Maybe it would be good to try to do something out of the blue like trying to move HEX onto the Ethereum platform. It has become obvious that HEX has very little technical support. We started out as an interesting community bc we were all passionate about the Breaking Bad show and we all believed that we could parlay that enthusiasm into something more. But sadly for us - the bag holders - this has not come to pass. Aside from Boom Dice which I maintain is really cool I don't think any techno projects will be heading towards this lifeless coin anytime soon. But we do have a community - even if it is a community of techno-lacking brain-dead couch potatoe Breaking Bad binge watchers - or something like that. We should do something unexpected - we need a plot twist. Ethereum has an over-abundance of techno know how. And these people do it for free! (Many of them do check out their forum) If we were one of the first coins to try to move onto their platform (it won't be live till at least this winter) we might get all sorts of FREE techno support from those techno people. And HEX might get a boost from being one of the first -if not the first - already established coins to move onto their platform. And being on their platform we could utilize that free tech support to do things like build HEX sports gambling sites. (Okay let the Ethereum haters come out of the woodwork cause I think they are everywhere lol - but seriously we need to do something out of the blue to bring this coin back to life - I vote let's join the Ethereum community!)
This actually sounds like a workable idea. How, exactly, does one go about joining or requesting or whatever? There is an Ethereum forum on their website- if the HEX community (or I guess the HEX administrators) wanted to do it we could troll around the Ethereum forums and explain that we would like to move our coin onto the Ethereum platform for the opportunities that it would afford us to do things such as create Ethereum based Heisenberg HEX sports betting contracts and other such HEX products and maybe we could build some excitement within the Ethereum community to help us do that - and anyone who helped could buy into HEX at dirt cheap prices, especially if it was a coin that started to have some use... I think this thread is so dead right now that I'm actually quoting myself right now lol but anyway coins are also moving onto the NEXT platform maybe we could try moving onto there to give this coin some bounce lol |

Boom Dice is a a sweet site. The sports betting is a great idea. If you guys could create a functioning sports gambling site - or perhaps a specialized one -- and use only Hex as the currency then HEX could really take off. For all theses Bitcoin 2.0 projects Bitcoin is still just used as virtually currency. And Bitcoin is inherently no better than HEX -- the whole thing is still a popularity contest. So some actual use for HEX like an interesting sports betting site could really help it take off

The people just letting their coins sit on cryptorush must be mental wee tods -- the coin is not selling and the site prob has an 85% chance of getting wiped out in the next 6 months - so they are just asking for trouble

As long as we can access the coins after it is taken off CryptoRush, then that's probably the best move.
We really need to shrink the supply, 2.2 Billion is way too much.
MaxCoin is considering cutting the rewards to drop their supply from 250M to 100M.
Something like that would be a huge help.
Too much supply, no demand = no value.
Fuck yeah cryptometh is only having 80 million coins - we should shrink our supply if possible to drive up the price and we should go on the offensive against cryptometh...this coin has so much potential people would not be copying us if it did not... |

I hate to say it but we are bag holders, I just don't see how this coin can recover at this point. I am stuck with approx. 5.5 million hex worth .054 BTC at 1 satoshi. If anybody here wants a deal, I will sell them all of them for .030 BTC. Let me know and we can find a safe way to trade.
Well if you have those coins on sell order at 1 satoshi that's partly because of you. If we all removed sell orders from 1 and 2 satoshi the coin woudl skyrocket. Now there are no many options. First I was against it but now I think relaunch is a good idea. Dev's are reassembled and ready to do something for the coin. If we just wait and do nothing things won't change. The LTC/HEX market will be reopened soon and the price of the coin will fall much below 1 satoshi. Now it is that high (yes, 1 satoshi is high) only because me and few other people asked Coinrush to remove the LTC/HEX market but they will reopen soon when they see that there are no trades at BTC market. Remove the coin from the exchange and relaunch. Relaunch makes no sense - but bringing back the LTC market would be a good idea. While it is true that the price of the coin would drop, probably drastically, it would get people trading again. Over time the coin could start to climb, but it won't climb with a log jam. Also with a LTC market people might have an incentive to take their HEX coins off the BTC market and move them somewhere where they are actually trading. The fact of the matter is that with all the new ALT coins being introduced everyday you really have to do something to differentiate yourself from the pack. ALT coins have a heard mentality and there are definite winners and losers - but those winners and losers are constantly changing. Look at how far Worldcoin and Megacoin have fallen. The only safe havens right now seem to be Bitcoin and Litecoin. Right now HEX does not justify its 40k market cap. But there is a price where it would start trading and might build momentum for a climb in price. Just bc we are at the bottom of the pile right now does not mean that at some other point in time we couldn't make a move up in price. It happens all the time. Coins rise and coins fall. We have no motion, true, but that could change at any point and I think the LTC market will give that a better chance of happening. A suggestion about the website: it seems most alt websites have the same info. We should really mix ours up I think. Yes keep all the techno stuff on there but maybe in the back. I think everyone got involved with HEX originally (and before becoming bitter senior citizens complaining about taxes - or rather complaining about the prices being stuck at 1 satoshi) because we all sensed that HEX could give Doge a run for its money on the fun factor. I think we should stay true to that original vision and make the website really fun: make it Breaking Bad meme heavy and things like that - yes everyone wants to know how many total coins there are and things like that but even more important with HEX is that you are joining a community of Breaking Bad fans/lovers and that should be reflected, I think, in the main website in a major way. |

