My Block Explorer was down most of the day today, mostly my fault for falling asleep at the switch and letting my Free Disk Space obtain ZERO! *face palm* Things are back up... Anyone else experiencing serious disk thrashing by the AMS wallet? My Disk I/O on Windoze and linux are high for the AMS wallet. I will investigate in my free time.

Well spank me and call me Sally (or Mary Jane) for not keeping up with the PotCoin conversation! If nodes are a problem, (haven't been for myself), I can set up 2 permanent nodes and a Block Explorer if needed. I have mined, invested, and staked PotCoin since the beginning and still support this coin through its course.

there was fork?
my current block - 606481 on Yobit - 607337
what of them true?
I have two Masternodes that connect to the developers blockexplorer ( http://www.amsterdamblockchain.info/). The Kees block explorer is currently not available for some reason, but my nodes are usually connected to Kees node, and is on the same chain as YObit is currently. You can check one of my nodes here: http://ams.midnightminer.net/In the future if you wish to avoid getting stuck on a fork try adding this to the amsterdamcoin.conf: connect=184.6.147.2 connect=ams1.midnightminer.net connect=ams2.midnightminer.net
connect - connects only to these nodes (requires that you really trust these nodes to stay on the right chain). or seednode=184.6.147.2 seednode=ams1.midnightminer.net seednode=ams2.midnightminer.net
seednode - Connects to node(s) to receive peer addresses to connect then disconnects from seed node (more in line with the goal of p2p wallets without overloading the seed nodes). Hope this helps!

this is coin is dirt cheap on Yobit primed for a good pump ^^ Rich list not working? Wallet is sync'd but the explorer is still catching up... it is running 'niced' on the server so it doesn't hog too much resources. Should be caught up by the end of day.

I still have 9 connections on my Unfed wallet. I guess a few of us are still holding on for something to happen.
Anyone else out there?

some blockexploerer needed
For what it is worth... Block Explorer available at: cyg.midnightminer.netaddnode=cyg.midnightminer.net
The Pools listed in the OP are down or no longer exist. Not sure if it is worth adding a pool for this coin. Anyone interested in bringing this coin back to life?

Sorry, I have been off the grid for the last 2 weeks. Missed that chance to keep AMS listed. Bittrex appears to be more trigger happy lately, before there was a grace period before they actually executed the delisting. Damn! Yes it has gone very rapidly. I feel terrible about this. The world is not ready for real world payments with crypto currencies. I'll tell you this, one day the world will be ready and AMS can be used as payment in stores. Its just a matter of time. Seen the problems with the wallet I am thinking about a swap. Start over with a fresh chain and try to get listed at Poloniex. How does that sound? I did a git pull and compiled the 2.4.0 wallet on my Arm linux box. It it had a 2.3.0 wallet (not running), updated to 2.4.0 from github and it compiled without issues. The wallet is currently updating from block 277498... I have 2 nodes running the daemon on Ubuntu 14.04, it maybe the Qt lib that is messing things up. I will try it on my Ubuntu 14.04 machine with Qt and see what happens. Ignore all that... just read the post that the issue was solved by Keesdewit.

There is definitely some new interest in SPACE coin on YObit. Last couple of days has seen some volume trading.
Hopefully not just a pump.

ok give up on YOBIT. Got a response to my request to fix the SPACE wallet..... "2016-06-15 05:30:28 matveevka Hi. Wallet space is update soon." Checked back today and now there's NO SPACE wallet to deposit to! Still trading there but no way to deposit. I received a reply Tuesday that they where going to update, but wallet is still in maintenance mode. (gave them a decent Bitcoin tip also) Not sure what the problem could be. My wallet works perfect. Anyone having issues with their wallet?? There is an issue not only with SPACE but with older versions of wallets with the number of inputs or the size of the transaction. If you are using the coin controls you will notice that sending from addresses with more than ~500 inputs causes the transaction to fail. For regular PoW coins it is a rare issue, but for PoS coins long term staking, mining wallets, and exchanges a limit of 500 inputs does become an issue. I am hoping I can find a fix for the wallet update without forking, as it is only an issue for some coin holders.

price very good for buyer, i grape what i can
Yes, buy cheap good, but it is necessary to be absolutely silly to sell at 0.00033 (about 22-23 cents). Shhh, don't tip off the panic sellers... need to grab more cheap DMD.

after all the mockery over the course of DMD, after the BTC course will calm down, after reducing the award for block BTC price DMD should be no less than $ 1.5 and to a decrease in annual interest to 5 price DMD must be at least $ 2 (less than two years). and after a decrease annual interest price DMD should be increase in 10 times or more. but not less than 5 times. in total 10-20$ for 1DMD. Or more. Optimistic plan It is my personal opinion. At least now the price should be no less than $ 1. a year ago, the price rose to $ 0.5 and BTC was worth while to $ 310 now price BTC rose more than 50% or am I wrong? I like your train of thought. For as long as I have been following crypto (2 years) I rank DMD just under LTC. So that makes DMD a real bargain right now, with a lot of room and value to grow into.

If returns go up to 75% I will not take this coin seriously.
I think (sometimes i do, but it hurts a lot), 35% should be your maximum return at 12 months, to build the reputation of the coin. If you are attracting more investors for long term maybe 50% but that is a stretch for acceptance as a reputable coin. The current coin distribution is very top heavy, and will not attract new investors if they have no hope in climbing faster that the top bag holders.
Since FLY is still a low volume high risk coin, the minimum should be around 10% for the funds not locked in. The locked-in coins should reward the 'hodl'ers more rewards for holding, but at rates distributed in relation to the risk/reward without going into scam coin (>50%) territory. This is usually a nonlinear ratio, of returns but you have added a 3rd order operation by including the min qty of coin, that only the top 5 wallets can even attempt. So the current interest map excludes most of your investor base, and the top wallets can generate more coins, leaving the large base of 'investors' further behind and powerless.
That's my worthless and free opinion.

We can call it senior! I don't know why people have more trust in some new projects and newbies developers, instead they invest in almost risk free good old coins?
Risk Free! Where is the fun in that!

Imported priv keys and everything works fine. Hope this is the last time.
Will send coins to a new address.
Thx Vegas.
In the past, when I have trouble upgrading wallet and the usual does not work. I backup everything, and move it out of APPDATA so that the new EXE creates a new wallet and grabs the blockchain (or imports the bootstrap). Once all is in sync, I then switch to my old wallet. After a few crash starts, it works. But, like you said, hopefully the last time it happens... ;-)

I'm trying to compile the updated source and it just hangs on:
g++ -c -O2 -pthread -Wall -Wextra -Wno-ignored-qualifiers -Wformat -Wformat-security -Wno-unused-parameter -Wunused-function -Wunused-variable -fpermissive -Wconversion-null -g -DBOOST_SPIRIT_THREADSAFE -DUSE_SECP256K1 -I/usr/local/src/AmsterdamCoin/src -I/usr/local/src/AmsterdamCoin/src/obj -I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.8/include -DUSE_UPNP=1 -DENABLE_WALLET -I/usr/local/src/AmsterdamCoin/src/leveldb/include -I/usr/local/src/AmsterdamCoin/src/leveldb/helpers -DHAVE_BUILD_INFO -fno-stack-protector -fstack-protector-all -Wstack-protector -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -MMD -MF obj/checkpoints.d -o obj/checkpoints.o checkpoints.cpp
Any ideas?
Ubuntu 14.04 or other?
