421  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: August 03, 2017, 04:14:10 AM
The worst decision I've made was when I panic and sold some of my bitcoins. Since I was new in btc and investing back those times. In a span of one week I observed how low the value can get and I saw my investment went down. So when an opportunity came and the price bubble and I gained 150% of my investment I immediately sold half of my btc just to see the value started to rise more after selling. Right now, I just laugh everytime I remembered that moment. Well, what can I do? As a newbie during that time 150% revenue is a good deal and I considered that as a lesson. And I am thankful for that experience because right then I started studying about btc and even subscribed to different btc online news.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoins today and be a millionaire in the future! on: August 03, 2017, 03:23:57 AM
http://www.cnbc.com/2017/06/20/bitcoin-millionaire-erik-finman-says-going-to-college-isnt-worth-it.html

Have you heard of the story of a 12 year old kid who wagered with his mom that if he will be a millionaire at age 18 he will not go to college. To his mothers surprise he is now a millionaire and never went to college. His secret he bought bitcoin at 12$ with a 1000 $ gift from his grandmother.

If we also dream of getting rich in the future it is now time to invest in bitcoins. Many said that we will be experiencing bubbles more often, that is true but we have survived it and still bitcoin keeps moving on.

If we want to get rich invest in bitcoins today. The price of bitcoin today is at 2600$ and moving up but imagine its value 5 to 10 years from now.

Being a millionaire out of btc investment is really possible but it will also depends on how much investment you will put in btc. It is good to know about the kid being a millionaire at a young age but I don't agree that he won't pursue college anymore. The thing is, he might lose everything he have if he doesn't know how to manage it. He might be overwhelmed with his new wealth. So I think that he should still go to college and take a course that might help him how to properly use his money in the future.
423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin survive? on: August 03, 2017, 03:02:46 AM
After there is a BCC can the bitcoin survive or bitcoin will be much more up the price after this
What do you think about this?

Bitcoin will survive. I don't know about bcc but its success depends on the investors. Cryptocurrencies will have higher values if it is being patronized by people. And I think by this time most investors are firm with bitcoin so there's no way bitcoin will die since it is proven and tested.
424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So much bad news. When will it end ? on: August 02, 2017, 09:49:51 AM
It has been a negative week in the Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency sector. So much bad news in such a short space of time. Its almost as if the universe wants to teach Bitcoin a lesson. Heres hoping we move past this stage without entering a full blown bear market for another 3 years.

Didn't hear any negative news last week so I wonder where are you coming from. Everything that happened is normal and was predicted. Regarding the bad news, bitcoin is successful that is why all the bad and negative thing about it will never end. It's just like if you are famous and successful in life, all the haters are there and they only stop if you are worthless for them.
425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin penetrate the price of 3500 USD at the end of 2017 this? on: August 02, 2017, 12:04:53 AM
With the rise in bitcoin prices now when I made this topic has reached the price of 2769 USD, my hope can be translucent 3500 USD until the end of the year.

How do you respond about it, can or not bitcoin will reach that price?

The 3500 dollar mark is very close and we could go there any minute now. Considering the fact that BIP91/BIP148 created no problem at all, the activation were as smooth as it can be and no split happened up until now, so we can easily say that we will be there in no time. We could even surpass that mark and I know that for certain.
426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin split on: August 01, 2017, 11:50:34 PM
is there anything happen ??

from where we can get the true real time  news?

Thanks

Nothing is to be worried about. As of now, theymos himself declared that it is a general "all clear". There were no split happened in the past hours and there are no signs if it will in the near future. Bitcoin processes and transactions are back to normal (almost, I think). Better check his (theymos) post here to have some further information regarding the matter: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2059111.0
427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to Buy a Car with Bitcoin without convert my bitcoin to Fiat. on: August 01, 2017, 11:08:24 PM
i am trying to buy a car with my bitcoin without convert my bitcoin to Fiat if its possible suggest me any idea.

