421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does staking even make any sense on: July 18, 2022, 08:47:42 PM
Defi and staking has really failed in this cycle and I still dont understand the reason. Till date ethereum still has a good percentage staked and lost more than 60% of its value. However, the idea looks great to me, a good way to manage the token while holders are equally rewarded. I want to believe there will be improvement to staking soon, irrespective I wont involve my myself in staking immediately after bitcoin halving

423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2022 is the time to buy or sell? on: July 14, 2022, 12:22:18 PM
Cash is the king and nothing can be good in this market until next year. Traders can try stop trading but on a good understanding of the technical analysis. Interestingly, when the bull market starts with bitcoin is when the altcoins will see the bottom, traders will sell more for bitcoin and make a terrible bleed.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can crypto go lower than 95% on: May 30, 2022, 10:07:52 PM
6. 0x
7. Woo Network

But looking for good entry per dollar
Woo network is the only coin I can buy from your list in the bear market. It has a good team, community and use  cases. It is also listed on binance and other top exchanges. I found  some VCs so much interested  in the project and have invested  over the past years. However I don't rule out over 95 % loss in value
425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many BTC is in circulation? on: May 30, 2022, 09:59:55 PM
I don't think there is exact figure but some onchain analyst gave a figure above 18 million  bitcoin in circulation.  12million bitcoin is said to be unmoved in the last 1 year, we may not consider those that were lost, 1 million token with satoshi . Halving indicate how small coin we are expecting  from .
426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How I can Create a private key from a text? on: May 30, 2022, 09:51:00 PM
Hello fellow bitcoiners,
here a silly question...

If I have a text like this one by Dante Alighieri (divina commedia Canto 1 Inferno)

Quote
Nel mezzo del cammin di nostra vita
mi ritrovai per una selva oscura,
ché la diritta via era smarrita.

I have seen that there is an online generator
https://jhoenicke.github.io/brainwallet.github.io/#generator
that allow to use the function "passphrase" and generate a key

it could be possible & how I can create a private key starting from this text just using offline tools?
Any solution or suggestion?

I hope the first codes is not the private key to the second address and if it is really, u should have private chat immediately to remove his coins there rather than posting. That must have a grievous mistake that  may not be redeemable
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT and photographers on: May 29, 2022, 11:03:58 PM
Does anyone have information on rate of trade on Binance NFT collection platform? Although the prices look considerately low compare to last year and expect improvement in valuation. The last period of sale was more on pictures but I expect videos, music and physical arts that can be transported to come into play soon. The over evaluation of NFTs caused the accusation of money laundering which also cant be defended

There is this news coming out lately on the cancer illness on the president of the country and the prediction of less than 2 years till the death of the team member, Is a very difficult news to prepare for or keep. Russia does not provide platform to produce news. THe present war cant help
429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's preventing bitcoin from worldwide adoption? on: May 28, 2022, 11:13:04 PM
I'm sure many governments are now puzzled that bitcoin allows many people to work without paying taxes, in fact. And I'm sure a lot of people don't like it.
Paying of tax is limited to some countries, If you try to avoid tax in USA on cryptocurrecny trade then you are look for trouble, although their are some escape route. People dont just like bitcoin, I think they are just ignorant or scared of the news they heard. Like some top country, it is smart not to enforce bitcoin use to citizens now but stable coin see more adoption. I believe the cycle with bitcoin one day will have a turn around and wont be this volatile.
430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what countries have the best / most privacy fiendly bitcoin laws? on: May 28, 2022, 06:17:44 PM
most exchanges are not restricted to traders in only a particular country, and many countries are tightening their rule on cryptocurrency mainly because of money laundering and the benefit of tax which enforce KYC. One can barely see exchanges with no KYC, although some may allow trade and prevent withdrawal above certain amount, Decentralized exchange is a provision for those not willing to use KYC with its restrictions as well

432  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price with a 4 year cycle? on: May 27, 2022, 10:20:44 PM
Well we've heard about super cycles, or a new trend that it's going to emerge and not follow the 4 year cycle as bitcoin's narrative has change.

