4201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: So should I make this bet with 1 bitcoin? on: January 24, 2017, 11:17:19 PM
They came up with a false accusation that I had 10 different accounts which has no merit in this case because their is substantial way to prove that they were my accounts. As I mentioned to PeepsPlace during that time which was the Christmas/New years holidays I had over 10 other people using the same connection that I was on when I registered for the sportsbet account. The other people here wanted to try their luck too so they all wanted to compete against each other with using this site.
So we were all using wifi connection and that is connected to the same internet connection. So of course they will show up as the same ip address. No kidding! But that is a loophole that they can put in place when ever they want too in order not to have to pay anyone they do not want to with this clause in their shady TOS rules. I just knew they were going to pull a fast one and not pay me out my rightful winnings so I put it all in an attempt to empty out the account so I can close it. And I eventually did and told them I would make sure they do not dupe any one else on the forums to fall for their scamming casino sites (vegascasino.io / bitcasino.io / sportsbet.io all are under the same owner! So avoid all of them. You can confirm this by just connecting to the live chat on each site you will see the same person's name is going to connect to you. Roll Eyes )and their scamming ways.
Someone with 10 accounts, usually would use a VPN to have different IPs. Therefore, to say 10 same IPs = one account holder is nonsense!

They can also see the operating system of the pc and I am pretty sure that it was not 10 times the same, if different users.

4202  Economy / Gambling / Re: 12% loses since joining satoshidice on: January 24, 2017, 02:21:21 PM
Thanks but you might want to check again, I am betting as the house and the advantage is 1.9%, factoring that mathematically I am almost 14% at losses.
I summed it up here: Satoshidice scam, 500+ Bitcoins defrauded and disappeared!

Investors have confirmed that you also invest in Satoshi Slot with a 3,5% house edge. But unkluckily, account Underdog01253 (user ID 2789717) was created January 11, 2017, placed a bet of 0.25 BTC and won a x1215.92 multiplier to walk away with a whopping 303.73 BTC.

If you invest at a shady site, where account balances in the height of 100s of Bitcoins magically disappear, percentages in your favour do not play much a role!
4203  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiDICE.com - The World's Most Popular Bitcoin Game on: January 24, 2017, 01:49:16 PM
I feel like right now is a real make or break moment for Satoshidice. They could refund the investors that were robbed, add 2FA and maybe work on a more fluid hot wallet, and be up there in contention for best dice site, not to mention the first. Or they could deny any responsibility for the robberies, never address the hot wallet, ignore everyone, get strongly branded as an outright scam, and fizzle out (or maybe just steal the rest and run/hide to avoid legal action).

I know which scenario I'm in favor of  Wink
They do not rob investors to refund them.

I doubt they could be the best dice site with 1,9% house edge, while others offer 0,8% and without robbing, cheating, etc.

They can not avoid legal action, the laws are clear. But they likely will not face legal action, because of the mindset of the victims.

The house edge has nothing to do with the site.
I thought the site takes the house edge, surprised to hear that the house edge has nothing to do with the site.

The reason why its losing profits is because gamblers are moving on to other website.
How many gamblers did they lose?

They lose profit because new accounts register and win the same day 303 Bitcoin slots. Anyway, no one knows their profit, as there are no numbers available and they simply take Bitcoins out of the investor accounts and no one knows why.

I still don't know how the situation with these investors will play out, but its looks very fishy for these huge wins coming out of nowhere all at once.
As long as victims are not willing to initiate legal action, nothing will happen. They know the mindset of the victims and think they have nothing to fear.

This is whats bad about Bitcoin. All the sites have to do is say "We were hacked- sorry" and our bitcoins are gone and nothing we can do about it.
It is only bad about Bitcoin if the site is anonymous and go shady.

If the operator is known, like in the satoshidice scam case, then you can of course initiate legal action in Curacao.

No, they can not simply say "We were hacked- sorry". If they were hacked, they still owe you your Bitcoins. Furthermore, in Curacao all transactions have to be stored by law.

This place should be avoid. CS Agent Simon is a complete Asshole anyone who plays here has to be mindless.
If you take a look at their dumb promoters, it is clear that their target audience are mindless people. Cash game players sit with $10 at the tables, that says it all. They need 70 promoters to accrue some $10 cash game players. Cheesy
4207  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can you suggest me a good betting site? on: January 24, 2017, 03:08:02 AM
Blockbet, StakeBTC, Bitcoinlivebets and Coinbet gave away nice bonuses right before going under.

1. More than 50% of the bitcoin books go under or become deposit only.
2. A majority of the time when a book goes under, it's within the first year.
3. World Cup and Super Bowl are popular times for books to run.
4. If bonuses and lines are too good to be true in the first year, run, don't walk away from the book.

Sweat the game, not the payout.

The reviewer found out they're asking for KYC after the winnings are in their account. Which is a scamming tactic by these casinos. So that in it's self is questionable activity right then and there!

If they want to make it this way then ASK for this BEFORE the customer has any amount in their accounts. Even before a deposit is made. This in it's self is a scamming thing to do to anyone with an sense at all.
Exactly! If it is required by law to prove your identity, then they need to prove it BEFORE they let you deposit. But I know that their

Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ do not require anything.