The answer here is so simple, go find a car store or whatsoever type of store that sells car that accepts Bitcoin as a payment OR find someone that sells his/her car that will accept Bitcoin as payment, et voila, you have purchased a car using Bitcoin without converting it to fiat. So simple right?
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cash? More like bitcoin crash! on: August 01, 2017, 11:02:02 PM
Grin Grin Grin

Everyone is just claiming their BCH and trading into BTC lol  Grin

Well, since they have the opportunity to claim BCH for free, why not claim it and then convert it to Bitcoin to gather more profit, right? We already concluded that BitcoinCash will be a failure before it even exist. Bitcoin will always have the majority of support in the cryprocurrency world and BCH will stay as a shitcoin.
429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: August 01, 2017, 02:21:47 AM
Do you think the richest families or personalities in the world would be interested in using bitcoins??
And if so, would that be a good thing for us small people or negative??
I mean rich people are capabale of so much things, so it makes me wonder..

Of course rich people will be interested in bitcoin. Especially that btc speaks for itself. They will see its potential and the next thing we know they're gonna be buying all btc they can. They aren't rich for nothing. They are rich because they are businessmen who always look for things where they can gain. I am not sure if it will be a good thing for us small time investors. Maybe it is if they won't hoard and keep the circulation of btc going.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I support Bitcoin Cash and here's why. on: July 31, 2017, 04:42:13 PM
Look at this chart https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/#dominance-percentage it says that from February 21 up to June 17 Bitcoin market share has dropped from 87% to 38! Doesn't it bother you people at all? That's why price went down to 1700$, PEOPLE STOPPED USING BITCOIN, because of the lack of credibility- namely slow transactions and high as fuck fees. After that price returned to ~2700$ ONLY because of speculations around Segwit2x. It's the only reason, bBitcoin  is dying and u all know it.

So these are your reasons? You were saying that bitcoin is dying just because of that analysis? I don't know buddy, but something's wrong with your understanding about bitcoin. And I don't get it why you are saying that you are supporting bcc over btc because of these things you've said. May I ask what bcc have proven, so far? Fluctuation of btc value doesn't mean it's the end of it it's just normal and you should know it.
431  Economy / Economics / Re: Is trading just educated guessing? on: July 31, 2017, 09:18:15 AM
Can you really be sure you will profit unless you have insider info?

In trading you don't need an insider info to gain profits. What you need is to do your research. Study the trend and everything. There are lots of things to consider. Ask yourself is this a good investment? How does it work, when is the best time to trade, how long does it usually take to gain a specific percentage of profit. Those kinds of questions and stuff. Sometimes there are luck included but not solely. Knowledge is always the key.
432  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: July 30, 2017, 04:16:12 PM
Andrew Haldane said one solution would be for the Bank of England to issue a state-backed digital currency based on bitcoin. Supporting this initiative would be a negative interest rate levied on paper currency relative to the digital currency, with these measures do you think there is more possibilities that sometime:

Paper money will be banned entirely?
How long do you think that happens?
would it work?
What security and privacy risks would it raise?
And how would public and privately issued monies interact?

If you mean banned entirely in a world wide scale, I don't think that will happen since not all country has the capability to cope with the technology of cryptos. And I guess there's no country who would opt for paperless transactions because in the first place, starting up a project to use online currencies in ALL of the transactions is a great cost, starting with the machines for every establishments. Will the paperless project work? I don't think so. And for the security issues, we know that everything in the internet can be hacked.

434  Economy / Economics / Re: New rich people thanks to BTC on: July 30, 2017, 12:16:04 PM
I have been making an analysis about how people is getting real rich thanks to the increse of BTC and it is amazing to think that people are getting real rich, lets hope and this will continue so the people that holds very little BTC also gets rich.

This is the analisis I made:

On February 1st 2015 you will need 4,219 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 10,125,600 usd

On Febraury 1st 2016 you will need 2,681 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 6,434,400 usd

On February 1st 2017 you will need 992 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 2,380,800 usd

Today you need 404 BTC to have 1 million USD ( the person who has now 404 BTC it is millionaire, and in Feb 2015 just had with the same 404 BTC 95,757 USD

That is amazing.

