Actually, almost all ico ratings I think are paid for just saying that a token or coins is potential to acquire potential investors that will cause to increase the value of coins, in short they are attracting those things that are usually far from the truth of their plans according to their program they have in their project as well.

Ethereum before reached 0.1BTC way back on 2017 so I believed it will bounce again to that price value at the right time, I am sure about that. So better to buy now then hold, especially they have a good plan for it by next year, which I believed it will become x 5 or more but lets see what is gonna be.

Indeed, you will wonder why most altcoins so far was declining together with Bitcoin too. This is showed only that there's something will happen were most of the bag holders are bullish at the moment.