the biggest thing that happened is regrouping.
last night there was alot of things going on behind the scenes. We decided that we want to implement some certain plans. However since Heisenberg has lost credibility with previous unfruitful announcements, this time we are waiting until each stage is ready before we deploy or announce that it to the public. There are going to be several things started soon which will take time to reach their final form, so please bear with us.

Not that I need to know, but I hope you were able to get a comp plan set up for your services with an upfront kicker just in case things go stagnate again. Its only fair for you...... I read an article posted to I forget which board.. Basics of it was that Cryptos will never succeed until people are getting paid in them... This makes sense. It reminded me of http://www.freelancer.com and https://www.odesk.com/ site were you can either post your skills or post your projects you need worked on and with all the skill sets just on this board ... this kind of "paid for services" plan could easily be implemented. Starting with small project advertising first until the value increases..... Thoughts? If the coin succeeds everyone makes money and boatloads of it - but this won't work by asking for money for piddling services like a paper wallet - We have to dream big but if this is not a labor of love for everyone it is doomed - the formula is not complicated - the DEV team bc they have confidence in themselves and their big plans buy/ mine vast quantities of the coin when it is cheap - then by adding services/value to the coin by thinking outside the box and perhaps doing something that has not been done before (or just getting lucky) the coin goes up many times in value and the DEV team ends up much better off than when they started. Am I missing something here? I checked the Website and I certainly wasn't impressed. If this is a work in progress, then fair enough, and I wait in anticipation for the final product. If this is close to the final version, we are doomed. The competition blows this away. Please tell me it's not going to be like this, or maybe my browser is giving me a different picture (Mac Safari and Firefox).
I know people are working hard for very little, and that commands respect. But I have to be honest as this is the first thing people will see and judge the coin on.
It is an underwhelming change I didn't want to be honest before perhaps bc I bought way more HEX than I should have and I'm trying to look on the bight side. If this keeps up though - empty promises - underwhelming ideas - we, all of us on this chat board, we are the bag holders... |

Right now Bitcoin Script has moved up in market cap another 500k to over 4 mil and this will continue till it hits at least 100 mil - like us it is only on cryptorush right now can u imagine what will happen when it hits cryptsy? This could be us we just have to quickly - time is of the essence - change our name to Bitcoin HEX...It has a great ring to it...

I'm telling you the answer is simple to bringing this coin back - we just have to change the name to Bitcoin HEX - we can keep everything else pretty much the same - but that small name change will cause money to flood into this coin -Bitcoin Script has gone from 100k to 3.6 million in 2 days all bc of the name Bitcoin - we should be jumping all over this -Heisenberg was adaptable -we should adapt (and Bitcoin Script will hit 100 million as the third Bitcoin we could easily hit 30 million...)

I wouldn't be surprised if Bitcoin script hits 100 million and I think we could hit 30 million at least if we simply change our name to Bitcoin HEX and we are the next coin on the scene after Bitcoin Script with the Bitcoin name --it was actually ingenious for Bitcoin Script to take the Bitcoin name - Bitcoin isn't owned by anyone so they can't sue - the Chinese probably think it is the same company
Someone recently pointed out that HEX is the best abbreviation around -- just imagine that abbreviation combined with the household name Bitcoin!!

I really think that changing the name to Bitcoin HEX could make the price explode in value and it would probably take five minutes to do. The wallets could stay the same. We already have the abbreviation HEX so that would not have to change on the cryptorush ticker. We would just need a couple changes to the website and someone would have to email coinmarketcap and tell them we are changing our name from Heisenberg to Bitcoin HEX. But that is it. Mazda and Spain coin exploded after Aurora. Kitten coin exploded after doge. I think Bitcoin HEX would explode after Bitcoin and Bitcoin script have already paved the way. It would not matter that we were third - plus we would have Heisenberg on our side...

I know how we can get HEX popular - just change the name from Heisenberg HEX to Bitcoin HEX - have you guys been watching Bitcoin Script it is exploding in value and all bc of the name Bitcoin - I think we would get kicked off this forum if we did that but we are already on coinmarketcap and cryptorush so it would not matter...The price probably would explode - I'm sure others will be doing this soon but if we were third it might work -- and if it doesn't we could just go back to Heisenberg -- and as Bitcoin Hex we could keep the Heisenberg character as our inspiration and theme...
