Throw in a 1st class return ticket from Australia and i will buy them today  Cheesy

Jokes aside i would love to go to this, i'll get some tickets for a local show if lucky
You shouldn't have much trouble selling for the asking price, depending on the ticket conditions related to ownership transfer
424  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] Luckybit Physical Bitcoin Set #31/100 on: June 30, 2021, 01:37:56 PM
Beautiful coins - where would those ship from? They are unloaded, right?
Shipping from Australia.

Funded? - I doubt it, although cannot be 100% positive as they were already graded and assembled with holos when i purchased them. My guess is the coins are unfunded.
You never know, if the new owner wants to crack them open they may find a surprise, but i wouldn't bank on it.

You can be 100% sure....There is no key underneath. I assembled and graded those.
If the winner wants to make their own keys, I can provide replacement holograms... all though would be a shame to crack those classic yellow ANACS slabs.
Thank you for clearing that up MJ, it takes the question off my mind, i can sell and sleep easy now Cheesy
While i have you, are you happy to escrow the trade if needed?
425  Economy / Collectibles / Re: WTS Bitcoin Genesis Block Newspaper (3.jan 2009) on: June 30, 2021, 01:25:30 PM
That's one expensive paper. Is it the most expensive paper ever?
If only the poor kid delivering them that cold Jan morning knew how much those papers would be worth in years to come Tongue

That is a beautiful coin, duel BTC/LTC storage makes it twice as cool and the case tops it off. One stunning piece of art there  Cool
Is the coin numbered?

Edit: Thanks for the info @ConcordeSST

429  Economy / Collectibles / [CANCELED] Luckybit Physical Bitcoin Set #31/100 on: June 30, 2021, 05:52:56 AM
For this auction i have a matching numbered set of Luckybit Physical Bitcoins (31/100)

These coins seem quite rare for sale these days and especially rare to find in a matching set. This is probably due to only the rose gold/copper coin being sold publicly.
If you wanted the silver you had to be very lucky when buying a rose gold or win one through the site.

I started a thread weeks ago looking for more info on these coins:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5331622.msg56818172#msg56818172

Starting bid: 0.02BTC
Minimum Bid Increment: 0.001BTC
BIN Price: 0.1BTC
Auction ends: 3 days after this listing is posted (2021/07/03 @ 4pm AEST)
Sniping: Any bid made in the last 15 minutes of the auction will extend the auction by another 10 minutes.

- No hidden reserve
- Shipping is paid by the winner.
- Escrow is welcome, buyer to cover costs. (Both parties must agree on the escrow agent. I am happy with MJ)

The coins can be seen here:
https://imgur.com/gallery/PU8do5n

Looks like both cases have a couple of small surface scratches on the back, no damage to the coins themselves
Coins are in near perfect condition, both graded PF68.

Let the bidding start!  Smiley

- CoinageMint

Update:
Items did not sell in auction or sale. I will keep them for now. If interested contact me by DM and we can discuss a deal.

1. BTCC Titanium Blocks

(It's very hard for me to leave out the Luckybit coins though)  Wink
433  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Question] re Luckybit Silver Plated Coins on: June 06, 2021, 02:06:22 AM

I have a couple of these coins myself and am thinking of selling a set, just trying to get as much information as possible on how rare they are for purchase before i set a sale price.
I am in no big rush to sell, and it looks like these coins are quite rare. I am having a hard time finding another good condition set or even single silver plated coins for sale.

Why not do an auction if your main concern is your selling price. Since you have a couple of the coin, you can try it to determine the market value of your coin. This is the common method here in the forum especially if there's only few sale thread recorded here in the forum. Just set a minimum bid that you can afford your token to sell at lowest price.
That's the plan, I will hold an auction soon  Wink

Something else i found in my research travels that i would love to see a pic of and inquire about purchasing, is this "Laser-engraved collector’s ASIC miner Blockerupter USB miner by LuckyBit" Sounds like a cool collector item to me:

Anyone seen one?
436  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Question] re Luckybit Silver Plated Coins on: May 31, 2021, 11:23:10 AM
As far as I remember. They do weekly giveaway on the forum with the price of luckybit coin to the winner. I don't see now the thread and I can't remember the year but I'm certain they do giveaway in a form of raffle every week.

Edit:

Found it here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1307173.0

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1776094.0

The owner distribute most of the coin in form of raffle and giveaways for luckybit promotion.
This is what i was looking for and will enable me to dig a little deeper into the distribution history of these coins.
Thank you very much!
437  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Question] re Luckybit Silver Plated Coins on: May 31, 2021, 10:46:39 AM
I know where one of the silver coins are, and it is for sale, I was going to buy it like a year ago but eventually failed and forgot, if anyone really wants it i can contact the owner, otherwise I want it myself Tongue.
Is this the .999 pure silver coin you are talking about?
I would be interested to know how much these go for since there was only ever 10 produced.
Please DM me a price if still for sale. Still interested in a price if a silver plated coin, please provide serial number.

Edit:
I have found another thread that confirms only 5 of the silver plated Luckybit coins where available for public purchase, all via auctions.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1344556.msg13725936#msg13725936

These silver plated coins seem to be very rare, rose gold are also not so easy to find in good condition.
Did many people have these graded?
The silver coins were mostly given to staff, the plated ones were given in competitions.
Yes correct,  this is in line with what i have discovered. The pure silver x10 for the staff, silver plated x100 for players and a couple auctioned off. Thanks for confirming.
The .999 pure silver coins were made for the Luckybit staff. They are easily distinguished by the .999 pure silver marking on the front of the coin, and are numbered from 1-10 i believe.

Any information on the Luckybit coins is interesting to read for me, but what i am really trying to get an idea of now is, "how many silver plated coins are in the hands of collectors and, how many have been lost by winners not interested in the collectors coins (very hard to account for lost coins, i know. Always easier to find what collectors have and write off the rest).
I am most interested to know how many people own matching silver and rose gold sets of these coins?

I was thinking that if the majority of these coins were only awarded as prizes and not available for public sale, a matching set in good condition would be hard to find and probably cost a bit to acquire.

Edit: @andulolika, i see you were the lucky winner of the #95 silver plated coin. Cheesy
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1307173.msg13931927#msg13931927

Have you still got the coin and if so were you able to pair it with the #95 rose gold coin?

Lot 2 .0018

I would counter that bid, but Im pretty sure time already expired

I agree. I concede this one. Apologies for mucking it up with a late bid.
You must love these Goxxed coins Cheesy
And why not, i do too. They are beautiful hand painted coins that represent a big part of bitcoin history.

Sorry, was a few minutes too late. Might have some of the .999 fine silver versions of this coin if you’re interested:)

I may be interested in one of the .999 pure silver Goxxed coins, if that's what you have. Pls DM me a price and any other info
