421  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sports betting arbitrage on: January 25, 2024, 04:55:40 PM
...
So basically I need two accounts with funded accounts to do sports arbitrate. I really curious about this is there any tutorial video about it?

You can check this article if you wish to learn more about some types of betting: Arbitrage, Match & Value Betting Explained - https://www.gosubetting.com/blog/betting-guides/arbitrage-match-value-betting-explained/

You need to have as many accounts as possible... it's important to have accounts in casinos that use different bookies, it's how you find that difference in odds. If you have accounts in casinos that use the same bookies the odds will be the same.

I think there are videos about it, but if you wish to get more involved in this you need some specialized services:

To identify prime arbitrage opportunities, know that services like OddsJam and BetWasp can be super handy. However, even using these, the average bettor may still find it hard to profit consistently.

This is from the article shared above. There are other interesting and useful articles on the site.
422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What strategies do you adopt that can help to make millions in sport betting on: January 25, 2024, 02:29:28 PM
Well, it's hard to become a millionaire with sports betting! That happens, as some people win in the lottery, some people can make parlays with huge odds, and sometimes someone wins. But that doesn't happen often, and not to anyone. Something like this can't happen to me, I like to make parlays from time to time, but it's usually some moderate multi with 3-4 games, rarely 5.

"Betting on a single match with good money" - first you need to have "good money" and secondly (maybe more importantly) you need to have big balls to place a bet.

"Staking accumulated bet with good odds on games that will run for about one month"- I saw people accumulating huge odds with 10+ games, but as I said, it's like a lottery. Some people win sometimes, but it doesn't happen so often... some people chase them for years and never win.

Be skeptical, specially if the account sharing links is new and does not have any track record.
Stay safe.  Tongue

       -   What you said, mate, is a very good reminder to the communities here in our forum so that those who just click a link will not regret it in the end. We don't think anything is bad, but we are just being careful because there are many phishing links that become a way for hackers to steal from those who fall into their traps.

I just hope that the OP did the same and gave a clear clarification of the points he was talking about. Maybe others will be dazzled or attracted by the $40 he is saying, but there is a trade-off, just for giving a review. The payment doesn't reach that much, and it's just a survey, so it's a bit doubtful.

$40 for a 3-minute survey? I am skeptical about this. The old one, if it's too good to be true...

I think many of us would finish the survey just to help, but some small reward is always welcome. If they are not sure "how to do it" they can check how BC.games did it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5476002.0. Maybe they will find this way to be more attractive.

When someone else checks the link and finds it's ok I will join.

425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can a social or casual good guesser make better gambling prediction carrier? on: January 25, 2024, 06:54:31 AM
...
I am concerned to ask, can such a person build a gambling carrier with such an excellent guessing prohibition? Or he should trash it all and believe that gambling predictions remains a game of luck?

Did he guess randomly? Or since you are colleagues maybe he had some previous knowledge about all of you... so he had something to analyze before guessing.

Sometimes I use the term "pure gambling". In my opinion, it's when we bet without any prior knowledge of what we are betting on... we literally throw out some random prediction and hope for the best. So if your colleague has good analyzing skills maybe he can be good at sports betting or some other gambling games. But if he was just lucky with his guessing I am not sure that his luck will last long.

Anyway, he should be free to try it with a small amount and see where he is at. There's an old saying "Those who don't try will never find out".
426  Economy / Economics / Re: My life plan for wealth and btc good idea on: January 24, 2024, 04:49:50 PM
Don't stress yourself on waiting and speculating prices just do the DCA thing and it will surely make you profit in the future. Get extra money and the start to DCA until you have enough future investments don't wait just buy.

DCA is good if he has other sources of income, but as I understood OP he wishes to start with some amount and earn from trading. He says he is not here to gamble, and he thinks that nobody needs to work. Well, blind trading (without researching, checking charts, looking at numbers for hours, etc) without any knowledge and skills is pure gambling.

