All that these small exchanges do is kill a coins price because farms start to dump for ANYTHING.
It only kills the coin.

Getting a bit worried. Wallet won't sync - stuck at 98.68% / 3 hours behind. Restarted it numerous times. Was working fine this afternoon and minting. Most of my coins are stuck in 'stake'
Well - seems to progress now. Over 99% just after typing previous post........ And back at 98.68 %  WTF ? Join #Cloakcoin IRC for quicker support. I did and asked a few question. No one said anything at all. Not to me, I mean the room was silent. |

Mintpal forked on cloak, I talked with them on IRC. Check with the blockexplorer if your wallet is on the right fork if unsure. They are resyncing wallets atm.
Edit: Coins won't arrive there until they are fully synced.

Sending coins is taking hours and the wallet is constantly out of sync. Additionally I am getting coins I didn't know I had...everything about my wallet is fucked.
Tried every troubleshooting, redownloaded blockchain, deleted peers, updated wallet...nothing.
Ideas?

Exactly. Something must be going on because ipominer has been adding coins before they hit exchanges more and more. GUE, SVR, BCH, and now TECH. They must know that certain coins look good or are going to hit exchanges. |

We always have people that want to sell their coins even when the coin is not even 1 day old.  Is that bad?  For example me. This is just my hobby, I have one R9 270 (next week will go and buy GTX 770 for games). Nothing serious, I can't into market. Somebody buying and hold then dump when it will pump, I can't in to pump and other things. So why I can't sell earlier if I was lucky to catch blocks? Sorry for my bad eng. Of course not, i have started with one R9 270 card and now have a few That we call improvement Btw, we need people that buy and sell, else you will have a dead market should it be on market exchange before or after the POW end ? Does it make any difference? It helps with price crashing and distribution a little. If coin gets on exchange when most of the coins are in a few wallets then the price drops because ipo holders and hash farms dump, making it not profitable to mine and then things just pile from there. |

nothing wrong with this coin! this one is perfect solid....BUT miners are dumb, selling at this low prices...but they will learn, but atm they do it like a true traders-->mine with high costs, sell low LOL my 2 satoshies miners have to make a return and at the difficulty it has been for the past day or two it was VERY profitable to sell for .0016. the only dumb person here is you not realizing how mining this coin early was at LOW COST AND HIGH SELL. the people dumping on bittrex right now were mining at less difficulty, NO ONE DUMPING ON BITTREX JUST STARTED TO MINE IT because the coin takes so long to mature.
