failed...
Seems dead