OP should rethink his approach and he can do some research about crypto in general. After that, maybe he will come up with a better strategy and more concrete questions than "how to know BTC price".
427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been able to win a game given to you in the dream? on: January 24, 2024, 02:21:19 PM
Lols, your story looks fiction as hell to me, that is, it looks like something you completely made up, possibly to make your post more interesting to readers, but let me not dwell on that, let me focus on the topic being discussed.
I don't bring up cooked up story to impress anybody but that is just the reality. And God knows am not lieing about it. It might look ficious to you, maybe you haven't encountered such before. But that doesn't mean that others don't.

Maybe your friend lied to you? This is like some fiction, a made-up story by your friend. He dreamed of his grandfather telling him to bet on some "game"... well I am not buying this. It's too stretched! I would be aware of that friend, if he comes to you again with a similar dream and asks you for a loan to make some bet don't give him anything, cause maybe, just maybe he is pulling you into something. Especially if he is 101% sure that he will win.

I have never encountered something similar and I really doubt that anyone ever has! I simply don't believe in these kinds of stories, I am not a superstitious person, especially when it comes to gambling... I don't believe in prophecies and amulets, we can have a good or bad day and that's it.
428  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO | SPORTSBOOK & CASINO on: January 24, 2024, 11:25:04 AM
This casino is relatively new here in the forum so this is the danger of playing on new casino while you have an experience of being in disadvantage for winning to often on other casino.

Normal action of trusted casino on user like you is just being limited or not able to join promotion but this is not a standard protocol especially to new casino that is not yet established. You will never have a chance to fight them if they decided to just leave here like coinplay did before.

Coins.game is a relatively new casino, but I think we can say they had a good start and Denis was very active here. So I am not sure why they decided to just confiscate user funds without any explanations. I don't count Denis's short answer in the scam accusation thread as an explanation, it's even rude to call someone a cheater without any arguments and proof.

I hope they won't give up on the forum, I think this is not a lot of money for the casino to jeopardize their reputation here and on casino review sites. As I said, the start was nice, it would be foolish to ruin all that.
429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Transparent dices ? on: January 24, 2024, 09:07:32 AM
...
I believe it would be possible still to make rigged transparent dices, but it would be much more difficult without the proper substances and tools.
What do you think?

Anything is possible! Imagine having a team that works on that stuff and they have a nice bankroll for making their ideas real... but why would they do it? Risking reputation when in the long run they will win anyway sounds a bit stupid.

I think it's hard to prove that some casinos are cheating, but if you get a feeling that some games are not fair all you can do is to move away from that casino and find some other place. In the end, it's all about trust, we either trust the casino where we spend money & time or not.
430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What You will do in this situation? on: January 23, 2024, 09:30:44 PM
...
If you were in this situation, what would you do? Introduce him to sports betting or let him stick to playing slots. Yesterday, I just let it go but we still often meet at other activities.

Why do you think he is not already familiar with sports betting? As some other members said, watching games and predicting the outcome of the games are two different things. So maybe he tried it, but he is more into slots than betting on sports... and maybe, just maybe, he had more luck with slots than with sports betting. I guess there are many possibilities, but what you can do is to openly talk with him  (if you consider you can talk openly with him), in that discussion, you can mention your thinking and you will probably learn more about this guy and what he likes more.

Simply said, some people are open to talking and discussing gambling, some are not... If you really want to talk with that guy about your & his gambling habits & activities you can try, but don't force it.

431  Economy / Gambling / Re: Any recommendations for another casino like this one? on: January 23, 2024, 07:48:12 PM
It's nice to see a casino with poker, I wanted to check if there are players at the poker tables and if there are any tournaments and such, but it's impossible without registration. So can you share more about this if you are playing there, maybe some screenshots, etc...

"Just" an x25 rollover for deposit bonuses sounds good as well. But I will not register and try it just like that... Why should we trust this casino?

