4201  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: January 21, 2020, 10:40:15 PM
Wanted to mention this earlier but now that I remember, the squad lists aren't updated for Majestic 7. For e.g. Liverpool allows you to pick Harry Wilson, and Cenk Tosun is missing from Palace's squad (I'd have picked him last week watching him play) so I can't pick him today. Think a few others missing or in the wrong squad cause of January's transfers. Pepe Reina in Aston Villa (who will also have Samatta by the next game).

In fact i had also come in here to talk about the new transfers to different clubs too. I don't know if Fortune jack is not aware of this, or they are aware but, are planning to update the squads after the transfer window.

I wanted to pick Cenk Tosun for Palace instead of S.Long for Southampton but i would have still lost either way.
4202  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Invitation to participate in AirDrop Stellar on: January 21, 2020, 10:25:19 PM
Just to get the details, I visited the website from my other Linux PC and on the home page there is a "Claim XLM" button. Once you click on it, a file that is executable on Windows starts to automatically download.
It's Named "StellarAirDrop.exe" and i am very sure it is infected with malware. I hope people are smart enough not to fall for this stupid airdrop.
4203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some exchanges charges are too high on: January 21, 2020, 09:46:22 PM
How many exchanges you know of that have too high withdrawal fee? I was shocked that Dcoin exchange wants 0.001 for any bitcoin withdrawal you want to make while other exchanges charges only 5000 Satoshi for bitcoin withdrawal, I was forces to exchange my bitcoin for litecoin before getting my coins out
I have even never heard about the said exchange. How do you even discover and end up using such unpopular exchanges with zero reputation and an absolutely shit trade volume?

Why not stick with the more popular and trustworthy exchanges which even charge much lower fees?
This is how people end up getting scammed

This thread is a good guide to different exchanges and their fees; Crypto exchanges comparison [trade fee + listing fee + age + mobile app + more!]

If you want a quick ban just plagiarize content and share it here without any single source quotation  Grin
But seriously the forum is good in general if you can relate with people well. Sometimes you might think people are assholes yet you are the cause. So before you start creating drama or calling people assholes, first check yourself.
4205  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [List] Instant exchanges on: January 21, 2020, 08:45:41 PM
Not sure. Mind explaining how does the exchange exactly works? It looks more of a search engine.

I can see that whenever you choose the pairs you want to trade, a list of exchanges is given to you. Do they buy the crypto from these exchanges using their accounts API and then re-sell it on their platform?
Yep, it's more like an exchange marketplace. The list of partner exchanges that appear show the different rates for comparison, so, in away the list gives the person who wants to exchange his coins a choice.

When you want to exchange, they provide you with a wallet you send coins to, then they do the who swap process for you within around 5 minutes from the exchange of your choice.

Edit:
As i was searching about it in the forum, I found some member who made a summarized guide of how to swap. Maybe it can help you understand how the service works: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5115860.msg50083602#msg50083602
4206  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam project - Isikc.io ISIKLAR COIN[SCAM] on: January 20, 2020, 11:57:55 PM
Good Job carrying out the findings OP. I am going to leave a tag on their profile. Having a fake team and plagiarized white paper should be more than enough to justify that the architects of the project are with no good intent other than just after scamming people.

Supported the  newbie flag you created against them too.
4207  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ★★MS KEYS WINDOWS/OFFICE (ACCEPT PAYPAL) CHEAP PRICE!★★ on: January 20, 2020, 11:31:57 PM
I didnt sell a service that dont work and second i cant even refund its blocked he just have to wait for the dispute to be closed
Surely if everything was working  perfectly then we wouldn't be having a disgruntled customer here... would we?

Plus you should have explained to him what was at hand... keeping quiet or not giving any details makes the other party to start guessing or thinking they have been scammed and i wouldn't blame them for opening up a scam accusation.

Anyway i just hope you resolve the issue and the outcomes are satisfactory to both parties. For now the tag and flag will remain until i can confirm that no one has been scammed.
4208  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trading and Taxes on: January 20, 2020, 11:06:08 PM
You can use a portfolio manager to help you keep track of your transactions, trades, profits and losses. There are quite a number of trusted portfolio managers out there. All you have to do it export the API keys of the og the different exchanges you use into the platform.

I personally use
1. BitUniverse (Mobile App)
2. Delta Crypto portfolio manager (mobile app)
3. 3Commas (both mobile and Web platform)

4209  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ★★MS KEYS WINDOWS/OFFICE (ACCEPT PAYPAL) CHEAP PRICE!★★ on: January 20, 2020, 10:00:16 PM
This is so stupid why would i scam for money that goes on hold and second why would i scam for money that can be refunded WTF is this .... just nvm ...

Your client paid for a service and according to what he presented, it didn't work, why would you sell stuff that doesn't work for starters?
You also seem not to be bothered about refunding him despite his pleas according to the chat logs. So why do you want us to believe that you are not a scammer?

Just do business in good faith and see if people will both calling you a scammer.
4210  Economy / Reputation / Re: Product Specification "Manipulation", is it ok? on: January 20, 2020, 09:49:47 PM
That's being unfair and unhonest behavior by the seller. I would personally be so pissed off if i bought something that is different in specifications from what the seller claimed it had, so from my personally point of view, what the seller is doing is totally not OK. I wonder what he would lose by just saying the truth about the miner. Let the buy know what they are about to spend on rather than get disappointed later.
4211  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ★★MS KEYS WINDOWS/OFFICE (ACCEPT PAYPAL) CHEAP PRICE!★★ on: January 19, 2020, 11:09:36 PM
and there is scammer like you to scam people refund my money fking thief

and this is his account on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/usr/rofop33

I will gonna fk you every where I see you I already told all my customer about you scammer go to hell
Flag supported now. At least newbies and forum guests should be able to see the warning from a mile away. I advise to add the link of the flag to your OP in the scam accusations board so that other DT members can support it when they get to see the thread.

