I did not make any gambling mistake last year, this is because I have made a mistake in the past which taught me ways to manage my money. I do not know about some coins you listed but it is very good to be careful of altcoins, if there are times when the market will increase in marketcap and price, there will be a time the market will correct to increase direction again. Never sell while losing, chill and wait until it is bull time. But I am surprised you did not list bitcoin among them, it is guaranteed that no matter how the red time is, bitcoin will increase back to the price you bought it and you will gain, it can take much longer but the it will happen.

One thing about centralized exchanges and wallets is that they manage your funds for you, instead of managing it yourself on noncustodial wallet, but have to trade and easily convert to fiat, that is why many people prefer them but the best are noncustodial wallet like electrum and decentralized exchange like bisq which still gives maximum control as you own the private key. Not you key not your coin applies to this.

You do not have any other option, reply to them that you are already verified. Continue sending them message in response to what they send you until this is solved. To have full control, try decentralized exchanges and avoid scammers. You can take the complain to their social media where it can be seen by the public.

None of my concern with any tweet from binance but I check SXP and I saw it was true that its price rose. It rose from $1.5 to $2.02. I was happy to see that and I create a short position for it. The price reduced to $1.83 but waited until it rose back to $1.85 and I closed the trade when I had gained already.
