4201  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which is the best mixing site ? on: April 23, 2016, 12:10:49 PM
Hi there guys ,

I just want my bitcoins to be mixed because of security .
I have heard many sites but the 2 i know are  1: Bitmixer.io 2: [banned mixer] i wanted to know which one is the best site to mix my bitcoins . Can you please share your experience with bitmixer.io or [banned mixer] ?
Since it is all over your signature that you are promoting [banned mixer] I think that should be the best for you. If someone asks me which is better Yobit or Poloniex, I strongly answer Yobit of course as that is what I am promoting and believe in it. If you don't believe in what you are promoting, then I don't understand why you are promoting it in the first place?
4202  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tips for cold storage? on: April 23, 2016, 09:26:35 AM
A lot of replies here, let me give you the best option, for a large quantity of coins forget the trouble of paper wallets, cold offline storage, I am sure you can buy a hardware wallet, I recommend trezor , but if you want  a cheap one even Ledger Nano does the job for just 20 USD. If I had large quantity of coins over 10-15 I would buy one.
4203  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to spend Bitcoin? Newbie's opinion. on: April 23, 2016, 09:06:15 AM
Best advice I can give to you, first and foremost put this amount in a hardware wallet like Trezor,Keepkey or Ledger Nano. Wait until the halving, I mean give a check to your wallet after the halving is done. If its 700 USD or more per BTC I would sell and make about 3000 USD win or I would save for your years to come, you never know maybe the price go up to 10.000 USD per Bitcoin or more and we all will be very happy if it does so.
4204  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Easiest and fastest way of buying Bitcoin on: April 23, 2016, 06:45:38 AM
There are some very very very fast exchangers here in the forum in the Currency Exchange section of this forum and I suggest you should check it out, usually those with very very very high green trust like 70+ reply to you in very short amount of time and close the deals very fast, no verification needed, just escrow and I would suggest you go first to them that would be even easier. Just stay away from Paypal and other reversible payment methods, I am sure they don't like it.
4205  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cloud Mining - Please help a newbie on: April 23, 2016, 06:33:56 AM
Cloud Mining is a purely ponzi scheme in which if you are the early investors you can make ROI but after some time when their target is achieving they will start all sorts of schemes and start to accumulate the investments from users and then one final day they will stop with excuses.
What is your thought about Genesis Mining? Do they really have the hash power that they are selling with extravagant ad campaigns?

Maybe they do, but the problem with them as I already have explained here several times is that, if you buy a lifetime contract with them, they pay for you for 2-3 months, and then with the excuse of difficulty increase they shut down your miner and tell you that if you had a miner at home which is not profitable, normally you would shut it down. Now you lost quite a lot here, in this point of view Genesis-Mining is the biggest scam of mining history in my opinion.
4206  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transaction fees on: April 23, 2016, 06:29:28 AM
is transaction fee only based on the size of the transaction?

Yes it is, but if you are truly in a hurry to send the bitcoin very fast, you can pay a higher fee, usually by doing this you will have a lot more confirmations in very short amount of time, as miners process firstly transaction with higher fees and then those with smaller fees (not sure about this though).
4207  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Receiving Bitcoin Confirmation From Other Users For Trading on: April 23, 2016, 06:26:29 AM
In desktop wallets like Multibit and Electrum, your bitcoins aren't truly yours (you cannot spend it) until you have at least 1 confirmation, after this you can send the received bitcoins anywhere you like. Based on this I say , 1 confirmation is all what is needed to be on the safe side.
4208  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ALTS signature campaigns vs BTC signature campaigns on: April 23, 2016, 06:23:03 AM
Etherum seems to be showing some promise of recent.

Ethereum has been down quite a bit lately, so that promise is running out of steam in the moment, Ethereum used to be 0.028-0.032 BTC not long ago and now its price is 0.0175 which is quite down compared to 0.032BTC almost half price down, I think all the hype about ethereum trying to replace bitcoin is truly out of steam now.
4209  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHICH BITCOIN WALLET IS THE MOST GOOD AND CONVINENCY on: April 23, 2016, 06:18:33 AM
For a newbie friendly the best wallet is Multibit HD, for a normal user to advanced user is Electrum (both these wallets are online desktop wallets, so you need to keep them in safe operating system, not Windows for your security). For the best bet is a hardware wallet like Trezor, Keepkey or if you want just to try hardware wallets is Ledger Nano only 20 USD . They are all pretty much secure the hardware wallets, but also the desktop ones are, when you know what you are doing.

