4201  Economy / Speculation / Re: Here is why Bitcoin can only go down on: November 28, 2019, 04:17:37 PM
After reading all that OP is talking about, it seems it all gets down to the fact that he thinks that another cryptocurrency will come and become more dominant than Bitcoin but from all I have seen there hasn't been any other alt coin that has come close to even doing that. The most talked about Bitcoin Cash which has a larger block size and far cheaper transaction fee couldn't even stand the test of time.

No other crypto currencies can compete with bitcoins no matter it is bitcoin cash , Eth , ripple or any other currency. All of these theories and  forecast have failed and bitcoin always stays on top and it will continue to dominate the crypto market.

I feel pity on people who think bitcoin is close to death.

4203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many Bitcoins are left? on: November 26, 2019, 02:07:29 PM
Not sure how many are left since we can't really find out the exact amount now. I'm just a little worried about the lost Bitcoins, would it still be possible to retrieve them?

There is no way to retrieve the lost bitcoins, if someone has lost the private key then the coins stored there will be lost forever. Also if is impossible to find out if a wallet owner does not spend his coins. It can be either he has lost the key , or he is Holding the coins with no need to spend, or he is dead without given the private key to anyone. There is no way to judge this.

Wanna know how to get rich?

Buy cheap when everyone is scared. Then wait, and do nothing.

Sit on your hands. Smoke some cigars. Read some books. And continue to do nothing.

Sell when everyone is euphoric. Then wait, and do nothing.

Buy again when everyone is scared...

Been said numerous times... though I don’t sell but still these lines can help some guys  Smiley

This is perfect scheme which is hard to get right. We keep waiting to buy it at more low price and price never get there. Same we keep waiting to sell at the most highest price, where the price never reach and hence we always buy/sell in panic.
4205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Tete vs Casimero on Nov 30 on: November 24, 2019, 09:43:16 AM
No doubt that Tete is a strong one but his over self confidence will eat his own words. Let's see who will gonna eat.

"I have fully recovered from the shoulder injury and I will be testing it on Casimero's chin," Tete said.

He should rather save his confidence on the game.

He is already in England via a first class flight (is this a news lol) and they contacted a Filipino restaurant there for his nutritional needs.
Wow, that's a first! Lol!

Leave alone the self claims by Zolani Tete, the fact is that he played his last game in October 2018 where he defected Mikhail Aloyan, but he has not played any game in between and no one can be sure of his current form. Also only in the game it will be seen how well he has recovered from shoulder injury as Casimero will surely target his injured shoulder.
4206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deontay Wilder Vs. Luis Ortiz II on: November 24, 2019, 09:13:48 AM
Deontey Wilder wins in seventh round with one of his devastated knockouts.
I was thinking he will do the job eariler and easier, but this was not one of his best performance.

Wider was always expected to win but Luis Ortiz took the match till the 7th round is an amazing performance by him. More exciting news is that Deontey Wilder confirms that his next fight will be against Tyson in February. Seeing this match performance, I think Tyson will be feeling the heat to for the upcoming match with the man in form.

Thanks for everyone commenting on our project.

We will change the domain very shorty as we migrate to another hoster.

So make yourself ready for a excellent fitting domain name  Cool

We added a price ticker, changed a little bit on our terms and conditions and added a russian local forum.
https://forum.blockz.network

You should have promoted after getting the domain name. I don't see much good sites who change their name after they get famous. If you have budget, it is a good idea to start your signature campaign after you got hosted with a new name. This will give you good traffic. Also not all forums pay per post, if your forum have something unique and interesting it will still become famous.
4208  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Be Aware] Fake Trezor on: November 24, 2019, 07:04:46 AM
Thank you for sharing, i always been concerned when buying a hardware wallet that the guys that work at the post office will open the wallet and install a malware or something to hack my coins, that's why i don't use it as a cold wallet

You should avoid the fake Trezor site only but you cannot claim that cold wallets are dangerous or avoided. If you are experienced, you will know how to protect and safely use cold wallets as they are the best way to store your coins. If you have some good amount of bitcoins it is recommended to buy hardware wallets and you can get them cheap on this black Friday.
4209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble with a controlled mindset on: November 24, 2019, 04:37:04 AM
Not just in gamble even in trading, for those who trade and not gamble too much. Controlled mindset is really needed. You must know when to stop and not be greedy when you already won. Some people got problem due to depression or guilt and regret in their decisions. They won already and still decide to continue until it all loss. So better set your focus in everything you do.

Easier said than done Cheesy it's really hard to predict what a person would do in such tempting situations lol. I myself tell others to know when to stop but in past I myself has hugely lost because of this same ever increasing greed xD
Perhaps you can perevent that if you limit yourself before you gamble. For instance, divide your budget you can afford to lose wethere if it's anually, monthly, daily, weekly or whatsoever. Play at small time thus even though you get tempted to risk all, it's fine because we are just humans in which we tend to use our emotion rather than our mind.

We should make it compulsory to make our mind to plan for the gambling. Going without any plan can give you a lot of loss. I have seen and heard people becoming bankrupt because of gambling and some even commit suicide because they have no money left with them. There is a lot of temptation in gambling and therefore one must take precautions before playing.

4212  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Black Friday 2019 on: November 23, 2019, 05:00:38 AM
The problem with paying with Bitcoin right now is that Bitcoin's price is about 30% off... So we are not getting really good deals right now :/
It doesn't really matter I think. The black Friday sales do happen every year regardless of the price fluctuations. On the other side, what's the point of holding all those bitcoins if you can't spend them nicely on one day?

I used to follow this page https://bitcoinblackfriday.com/ to get the deals every year but it seems like the owner gave up this year. Watching this thread.

