People are holding, I think there is a lot of confidence in the dev. I have a good amount , but am holding to see how this plays out.

Thank you, as always a job well done, and pro!!
Do you have any plans in the near future to change anything on GorillaBucks before block 50k?
The reason I ask is, I understand wallet 4.04 for bucks was about burning the coins, now that thats done, will you leave it as is (I hope), or will you hardfork it again back to the way it was?
Thanks
Vegas
I don't have any for testing on mainnet until we get it listed somewhere else or someone sells on GorillaEx, but from what I've done on my own chain, I'm fairly confident this will be a long-term update, just how 1.0.8 was (and still is) very solid for MMXIV for nearly a year The pace of the chain is very nice, its not crazy fast and inflationary, and its not a 30 day confirm either. I cant imagine how difficult it would be to balance a coin, but I think you might be the first to do it. Vegas

Thanks for all you are doing Spots. Some of us appreciate it!
Will the next MMXIV update be PI compatible?
I have the other wallets running well, already have bucks up to 4.0.4 but I had to revert to an older version of MMXIV on the PI. Its not as pretty but it works, Id like to keep it on there if I can.
cheers.
Why did you have to use a previous version of the wallet on Pi? It's the same version of MMXIV, but uses a different Qt version (all the trading and fancy stuff). The Pi wallet is an old Qt version that runs a lot nicer and more efficiently on low-spec 32 bit systems or limited resource ARM builds so what specific functions are you missing in qt4 then? or is this just another excuse for lack of programming ability? couldn't find a repo to copy from? piss. fucking. poor. @Billotronic: Yes, you ARE a real dick, and I have read LOADS of your posts, and have never seen you say anything nice, or constructive or helpful. Sad thing is , my gut tells me you are really intelligent, but your such a selfish bastard that you use that brain for the benefit of your own. We all have our shitty moments, but your stuck in shitty mode. Vegas

GorillaBucks has now updated to 4.0.4. This is a mandatory upgrade prior to Block 12864. Update will speed up blocks so until everything is mature so the extra coins can be burned. The new staking system will kick in at Block 16000. Current rates are a bit too low for the time spent gaining weight. We will use a modified version of the new staking system introduced by Variance after Block 16,000. The reason for the increase in rewards is due to the massive amount of coins being burned very shortly. Expect to see higher rewards while still keeping the high number of confirms needed for newly minted coins Because of this change, I will be keeping the GorillaStake servers offline until Block 50,000 to ensure everyone who wants their coins off can get them off prior to the next round of staking from us. If your coins enter Stake again between now and Block 50,000, it happened on your computer, not our systemSo let's get this straight. You'll email your BUCKS users for polls and things like that, but for a mandatory wallet update, you rely on your users seeing this post on BCT? Ill keep reminding users about my site, that do not have the time to keep up on this forum and or thread. There is a very easy and simple solution. Go to my website www.bitcoinlasvegas.net and scroll down to about the middle of the page. Look to the left where it says "Subscribe to Blog via Email". Put your email address in there, and click subscribe. ANYTHING that is important in crypto , you will receive an email. This will include all new coin releases (NEVER ICOS), new wallet releases (ALL Spots wallet updates, the hour they are released), and any other important event that impacts Cryto. No fud, no trolls, no spam, no bs, and NO COST or ads, EVER! I sift through this landfill hourly called Bitcointalk.org and pick out about 1% of the information that I deem worthy of my website and post it. If your subscribed, youll get an instant email , and wont have to use your time to read fud, and crap. If you decide to, you can easily unsubscribe. I do NOT sell or copy your information, this is for US, the community to make our lives easier, thats all. I cannot count how many times Ive been told it is the BEST website for crypto. My gift to the community. Enjoy! If for any reason you dont think this IS the best crypto website in the world, tell me why, post it public. I want to hear it. The site has been up over a year with hundreds of pages of quality content, and I have not had 1 complaint.Vegas

You have a nice coin here. It is VERY rare to see new multialgo coins, and a fresh change. Thank you. I dont have to tell you we BADLY need an exchange. Yobit and c-cex are some easy exchanges to get added to. Also a security issue. Can you please add an "unlock" command. Using "walletpassphrase" in console is not safe as password is displayed for keyloggers and viruses. Thanks As soon as we get added to a good exchange I will write an article on my site thats dedicated to crypto about exabyte. I get about 2000+ hits/week. www.bitcoinlasvegas.net . So this is powerful exposure and free. Vegas

What I find unique about this coin might surprise most. The sellers/miners hold their ground on their price. There seems to be at least 1 miner on most coins dumping low, I havent seen that with this coin. I hope it lasts.