It a shame that one just wants to get money they have not worked for.
4212  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hacker leaks passwords for more than 500,000 servers, routers, and IoT devices on: January 19, 2020, 09:46:52 PM
Even tough passwords could be insecure (i.e. stored in plaintext) and using different usernames per site gets old pretty quickly, not to mention needing a long list just to store them.
It's why using Secure password managers like Bitwarden can be quite resourceful. You don't have to worry about the long list of usernames and passwords for different sites.

I learned a very big lesson why my bitcointalk account was hacked. The person who got my password tried to access my Dropbox and a dozen other useful accounts. Luckily all my exchange accounts and Gmail had 2FA on them and the other accounts without 2FA, the hacker would get blocked before he could log into them for suspicious Log in IP addresses.
I had to change details for ally my valuable accounts and started keeping the information in password managers.
4213  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: seif.besbes scammer don't deal with him on: January 19, 2020, 09:20:30 PM
I saw this advert earlier on and to be honest i was suspicious. Little did i know that someone would fall for it. Sorry for the loss OP. The amount lost is not that small, i wonder why you don't use a trusted escrow for such transactions.

Archived for you the post: http://archive.is/1p8zj

I am also going to tag him.
Can you please create a type 1 flag on the profile? I will support it.
4214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 19, 2020, 08:23:46 PM
Surprise results in EPL this round.
Leicester lost 2:1 and they started nice and scored first goal.
I wonder is this start of their decline in form, as this is their second defeat in a raw.
They seem to have lost that good form. Vardy stopped scoring ever since his wife gave birth and Madisson isn't as sharp as he used to be so yeah. looks like they will settle for 2 or 3 place.

Even on the EFL cup, Aston Villa gave them lots of headache. They had to bring in Kelechi Iheanacho to save them from the embarrassment.
4215  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [List] Instant exchanges on: January 19, 2020, 01:33:18 PM
Can you add the exchange from my signature? I mainly like it because it allows very small exchanges, and doesn't charge a transaction fee (only a percentage).
Nice exchange, i have just checked it out, and I am definitely going to bookmark it. The rates are one of the best and i love the bit of small exchanges too.

OP does coinswitch.co also fall in this category of instant exchanges? If it does then here are the details:
Name:  Coinswitch

KYC: No
Fees type: Fixed Rate
Supported coins: 426
4216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 18, 2020, 08:42:16 PM
It must have been a very hard one for city to take, losing almost all through out the game, then to get the equalizer and to take the lead within four minutes, only to concede late on, its really painful. But again poor defending from city, Stones should have done better covering/marking Wilfred Zaha, Stones is so slow and not a good takler of the ball, I don't think he'll be in city next season, he's not just up to standard.
It's not like they have a choice at the moment. All their available Centre backs are shit. Manchester City's last decent and inspirational Centre back was Kompany thou he was affected by injuries, but he is long gone now and City did nothing to find a perfect replacement.

They wasted resources buying more midfielders who they already have in variety and forgot that defense is an equally important department and now they are facing the music  Grin

First match 0-0 WATFORD -SPURS and say good bye to 1 BTC.... Grin Grin Grin
Was so disappointed in the match most especially Troy Deeney who got his penalty kick saved. I picked him ahead of Son at the last moment. Indeed no chance of winning 1 BTC this weekend.

Furthermore I have selected the following players for this round: Aguero, Salah, Martial, Abraham, Ali and Aubameyang.

Sorry mate, Aubameyang is suspended because of the red card he picked last week from the Crystal Palace Match. Some members discussed it a few replies about

4219  Economy / Reputation / Re: My acc has been hacked and used to post scam thread! on: January 17, 2020, 07:08:42 AM
I have seen this kind of thing before, where a hacker gets into your account, doesn't change anything but then goes on to post malware or scam threads without your knowledge. You only get a wake up call when you are tagged.

It's so hard to prove that you were not the one who posted that stuff. However, the members who tagged you are understanding individuals and if you explain to them calmly and very well, they can remove the tags.

Another option, if you are really desperate about clearing your name and don't mind much about privacy is PM them your  IP logs from https://bitcointalk.org/myips.php. If you are concerned about your privacy, You can blur IP address and City and then provide them with only time and the country the IP address that made the post was from in comparison with your previous or current IP addresses(This helps if you haven't been using different VPN locations)
4220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Blockchain Classroom] Lesson 25:How do miners mine? on: January 16, 2020, 11:14:26 AM
If you want to become a miner, it is actually relatively simple. Buy a dedicated computing device and download the mining software to start mining. Mining does not require the miners to do it themselves. In fact, the computer performs specific operations. Miners only need to ensure the power supply and the network connection of the computer.
Relatively simple... yes, maybe back in the day. Right now, if you want to make some good profits, it isn't an easy task at all as one has to set up a good mining farm consisting of the latest and very expensive efficient mining rigs.

When i visited your topic i thought i was going to see a few details of how mining is done (how transactions are picked from the mempool and validated) I am just disappointed to see just a paragraph of information that can not teach a newbie anything about how mining is done.
This doesn't qualify to be a "LESSON"  Undecided
