421  Other / Off-topic / Re: Solar panels possiblities on: May 15, 2019, 10:05:52 PM
Probably the main reason why people don't use solar panels it's because they are not quite cheap. The average price for a solar panel installation is around $11.000. The problem is not their functionality because over the years you would more than recover that money and then you basically have free energy but the problem is the initial cost for the installation of such panels.
422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: May 15, 2019, 10:01:35 PM
Usually, I spend 3 hours a day with Gambling before going to bed. I'm not a Gambling addict, but I like the experience that night I let myself relieve stress after a day's work. You can also earn a small sum for the next day's breakfast cost.
You gotta have a great job where you have a high salary if you have enough time to gamble 3 hours a day. I get it that it's for relieving stress but there are way better and faster methods to do that in less than 30 minutes and you don't even have to spend money for that. I suggest you to think about this because you are spending quite a lot of time with gambling even though you probably don't notice that since time is running so fast when gambling.
423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I will eat John McAfee's dick if BTC doesn't trade above $100K by end of 2019. on: May 15, 2019, 09:55:36 PM
You better do that because I'm sure he is not going to do I on his own. I'm still laughing when I see some people thinking what he meant what he said since it was obviously only a joke and also a very good marketing strategy because he knew people are going to spread his name all around the internet. Even though he knew he is going to receive lots of negative comments I think he can deal with that as long as he gets a few thousand more people to follow him.
424  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win one bitcoin on: May 15, 2019, 09:53:24 PM
This is a new whole concept of lottery for us. With 40 bucks as an investment and you're getting a chance to win 1 btc. That's really a catchy to the people. But I think most of people here won't bite it. As a trader myself, I don't want to risk even if it's a little money. 40 dollars is not much but I think they will just keep it on other investment which is more profitable than betting in lottery. Of course you can't win if you didn't gamble.
For you $40 might not seem such a big amount of money but when you think about the fact that you have to play dozens of times to get a good chance you'll probably see its not that small amount anymore. The average lottery ticket price is $2 so a person could buy 20 tickets instead of buying one ticket here. Of course the chances of winning the lottery here are much higher but on the other side you have 20 tickets on the other lottery and that sounds better to me than a single ticket.
425  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 29 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: May 15, 2019, 09:48:39 PM
I agree. Splitting the rewards would be beneficial for multiple people, but the chances do go up which is why I don't understand what you meant by the chances still being the same.

Example : 1 winner/100 contestants has lower chances when compared to 5 winners/100 contestants.
I don't think it always good. If the prize too low (cause the splitting), few people will think they don't need to join the contest because even they become the winner, the price is not really worth it. Imagine if all people think so, there will be no contestant as they think it's wasting time.
The thing is here we are talking about a big prize and even if we split that to 2-5 winners each of them would take a considerable amount of money. Anyway, at the end I think it's still better to have only one winner because this way we'll have more competition between players knowing the prize is so huge and they have something to fight for.
426  Economy / Gambling / Re: Burst Dice! 1000 dice rolls in just couple seconds! on: May 15, 2019, 09:45:22 PM
I've honestly never tried this kind of gambling before and probably never do it. 1000 dice rolls in just a couple of second meaning 1000 times more money lost in just a couple of seconds. I think this feature was created for people with huge bankrolls or for those who are in a rush and only have a couple of minutes available for gambling so they just play this dice game a few times and then their balance is either gone or they've made a huge profit
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: should hold or sold BNB ? on: May 15, 2019, 09:40:50 PM
Binance was probably affected by what happened to them but it seems like their coins is strong enough to get over this. The price of BNB is still going up, even faster than other altcoins even though Binance has been hacked and many people expected this to reflect into the price of their coin. Since the market is alright and its going up there is no reason to sell your BNB now
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Garbage Or Gold on: May 15, 2019, 09:37:43 PM
Bitcoin is definitely not garbage but you can't say it something stronger than gold. Maybe the value of gold is not that high but when you do the math you find out that the supply of bitcoin is basically unlimited so it's marketcap its much higher than bitcoin marketcap, most likely incomparable since gold doesn't have an exact supply available.
429  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your favorite websites? on: May 15, 2019, 09:32:35 PM
I'm not sure if this counts but I will go with youtube.com even though most of the time I use the app on my phone to watch videos there. It's a website, so I guess I can pick it as my favorite because it's the place where you can literally find anything from having fun to learning something new and most importantly you don't have to read anything, just hit play and chill.
430  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin online pharmacy? on: May 15, 2019, 09:29:28 PM
I've seen some projects promoting this kind of stuff, something about pharmaceutical and medical industry but they were all just in the process of launching their websites and companies. I've never saw an online pharmacy accepting cryptocurrency and honestly I don't think there exists one. That's because the demand of bitcoin in this industry is not that high so pharmacy companies don't bother accepting bitcoin.
431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which factors influence your decision of choosing an online crypto casino? on: May 15, 2019, 09:26:10 PM
For me the most important factor when choosing a crypto casino is reputation. I dont care how good that casino is, what bonuses does it offer, how many games they have available, if their reputation is fu*ked up im instantly gone from there. If their reputation and customer's reviews are alright I will then look for the casino with the nicest and most accessible interface, a good promotion list and also it should not require KYC
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hope I can still ride the bull. on: May 15, 2019, 09:20:53 PM
i am not sure if they really got hacked or it was just a drama. we have seen those type of drama before i will not be surprised if it was one too. still, it's good as the bull still there in the market and people are riding it.

