It appears that trading volume is grinding to a standstill. It looks like nobody wants to sell bitcoin cheap no more.

Realistically, I think it could be much higher. There are almost no projects with an entirely new codebase and innovation like NEM has. I would expect that 100m is conservative.

If there is deflation, people will tend to hoard the money they have since the "value" of currency will increase in the coming future. This will reduce the demand of the goods drastically.