I don't recommend at all, blockchain, coinbase, circle, xapo, or any online web wallet for your own safety.
4210  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: April 23, 2016, 06:07:47 AM
Lol another thread of 20xx the year of bitcoin. I think the years of bitcoin will be from now on and to the future, the bitcoin will rise in value inevitably but we don't know how much, so we cannot predict right which will be the year of bitcoin. They will all be the years of bitcoin from now on.
4211  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which is the most profitable cloud mining? on: April 23, 2016, 06:04:23 AM
There are none.

Cloud mining was never profitable. Not today not when it started. All we got from cloud mining were 3 major scams
Gaw Mining
LTCGear
And the biggest scam Genesis Mining.
Nice to see that at least someone is speaking the truth.

Of course is speaking the truth, and I am making you the most common example of their scam which is difficult to catch for the newbies. They promise to give you coins daily as payout, but after 2-3 months they come up and tell you that they shut down your miner, because if you had it at home and it was not profitable you would have it shut down. Therefore, if you have bought lifetime contracts with them, you have been scammed big time.

4215  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Hackers please do this to the PONZIS. on: April 22, 2016, 01:44:47 PM
Ponzi owners are probably hackers themselves and therefore know better how to protect themselves from the other hackers and the truth is hackers/thieves don't have a conscious, if they did they'd not do this to anyone in the first place, so what you're trying to do in hopes they have a change of heart is just a fool's dream. It don't make no difference to them whether you're good or bad. If they see a vulnerability/hole in your security, they'll take it.

Thats what I am asking, I don't care if they have a heart or not, just telling them what to hack, they get the money ,we stay clear of these ponzies which keeps popping up like fungus after the rain and take a large chunk of BTC from newbies or unexperienced persons. But I know this sound like a no answer call as it takes a whole lot more to hack a website, still they have hacked exchanges, so they can hack these websites too.
4216  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to earn bircoin on: April 22, 2016, 01:42:21 PM
mining is your friend, do altcoin mining, and you will earn bitcoin easily, but you need to do your research on what to mine, i'll not to the work for you now

because there are coins that offer better profit than other, etheruem is not the number one anymore

I know ethereum has got down a bit lately but I see it as the most appreciated altcoin after the Bitcoin, which is the new king of altcoin I am not aware, I checked a bit and didn't see some alt doing better in terms of price than ethereum, but I really love to know who is.
4217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prediction ligue 1, france football ligue on: April 22, 2016, 01:31:38 PM
I am thinking the better option in this match is plain Nice ML to win, Nice need the points as it needs to strengthen its position, now that near Nice there are a lot of other teams looking to grab points, this is the perfect opportunity for Nice to get the three points and hope that other rivals will make a wrong step.
4218  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does sending Bitcoins feel good? on: April 22, 2016, 01:28:32 PM
I always feel sad when sending, and very very very good when receiving. I feel sad when I am sending as I may never see those coins back (gambling) and feel very very good once I receive as in the end numbers make us feel better, and any growing number of Btc in my wallet just raise my mood up. Wink
4219  Economy / Economics / Re: Is gold better than Bitcoin? on: April 22, 2016, 01:26:35 PM
It depends on the person, but I would suggest you to go for the Bitcoin, much more flexible, you can take huge amount of it any country you go, with just holding a hardware wallet or a seed of desktop wallets. I dream that soon Bitcoin would be seen as a much better asset than gold. In my opinion it fully is.
4220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Total Number of Bitcoin Addresses with at least 1 Satoshi on: April 22, 2016, 01:24:20 PM
97% of all the addresses have less than 0.002 BTC in them? Wow I must be filthy rich then, taking into consideration this website and if the fact is truly true that 97% of the addresses hold on them less than 0.002 BTC this fact is amazingly shocking.