I'm sorry but this is not a good site for highrollers.

Nice catch! Definitely not a place for high rollers! I wonder if they also have maximum bets/bonus buys on their games? Smiley

I guess most people are going to lose their prediction this month huh but yeah its still a week to go, price could still rally

Well, betting will be closed in 5 hours, so there's enough time for people to make another bet if they believe that they will lose. Maybe the price can change direction and start to rise, but I think we are going down a little more... at least I like the odds for $35k - $37,5k (x12.6) so I made a small bet on that range, after making a nice rise I think it's time for a downtrend. Some people made bets on lower ranges, pretty nice odds, I must say I was tempted to place some bets on them as well, but it would be too much. Good luck all! Smiley

434  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Advanced Dice Game 🎲 Sportsbook 🏟️ Slots 🎰 on: January 22, 2024, 05:56:08 PM
Wolf.bet there is no scroll bar on your website and it makes hard for me to scroll down to on your website via arrows only, please fix that problem.

Wolf.Bet`s consistency is amazing and unlike others, they do not pretend to be the biggest site in the world, yet they keep growing
To my mind Wolf.bet was more popular, at least on this forum, when they were running a signature campaign. Pretending to be the biggest site in the world is only a marketing trick, almost everyone claims that title. Wolf.bet prioritizes dice and proudly wear the name of the advanced dice game.

...
Were you doing arbitrage betting or were you abusing a bonus? Can you tell us what bet did you make?

Yeah, it's hard to scroll only with arrows... I have the same problem sometimes. It's the problem on our end, so I am not sure that Wolf will change their UI just for us, it's not their problem. Smiley

Efi wrote: "They do not pretend"... so it's not like some marketing trick that Wolf is using, they are pretty fair all this time, for fair players deposits/withdrawals are smooth and no questions asked (KYC). They don't pretend because they don't have many things that other casinos have (bonuses, deposit bonuses, crazy promotions, and a lot of competitions, etc), but they are still working without many complaints and growing slowly.

Well, I would like to hear more from Lialeydurchme and his problem. I wonder what he did to be asked for KYC in the first place, and then get denied KYC for sportsbook abuse...
435  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin is the only crypto you should BUY on: January 22, 2024, 02:46:34 PM

Why Bitcoin is the only crypto you should BUY
It is because Bitcoin has been gaining traction rapidly since it existed. Whales and Institutions even trusted Bitcoin in comparison with any other digital assets. And no doubt it will still be the only crypto we should buy in the future.

Bitcoin will continue to be number 1, and people will continue to invest & use other coins/tokens/NFTs/who knows what is next. Bitcoin is the most trustworthy, and I agree that people should have more Bitcoin than some alts, but we can't deny the success of some alts, and many alts are here to stay. Anyone can check the charts, many coins have strong support and big communities, so we can say that many alts will continue to grow. And if there's a potential for growth people will invest for sure.

So I don't really agree that Bitcoin is the only crypto we should buy. We should buy & support other projects as well, and not just buy and hold them, it would be great to use them as well.
436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Increased Gambling Risk for the Younger Generation on: January 22, 2024, 08:21:13 AM
With the easy accessibility of the online gambling sites and tools, the younger generation is more involved in gambling.

Well, casinos are everywhere, at least in my country. There are casinos on every corner... The law says that "the casino must be at least 200 meters away from the school", this is not respected. As for advertisements, they are everywhere, on all TV and radio channels at any time of the day. They advertise their land-based and their online versions, they give huge bonuses and different prizes. So it's stupid for us to act surprised that the younger generations are more involved in gambling...

Well, not sure about teachers but parents do need to educate their children about certain things that they need to stay away from until a certain age or even after that...