However, I will say that this is not the case, we will just as least for me, will still follow the 4 year cycle. We all know that there is halving, the most important event in our history and the future price movement still is based n this process. Of course, we can argue that bitcoin's historical data is fairly young as compare to traditional financial markets so it's hard to identify cycles. But for now, I will have to agree that there is a 4 year cycle.
Super cycle description really gave a stare when the market came back after the dump in May and make very close new ATH in November. I think things will change on the 4 year cycle and make it unpredictable, halving may still be a important date to start a cycle but the bull pump will get more unpredictable. The 4 year cycle make it very interesting but the process of onchain will affect the coin in future
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the end or only the beginning on: May 27, 2022, 10:00:03 PM
How many projects will rug pull in 2022? There are many projects that will face the same fate as Luna project but I believe we are able to raise voice on Luna CEO because he is popular and well known, what about projects with invincible CEO? There are tons of Defi and metaverse projects with invincible team, I think their case will be much worse than what we've seen.
Luna does not have invincible team but that does not shift our focus researching the team and avoid anonymous team. We should be very carefull with all those young CEO, not everyone can be Vitalik. Aniother interesting new about A16 selling 80% of asset prior to crash could indicate the inside information asses. Except for projects that have gone through 2 cycles with strong the community and hype, everyone should ride to bull market and dump.
434  Economy / Reputation / Re: My account removed trust.. on: May 26, 2022, 09:14:30 PM
I do not see any good reason you created a thread about this, it is clear and obvious that you have alts and you used it to participate in the same campaign which is against one of the rules of the campaign and you have been tagged with negative trust. The best way to go is to PM the people that have given you negative trust, but they wouldn't remove the negative trust because you are a bounty cheater.
Can negative trust be reversed or removed?
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ASIX+ 🎗️Main utility in project P2E games_NFT Marketplace and Metaverse. on: May 26, 2022, 03:38:14 PM
I referred to the post on the telegram group of their non-involvement in the bounty and the claim of scam on it but was later denied by another admin, it is confusing to see such scenario among the admin. Is that they dont have any communication at all?
I see this as well. I heard that if the team was ignoring the bounty campaign. it seems like the participants already got scammed by this garbage shit scam token. The manager already asked by the members and participants. The participants are feeling so confusing about that. This shady thing was happening with so many non escrow bounty. I heard that if this is also rebrand from the old scam token that used almost the same name like the current name.
I have been added this into my blacklist of scam token.
I was actually interested in the project but as my custom i did my background check and stay a while watching. The manager is new here and the complain in the group has been the same on non-payment of bounty reward. More also, he communicates so badly. I dont want to complain about his grammar if he was professional as a manger.
436  Other / Politics & Society / Re: China is a declining Power on: May 26, 2022, 03:28:49 PM
Nothing lasts forever as what people say, and this is true in every sense on just about anything. China has grown well over the past years but as we see, it is gradually slowing down. As to how much it would slow down or decrease the pace of its growth I can't say since I am not good with statistics. But common sense does help me see this. Still though, I believe that China won't lose out to other countries in terms of growth in the short term. Regardless, in the long run, it may he over taken since some countries show great potential in growth. Just my simple view.
If you dont use statistics then you cant draw any conclusion on the state of China, we should compare data. Unfortunately, china is more conceal with some data than America. A lot is happening in the world that have shifted our minds off politicking with other top countries. In all standards, China is doing very well with world market, foreign reserve etc but their image is being attacked regularly.
437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a good time to start accepting BTC? on: May 25, 2022, 09:00:28 PM
There are some interesting things about bitcoin lately; that more than 12 million bitcoin has not moved in a year and it keeps leaving the exchanges. Grayscale has released the plan to sell bitcoin if it goes below 21k, which is a depressing news to the space with the amount of bitcoin in there custody, it is like going to dump bitcoin lower than 15k price. This premise give a disturbing view on the dip in this market for bitcoin. Some expect the lowest dip between November and February 2023.

439  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine Invasion: Will Sanctions Alone Stop Russia? on: May 24, 2022, 07:56:53 PM
The sanctions placed on Russia is in my opinion a case of indecision. Because how can one place sanctions on a country and still go ahead to buy oil from them? Is there a point? Is this not an example of grounding a child and later on giving permission to go out? Will sanctions alone stop Russia? Don't think so.
Most of the countries have not developed to live without them. Germany is still buying gas from them and they indicate that they cant stop at the moment. Finland electricity was cut off by Russia itself when they are also planning to join NATO. They are forcing many countries to pay rubies and they are complying. They are the highest exporter of wheat as well, so definitely the world economy still relies on them. Now is sanctioning some names in USA from entering the country. So what are they playing as politics here? they are likely to continue
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether (USDT) - Backed by Air and Words on: May 24, 2022, 07:42:18 PM
a lot of these posts donot look like they understand the OP and his concern. When I understand stable coin, I realize the size of fraud that is going on there. The last law suit was settled out of court and US government seem to be quiet because they are also getting paid. In the last 2 years a large some of billions was added to a coin, this coin does not get mined and just last one week when people are getting curious they remove $10 billion. The space does not need the free fund from America to pump this space if you understand how the stable coins work.