As a smaller miner, Smarterhash is the best thing I've ever done. I looked at it when it first came out and thought ....Meh, I can do that on my own, I always have. Broke down a while back when the money back guarantee came out.
It's a tool, that used properly, helps you decide what do with the hash you have. It's a fact....most miners are just spinning their wheels , hashing away on coins at high difficulty and low block release against other miners doing the same.
If you want your hash to mean something ....get Smarterhash.
I trust Jeff, and have only heard great things about Smarterhash. Lord knows I spent a fortune on my rig, so $150 to get the most out of it makes total sense. Vegas

well - I have no ideas what coins will be released in the future but here's our current list and we're fairly aggressive when it comes to creating pools for new 'legitimate looking' scrypt coins. thanks for asking: http://pools.smarterhash.comOk I REALLY like your list. You certainly have done your homework. Just a few more questions, and Ill sign up. 1. Im on another site I wont say the name out of respect for your business, but it too mines scrypt coins and pays out directly to each coin wallet. I REALLY like this style. On that site they have Tagcoin. It does really well , and It is a large portion of my profit. Any particular reason you dont have it? I see you have Bitcoinfast, which is pretty much dead, and is only listed on 1 exchange and thats cryptopia (crap exchange) . Would it not be better to switch this with the highly profitable tag? This site also tells me how much I earned in past 24 hrs in BTC and USD. Does smarterhash do that? 2. Im a big fan of Bottlecaps and Hobonickels. I know there can be an occasion that it can be profitable. Any chance of getting bottlecaps added? I know its probably not the most profitable coin, but I trust Tranz and his coins. 3. How are you with feedback from your clients regarding coin changes? Ill be honest, Ill probably email you my thoughts on the coin list on a regular basis. Not that you even have to make ALL the changes I request, but perhaps some? Ill ALWAYS state my reasons. 4. I follow crypto on an hourly basis. Ill write a review on my site after 30 days or 60 days if you like.It is ranked on google result usually #1 , 2, and sometimes #3 for any coin search. www.bitcoinlasvegas.net . Youll get some great exposure there. I Average about 2000 hits/week 5. Am I correct that smarterhash pays to each individual wallet and NOT in btc every 24 hrs. I will join the multipool, and let smarterhash switch for me. Jeff if you want to know the name of the other pool to look at it, pm me. Vegas

Hey Jeff , Im on the verge of buying smarterhash for my 4 sets of Titans batch 2. Im at about 1800Mhs +/- and the only question I had is, how can I get a current list of the coins being mined now and in the future?

Hey Biomech can you put a beta out? Ill take my chances. Trouble is I have a few thousand GMC on Bittrex and it is delisted, it wont be long before they take those funds. Need to get them back in my wallet, like today. Also I think it would be a fantastic idea to join forces with The Hyper team!!!

I think a better idea is get on an exchange. Easy ones are c-cex (preferred), yobit. Lets see what this thing is worth before we put more money into it.

Al my wallet's just got hacked, haven't got a clue what happend. Even secured it with encryption. Can't do a thing anymore... Some fuck hacker is happy. These are the NET's that are stolen from me... To many risks involved, and to much money down the drain... Very sorry to hear this. In fact I too was hacked back 2 New Years ago, 240k NET and all my other coins I had saved GONE. I was feeling the same way about leaving crypto.. Super glad I didn't. It was an expensive lesson but I sure am glad I pulled back and am here today. Few things learned, ALWAYS have your wallets encrypted with a very strong password. Don't click links you don't know. Check all web links and files downloaded with https://www.virustotal.com/ It sucks people are out there like this stealing peoples coins. I feel your pain. I too was hacked August 2nd 2014 for 7700 Bitcoin Dark THOUSANDS of dollars. I stayed and bought an antikeylogger, and have not had one problem since. I am not affiliated with this company, but their anti-keylogger is SPECIFICALLY for cryptowallets https://www.qfxsoftware.com/ . I soooo understand and feel your pain. Also NEVER use "walletpassphrase", as most of these viruses take screen shots as well as capture keystrokes. Also NEVER download a wallet that is NOT on the OP, and be cautious about downloading wallets for "new coins", let others be first. You CAN stay in crypto, you just need to rethink how you do things and follow the advise exactly as I said and GET THAT SOFTWARE! Its like $40 and worth every penny!! Also DO NOT make all of your passwords the same on your coins, that was ANOTHER mistake I made. Hope this helps. Vegas

Dont expect professionalism in crypto fellas. Just because you made profit doesn't mean anyone is reputable and of course check names. What i dont understand is why Spots even responds to people with "fuck off". You are just stooping to their level and it doesn't come off as professional at all. The person making the most money is Spots, every shitcoin he comes out with is more money in his pocket. He can preach like price doesnt matter but he is cashing out on everyone and every "coin" he manifests out of thin air. Its pretty easy to see that he made a shitload of money on MMXIV and is trying to replicate that or sponge more money before he disappears forever. I would be seriously impressed if he has more than 100 people who use his staking service. Good idea to try and legitimize all the income from MMXIV and future coins though.
If you dont trust him, dont trust him. Its not investing, you are gambling on a shady(and pretty egotistical) individual to bring "innovation" to an already niche and overly saturated market.
Actually I made the most out of everyone on MMXIV, probably more than everyone combined. Even spots will tell you that, so dont take my fucking title away , until you do your fucking research, prick. @Spots, take that shit down about "Rich getting richer" you fucking hater! Vegas
