I just saw this(quoted below) is account sale from your website allowed? obviously I can't afford it and won't bother buying an account. I am just curious whether it is allowed or there will be a penalty for those who will be caught buying an account(I am not sure how you'll differentiate a bought account though).

Most, if not all sites don't allow transfership of accounts because they violate the TOS.

Start using Google Ads and scammers will use it to advertise phishing websites pretending to be Ledger and Trezor. Search "Ledger" on Google and sometimes you will get a scam website asking for your seed. We don't need Newbies coming here, saying that they got scammed by an ad they saw on the forum (also, ponzis).

Google sucks. At least theymos knows what he is doing when he accepts someone's banner in the ad rounds.

Another thing is that Google only allows certified licensed gambling websites to advertise their businesses. So lack of competition and more repetition of ads.

4204  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Stake diamond account for sale on: July 30, 2020, 05:24:54 AM
How would this sell make any sense?
Also, the daily reload is calculated for the previous action "Reload is calculated based on your previous 7 days wagered amount. Your previous 7 days profit is also then calculated. If your profit is negative on the previous 7 days, you will receive an additional amount on your reload amount." , so there is no fixed amount.

Forget the reload, the buyer has to worry about the account being wrest away sooner or later after making the payment Grin
4205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how to win at casino on: July 30, 2020, 05:22:06 AM
Exactly this. Many people aren't very aware of casinos being run with a skewed house edge. It's a notion many people fail to understand. So long as any strategy requires you to win against the house, it will always fail in the long term. Only in occasions where you can win against other players maybe strategies could be utilized and prevail.

Even without strategy, the house always wins in the long run Grin

Anybody has any experience on this site to advise to gamble?

Never gamble more than you can afford to lose.

None of those places will issue a licence to a provably fair site. I think there might be a possibility to make an app that only allows free rolls and no gambling so we might give that a try one day.

That could be feasible. But I think Google requires a cut of profits to get the app listed so chances are it has to be supported by ads.

Many should be fine with it though.

Forum software?? Mods?? Why should both get paid? Isn't smf free? I haven't heard any other mod to get paid.

Well, you have from servers to website hosting to maintain for handling huge traffics.

And then there are mods that have to be compensated in order to work. If you're a security guard, no way you'd guard Google's headquarters for free, right? Same concept in most major forums Wink
4209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how to win at casino on: July 29, 2020, 11:43:24 AM
I would never recommend to someone to play at casino . It is very risky even more than cryptocurrencies volatility . Also I want to add the thing that many casino owners have a really good strategy behind the scene

Who doesn't want to double their money in a single click, rather than waiting for months, even years to harvest their fruit? Grin

Haha, you and I have the same thought with those 'retirement' fund that they're fronting with their sales.

They good to talk about those things after learning from several people through different forums sharing their investment journey with those offers that came from financial advisors, I was disappointed to see that their money lose not just with inflation but also with their investment.

Definitely Grin

Actually they have trainings to be thick-skinned while dealing with potential customers, and be super pushy. I have a friend who's active in promoting such scheme, and kept persisting despite telling him I'd rather invest in cryptos and other stuffs.

Ended up blocking that fella hahaha.

Just ignore everything you see online related to FBC other than their own website. It works easy on a browser and I just leave the one page on my phone, when I remember I open and click,,, so simple. Do not take the risk with all these terrible apps even if they are not malicious they may not be secure at all.

Yeah, I've not downloaded such apps. Thankfully the faucets I frequent on are all responsive.

Anyways, it was only 0.15$ Grin

You might never know there are some individuals that could make $15 from $0.15 Grin

Not too long ago I managed to withdraw nearly $100 from a $3 deposit, but that's on another site.
4213  Other / Meta / Re: "Forum User's Day" on: July 29, 2020, 06:13:39 AM

Nobody has to chair it, or the op of the thread could. A thread is created and anyone can ask a question in there. People can read the thread to see if there's any dupes. Whoever is nominated can either choose to answer as many as they want or all if necessary and they can answer them when they're ready. As with AMAs not all questions get answered but just ones they feel penitent and they certainly wouldn't be an obligation to do so. I think this would be better than an reddit AMA actually as questions likely won't get lost amongst the melee and instead of answering them on the fly and in a rush the person in question can take some time to think about their answers or what questions they even want to answer at all.

It would be interesting if the big shots happen to drop by; Roger for instrance *cue the boos* or our beloved John McAfee.

But I feel that other than Satoshi-co-founded, Bitcointalk is still lacking other features Reddit has, which is pretty obvious. UX, diversity of topics, or lack of post engagement which is why AMAs on Reddit are mostly successful.

Playstore removes most of the unofficial ones as they need permission from the site owner. They also don't allow gambling which makes having an official one difficult.

I see, but this one has been there for a long time though. Maybe overlooked by Google?

4216  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying goods or services using crypto on: July 29, 2020, 03:14:35 AM
Yes, like in the country where I live and I have not found a purchase using Crypto and although there are ways like that but I have not tried it.
and until now I have only exchanged Crypto for currency in the country where I live so that I can use it for real purchases, and what I do is more convenient like that and not all countries can do it like that.

Most countries haven't integrated crypto in daily things. Well, just use it for gambling and investment for now.

Doesn't freebitco.in have its own mobile app, especially on the Playstore? But now that I tried to search, something like this came out. Just an impostor, am I right?

Yes, that's from a third-party. FBC doesn't feature ads at all and is already responsive on mobile devices.

You'd come across those fake Moon faucets too and they're spammed with ads on top of the existing ones.
4218  Other / Off-topic / Re: Stocks For Passive Income on: July 28, 2020, 10:53:49 AM
Ok, alright, I see.

I have encountered this with the financial advisors that I've talked to. They've offered me an "investment" + "deposit" and the other option was "investment" + "insurance".

I wasn't too ready during that time when they offered me those options.

Don't worry, you're not missing out much. Most of the time they just try to sell BS (get rich fast/ retire in X years) to you just for their quota/ commission.

From banks or insurances, they're legit but you're expected to reload/ top up funds every month. That's what I used to do until I decided to invest elsewhere.

Stop it you Thread Hijacker.

Looking at your post history says all your post giving this link.

I don't know whats your intention but try to create your own at least.
Most people are now leaning towards online work to make easy money.
No you are wrong, people now are going Online because of less opportunity in real life work, there are so many companies that closing so people are entering online businesses just to survive.
Not like before covid that Online is for easy money?

That thing is a spambot. I've reported it so that post (or account) would be nuked soon.

Idk why but most of these scamming schemes have broken English, it's biggest red flag one can have.

Very strange come to think of it. Then it reminded me of some guy who sold his wife for Internet connection, if you've seen the meme before Grin