I was sort of disappointed to see this page https://bitcoinblackfriday.com/ today as it had good stuff previously but now he is just selling his domain. Is there any other site which can give us comprehended list of offers on black Friday, although it is obvious you will get discounts everywhere.
4213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis ATP Finals 2019 on: November 21, 2019, 06:32:05 PM
2020 might be a break out year for some of the young players we have. Because we don't know if the big 3 can still maintain their positions because sooner or later either of the three are going to retire (because of injuries). I wanted to see someone new winning the grand slams next year, and it could be a sign that we will see "changing of the guards" very soon in tennis. Maybe it's hard to imagine Djokovic, Nadal and Federer not winning any slams in 2020, but they know that it's going to be very difficult as new set of players are hungry to break their monopoly.

I think that we are living in a new tennis era. Tsitsipas is going to have an incredible season in 2020 if he keeps himself away from injuries.
It is a great chance now to climb the ladder now and reach the top. He has all the fonds to win the difficult opponents as he is on a great form.

It will not be easy for the Tsitsipas to reach the top because you can see the points difference is very high from the No 1 position of Nadal to the no 6 position of Tsitsipas .

4214  Other / Off-topic / Re: Andriod or IOS on: November 21, 2019, 06:19:20 PM
I m using android for last 7 years. iphone is expensive that's very average mobile user prefer android because of affordability. Rest I dont think there is anything on iPhone which is not available on android phones.

Keep aside that iPhone are expensive and have more security. Don't you think that iPhone user interface is more user friendly. The way the apps are arranged, the style and everything is perfect and with so many customizations of Android, none can provide a UI which is equal to IOS in terms of ease of use.
4215  Other / Off-topic / Andriod or IOS on: November 21, 2019, 04:49:47 PM
Many people are still confused on which mobile phone to choose when they need to buy new phones. Will people prefer Android for ease of use / customization or use IOS, as sort of Jail but with greater security ?

Tell us your views and experience on this.

There is a competition race going on right now where you can win 0.05 ETH for posting.

🔖Forum Post Race - Prize: 💰 𝟬.𝟭𝟱 𝗘𝗧𝗛

How to Join the Race?🤔

1. - Sign up at http://Forum.Blockz.network
2. - Earn Bitz for Posts
3. - RT this Tweet: https://twitter.com/BlockzNetwork/status/1197121066277232641

👑The Top 3 User with the most collected Bitz within the next 6 hours will win each 💰0.05 ETH

I do not think this race can't bring any traffic to your site. People will just spam in these 6 hours to collect the 0.05 ETH. If you want to increase the traffic you can start a decent competition with a greater reward and span it over a week or two.

Although i never think that pay per post is a good marketing tool in the long term. In the long run, you will lose the traffic when you stop the payments for posting.
4217  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀ROCKETPOT.io 🚀| Multiply Your Bitcoins✅ | Win the Jackpots 💰 | Launch Thread on: November 20, 2019, 02:32:54 PM
If we talking about the strategies i just remember several years ago there was a person use unique strategy that he was use 1 btc for each bets and before the rocket crashed he stopped it at 1.01 or 1.02 several times so the profit for each bets will be approximately 0.01 - 0.02 btc and after 2 or 3 times attempts he stopped the bets and leave the game but in my view the profit will be good although this is fully of risk but rather than bets with low amount i think this strategy is more effective

You need to be indeed very lucky if you use a full bitcoin in the rocket games. There are times when the rocket crashed even before the 1. What if the rocket crashes at 0.25 and your 1 bitcoin is left to only 0.25.  Only who have many bitcoins can take such risk and i would not call him a sensible person if anyone do take this big risk.
4218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis ATP Finals 2019 on: November 19, 2019, 05:20:30 PM
It has ended.

Thiem is the runner-up and Tsitsipas is the winner of the ATP world final 2019.

Haven't seen the full match, but Tsitsipas was down in the first set and then come back strong in the last two? that's amazing. I think this will be the start of the next generation players to be in the forefront and replace the big 3. Nothing to be ashamed of for Thiem though, he also play high level tennis in this tournament.

Tsitsipas has a greater chance of winning the final

I have already predicted that Tsitsipas would win the tournament as he had shown a greater talent than Thiem. Also Thiem was under pressure because he was the favorite of the two  while Tsitsipas look relaxed and played a great game in the final.
4219  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How do you like your sig campaign payments. USD vs. BTC on: November 17, 2019, 05:46:45 PM
I don't really understand what this discussion is for!
This is a Bitcoin forum, not a USD forum, right?
Payments should always be in Bitcoin or in other cryptocurrencies (centralized tokens are not cryptocurrency! Wink )
And now to calm everyone down. Always, with big price changes, the rates per post or per week were adjusted, so it really doesn't matter. (Camapaign owner almost always prepare budget based on fiat, so behind the curtain it is adjusted anyway)
But when it comes to rules, in my opinion we should stay only with BTC.

Since the bitcoin price is not stable and in most cases it increases, the companies prefer to pay in USD (converted to btc), so their budget is not disturbed by the bitcoin instability. However, the signature campaigns participants including myself prefer to get payment in BTC.
Also the pool results shows that only 6 people have voted for the favor of USD till now.
4220  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Banks with Shared IBAN on: November 17, 2019, 04:26:32 PM
Hello,

I am looking for a bank where I can send and receive SEPA transfers in the name of the bank and not in my name.
I know that DiPocket offers this, but I am looking for an alternative.

Thank you!

You can try https://www.monvenience.com/. They allow you to open IBAN from anywhere in the world. You can accept or send SEPA or Swift payments with your unique IBAN. Also they allow 25 currencies in single account. But do check their feedback before using them as I never tried their service.