I wonder what are the new rich people doing right know? have they realised that they are rich yet.

Wow! I never thought of this analysis. And yes, you are right there are lots of people who got rich because of bitcoin and they are now considered as the "new money" of the community. How I wish I knew about bitcoin at least three years earlier. I was so busy with my job that I didn't heard of it before. And right now, I don't know if I can gain double or triple value for my current bitcoin in 6months to one year.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Bitcoin Cash overcome the original Bitcoin? on: July 29, 2017, 10:52:52 AM
Due to the controversies of the BIP 91 proposal, Bitcoin mining provider ViaBTC and other supporters are planning a hark fork on August 1st. It will be called Bitcoin Cash with a block size of 8mb.

Now, it would be up to debate whenever this separate chain becomes successful in the future and it gets the attention from major exchanges, businesses, and startups that support Bitcoin.

Do you think Bitcoin Cash might overcome the original Bitcoin we know and love in the future? Or will SegWit2x prevail and render other forks useless?

I would like to know your opinion about this Smiley

In my opinion, I don't think that bitcoin cash will overcome bitcoin. Bitcoin have proven itself for years and I don't think I can trust those who just imitates bitcoin's framework. Me and my brother pondered about this matter. And he thinks that those people who like to push the split just wanted to make new coins using btc's original chain.

438  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: July 26, 2017, 11:34:58 AM
No way. Don't sell just yet. Forget about your bitcoin for ten years or maybe five if you can't wait that much. Then check it out after five years and you'll see how much it profited. Be patient and keep your calm. Keep your bitcoins longer. Btc is a potential investment that's why I'm pretty confident that in five years time its price will go higher. But if you're not really into investment you can consider selling it now and other investors will gladly buy your share.
439  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to win Bitcoins with Signature Campaigns ??? on: July 26, 2017, 10:45:34 AM
First thing you have to do is to be active in posting in any forums here in bitcointalk. Post as much as you can to build up your membership status since most of the campaigns requires higher status. If you are a full member and up you have higher chance to be accepted in any campaigns. So the next thing to do is look for an available campaigns. You should be checking regularly since it will be on a first come first serve basis. They have a specific number of members per status. If you have successfully joined a campaign follow their directions and make sure to copy their e-signature. Never do burst posting and refrain from plagiarizing. Usually those campaigns that pay on a weekly basis requires 30 posts in a week.
440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: July 26, 2017, 07:33:25 AM
I would like to know what experiences did you had when you first started with Bitcoins. As for me, I had many that I would like to share with you.

When I began in the Bitcoin world, I was a complete rookie with no proper knowledge of how did mining worked or anything about cryptocurrencies. I just thought about Bitcoin as another payment processor like PayPal. But when I joined the BitcoinTalk community, I learned so many things along the way. In my process of learning in the first days, I decided to invest into cloud mining services. Since I didn't knew much about it, I invested a plenty amount of Bitcoins to start my journey into it. During that time, I had gotten into many different services. Those were GAW Miners, then Cointellect, cloudminr.io and finally Hashnest. After getting scammed many times by the services mentioned previously, (except for Hashnest) I have lost many Bitcoins. As a result, I decided to never invest into cloud mining and thus dedicate myself into learning more about the cryptocurrency and look for other ways to earn Bitcoins. It was then that I enrolled into the signature campaign that I am currently into and during all that time I began to earn Bitcoins as well as diversify my investments into different alt coins. Now I am dedicated to trading Bitcoins and other alt coins, as well as working for it (like the signature campaign and working as a freelancer) in order to earn coins and build up my portfolio along the way.

Anyways, what would be your experiences with this exciting cryptocurrency?  Cheesy

I first learned about bitcoin when my brother told me that he is working online and that he is accepting btc in return for posting in forums. And later on I gave it a try. I started with signature campaigns too. I also tried earning satoshis from captchas and ads viewing but later on stopped because it is very time consuming and the income is really low. So I just focused on campaigns here in bitcointalk. And I'm learning more about btc while earning.
