POS should start in about 15-16 hours, so you may experiance some "out of sync" during this time and possible the day after until chain starts to move normal

depends, if you leave in 1 chunk you will get first POS block faster, but if you split you will get more blocks, but will wait a bit more time for it to kick in, basicly after almost every POS block you get your coins will split in 2 chunks, my personal opinion is that having more chunks brings more POS blocks long term

We are aware that some coins still must confirm on the btc blockchain and will use the printscreens with times as confirmation when they were send.
