we have made an increase to our cpm minimum rate and which is now $0.15 cents per 1000 impressions

at the moment advertisers are choosing to pay for cpm as it works out much cheaper than paying for clicks it all comes down to what the advertisers pay for.

we dont have a large advertiser base as of yet so there is not alot of competition for ad spots. alot of ads are our default ads which we are paying for cpm on.