I agree. My kids are still too young at the moment, but I do agree that it's on us to educate our kids about the world outside and all the pros & cons of specific things. And for sure there is the right time for everything, we just need to be smart and notice when is that time... I guess it sounds like a simple thing. Wink
437  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺 wild.io 🎰 Wheel of Fortune 🎁 Daily Rewards 🔥 10 Minutes Cashouts on: January 21, 2024, 08:06:49 PM
...

Truthfully, it hasn't been 10 days of no response to the player.  Rather, it's been 10 days since the company last spoke about this case here and  they did get back to the player, just not in the way he hoped.  More than likely their reply was to block his account and seize what he had with them.

Not that their justification matters anymore I reckon.  Even the Casino Guru folks agreed the Wild.io casino was shady in this case.  So no explanation they could pull out of their hat would hold water at this point.

You are correct. It's been 10 days since the Wild representative addressed this matter. Maybe they provided "miastej2023" with some updates, but he hasn't shared any information. As a result, we are left in the dark about the current status of the situation.

Players can bring some issues to light, but casino representatives should be here to clear things up and to keep all others at peace. I just wanted to try the casino, but after checking the last few pages I lost interest. Simply, I don't wish to get in the same situation.

Wild.io is a bit dodgy on this case while the removal of their campaign is a clear sign that they are already not pursuing building their reputation in the forum.

Looks like their reputation is going down everywhere... @Cantsay shared some info about CasinoGuru, so I guess it's just going to spread everywhere.
438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The worst situation you're in that you regret that you learn about gambling on: January 21, 2024, 05:35:02 PM
What's a similar case that you're in that made you regret that you learned gambling?

I have never been anywhere near a similar situation like you described here... I have always gambled with my own money, so even when I lose it's just that, I don't owe anyone and I don't depend on anyone. I believe this story is the reason why we should always talk about responsible gambling. It's not smart to gamble with money you can't afford to lose, it's even crazier to gamble with someone else's/borrowed money. It's gambling, things can go wrong way in seconds... and it can be pretty hard (maybe impossible in some cases) to recover after losing a lot of money.

...he was tempted to use the money to gamble thinking that he could double the money...

Here is the problem, all of us would like to double/triple/or make even more from the deposit, but that's the wrong way of thinking... gambling is too risky, so we should play for enjoyment and fun, and if we manage to make a profit, so much the better. But anyway we need to be ready to lose the deposit, I don't wish to sound negative here but that's always a possibility, depending on the choice of games possibility for that to happen can be pretty high. Players should be aware of this.
439  Economy / Economics / Re: Vitalik Buterin's Financial Advice on: January 21, 2024, 03:20:16 PM
...
What are Your thoughts about his financial advice guys? I like the first and 2nd which I've been doing by myself too.

Good advice but i don't agree with Don't use >2x leverage. Some people have enough experience to work even with 100x leverage. All depends on your knowledge and on the amount of available funds you have."

Some people have gambled and won... I don't know how true that is, but I have seen some crazy winnings shared on social media, some people made a lot more profit with leverage trading. I'm sure that leverage trading requires a lot of experience, but when it comes to leverage I believe it also requires a lot of luck, that's why I say it's gambling.

Well, this Vitalik gave a piece of advice to people who are already rich... So people who already have a lot of money these are good ways to protect that wealth. But for people who are on the way to achieving "financial safety" risking here and there is not something we can run away from.

as I love to earn some passive income.

The point of all the casino businesses is to offer you entertainment and thrill in exchange for money, not to make you money. I'm not gonna bash that casino or tell you not to play it, I'm just telling you to be mindful about the role that we, as operators, play in the field. Play only with the money that you can afford to lose and don't expect big wins or any type if income from a casino operator.

Babygun is talking about divedend-based casinos, I like them as well. It's a nice combination, we play for fun & entertainment, but at the same time, we are mining house tokens that will give us some passive income over time.

I checked Scorpion Casino but didn't see anything about their token. As Efi wrote they will probably just have a "presale of their token for future passive income". Their "Shop" is interesting I must admit, probably there we can use their house tokens.