I think the drama hacked will not have a big effect starting this year, the value of bitcoin is more able to maintain it than some negative news manipulated by most popular media.
People are still talking about that subject but it seems that they start to forget it slowly. This was definitely a big hack that affected lots of people but there have been bigger hacks than this, for example Mt.Gox which lost bitcoin worth $350 million and if people could forget about that they can surely forget and move past this. Also, there still time to see if Binance can somehow recover that money since only a short time passed from the moment it happened.
433  Economy / Economics / Re: Starbucks, Nordstrom And Whole Foods Now Accept Bitcoin on: May 15, 2019, 09:09:24 PM
Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general are a pretty popular topic in the last months and I've noticed there is an increase in the number of people that have knowledge about it. It looks like big companies are also noticing that and they know this will bring them more profits along with new customers. It's interesting that this is the first time I see this companies, like Starbucks accepting bitcoin even though I follow some news websites regularly.
434  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Amazon accept crypto if Bitcoin skyrocket again? on: May 15, 2019, 09:04:20 PM
The global use and acceptance of bitcoin depends on some major platform such as Amazon and other marketing platforms but i think they would think of accepting bitcoin especiall when they see the price of bitcoin probably reaching over $20k. Imagine receiving bitcoin worth $500 and in a week time it rises to about $600 Wink. That's sure some good business.
But the same situation could be said about bitcoin price decreasing. Imagine receiving bitcoin worth 500$ this weeks and next week it's worth only 400$. Would you want to work with cryptocurrencies anymore after this happens? I don't really think so. Amazon has a reason why they are not accepting crypto and that's probably because there is not enough demand yet and they are afraid adding crypto to their platform will not help them that much.
435  Economy / Economics / Re: Why can't we have a good cryptocurrency exchange? on: May 15, 2019, 09:00:54 PM
The perfect exchanges cannot exist such as nothing is perfect in this world. Every exchange promises to people they are the best, the most secured and the most trusted existing but in reality we can't be 100% of what they are doing inside that's not being told to the people. That's right, they don't have the right to do businesses with your crypto but the same thing can be said about putting your money into banks.
436  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto to trigger a global bank run? on: May 15, 2019, 08:58:16 PM
Banks and governments have control over the economy and people's money since they were created and there is not much you can do to change that because it would take mass action from a high population of this world. It's possible that one day crypto will become so used that banks will have to take some preventing actions but don't imagine it would be something that big that could completely change this world's economy. Crypto is strong but it cannot defeat fiat
437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 15, 2019, 08:45:16 PM
Just as I said earlier, what a shitty match. After doing literally nothing for 80 minutes and playing like a team that never played before together Lazio scores a goal and all fun that never even existed goes away. But nothing to do about it, that's football and I'm not even surprised anymore because I've seen so many matches of this kind in the last weeks.
438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 15, 2019, 08:18:36 PM
What an ugly game from Atalanta and Lazio. Wasted 70 minutes of my life watching a complete mess with both teams playing very poor. Lots of unnecessary faults and literally no occasions by neither of the teams. Atalanta had a few good shots on the target but nothing great. I was expecting to be something like this since it's a cup final but there is not even the smallest interest in watching this match anymore. I'm very disappointed and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one
439  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rating of TOP 100 Sportsbooks on: May 15, 2019, 05:49:17 PM
I know the previous ranking of top 100 was shared on October last year so it has been a while since there was a new ranking but honestly showing some websites that we have not heard so far and not putting the great ones on top kinda makes us question the legitimacy of this ranking.

For example, at the top 3 there are sportsbooks that I have never heard before however when I check nitrogen or bitcoinrush neither of them exists in the top 100, how could you make a list of 100 sportsbooks with no nitrogen at all, I would kinda understand if it was on top but at least put it somewhere in that 100. When we do not see those amazing and mostly used crypto sportsbook websites in anywhere of that 100, we are not so sure about how correct the top 100 list actually is.
The reason why you didn't notice any popular crypto sportsbook in that list is because it contains only sportsbooks that work with fiat. And that was kind of obvious since I'm sure there aren't 100 crypto sportsbooks existing out there, maybe not even half of that number. The OP also mentioned that in one of his posts saying there is a different list containing only rating of crypo sportbooks and they don't have even 20 websites to complete the full list.
440  Economy / Gambling / Re: Freebitco.in never paid out on my bet on: May 15, 2019, 05:45:01 PM
Freebitco.in is new in this industry of betting and I'm assuming they have some problems figuring out how to handle all of this. Only 3 days have passed since the PL championship ended so I don't think you should be very concerned about your money since your bet is officially a winner and they can't deny that. Most likely they have some problems with the system(even though I can see its not some complicated) and are trying to verify each bet in order to make sure everything is alright.