Only if you want to withdraw over $10,000 they would need to check because of AML. I have never heard of a bank that let you create and account and deposit anonymously and when you want to withdraw, they ask for proof of your identity. Roll Eyes

sportsbet.io is dangerous Warning! SportsBet.io + BitCasino.io because the manager already embezzled player funds from Muchos Poker customers!

I found today this article about sportsbet.io https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1738312.msg17590963#msg17590963 and will update the article on Game Protect website soon.

Game Protect is an independent online gaming and betting consumer protection service.

Your work looks better but on your profile some high rank members are saying that avoid his service and they are saying that his advises are baseless.
Are you really surprised that the criminals I call out (to protect the Bitcoin and gambling community), advises to not use my service?

If you are a criminal gaming or betting operator, would you advise to use the Game Protect consumer protection service, so victims can go after you and enforce what is owed?

Everyone can state his personal opinion in the feedback section. Two have DT trust:

1) OgNasty: "Useless alt of an addicted gambler. Ignore him and his blackmail front masquerading as a service."

-> he thinks that Game Protect is an alt account of TwitchySeal

2) xetsr: "Avoid this service. They cannot protect you with their "€90 for 1 year assistance service". You won't be protected by joining through their affiliate links either."

-> his personal opinion is already disproven as Game Protect can deliver the announced service.

-> In addition, he turned out to be a scammer: what happened with xetsr?

You can find on the Game Protect website unlike more interesting info than in my feedback section here. Wink

Can you provide the proofs that these suggested sites have issues. I want to follow a legit advise.
Yes, click on the links and read on Game Protect website.

It was publicly stated info at the Chamber of Commerce Curacao website that Timothy John Heath was managing director of Muchos Gaming N.V., but I did not make a screenshot. Everyone can request this info from the Curacao Chamber of Commerce.

It's best to stick with the "A" and "B" rated books at this time. The Super Bowl is a dangerous time to leave funds in questionable books.

You might want to put Sportsbet.io in a D rated site to place bets on.
They freeze you from making withdraws when they just feel like it or when you have a substantial amount of bitcoins to withdraw.
You can read about it on my thread when i won more than 1 bitcoin in my account and had my withdrawal denied all the sudden when I just did 1 withdrawal previously of 60mbtc with in a time frame of 24 hours prior.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1738312.msg17590963#msg17590963

If that is unethical to do to a participant on a site that they place alot of bets on then I don't know what is.
They also are the same owners of bitcasino.io and several others under the same brand.
All from the same pile.
I warn since summer 2016 about sportsbet.io Warning! SportsBet.io + BitCasino.io as the manager Timothy John Heath already embezzled player funds from Muchos Poker customers.

Thank you for your info, I will add it gladly to the SportsBet.io + BitCasino.io warning.

An unscrupulous sportsbook can vanish without a trace, taking all the funds with them and leaving its customers with little chance of recovering their money. Peeps Place at bitcointalk.org has tackled this problem with his outstanding rating system, taking into account the input of each sportsbooks’ customers as well as other variables to help determine a book’s quality.
So you have tackled the problem that unscrupulous sportsbook can vanish without a trace, with your outstanding rating system? Dare to explain how?

4218  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SatoshiDice Investor Scam on: January 22, 2017, 08:36:20 PM
If investors get their account balance reduced because of house losses, is it stated what kind of game (dice or slot) caused this house loss?
No. The only reason I was able to find this out is because the bet showed up on the public big wins table.

When I click your link, it shows only the recent rolls for the past minutes. Do you have any other source for his win?

You can see these stats live by going to big wins and clicking last 30 days.

Based on what do Satoshi Slot share the same bankroll as Satoshi Dice?
1) Knowing my investor balance before and after that day.
2) Seeing this win of 303 BTC that correlated to the amount of site bankroll lost.
Thank you for the info!

I summed it up here: Satoshidice scam, 500+ Bitcoins defrauded and disappeared! If you have something to add, please leave a reply below the article.

I can inform that take Satoshi Slot losses out of the investor account is 100% sure a scam, as it is nowhere mentioned in the "Bet on the house" terms and conditions that investors are part of Satoshi Slot's bankroll.

4219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which bitcoin gambling site is your favorite place to go? on: January 22, 2017, 12:38:56 PM
He probably meant Betcoin.ag.

Bitcoin.ag and I do like directbet as well. Kingdice is good too.
I dont so too much sports betting though.
Bitcoin.ag = Domain Parking Programm?

Depends on the type of gambling. There are sites which are good for betting, sites which are good for playing slots and sites which are good for playing poker. All in all, I have three favorites sites where I do 99% of my gambling activities: FortuneJack.com, Betcoin.ag and Sportsbet.io.
What do you play at betcoin.ag and why?

I personally see not any reason at all to play there:

- Slots use Betsoft scam gaming software and are not paid Betcoin.ag extort 500 Bitcoins Jackpot winner for “settlement”

- Xiaoxiao itself admitted that sports book traffic is almost dead

- betcoin.ag's own cash game and Sit & Go traffic is very low, with 20 players in average and likely micro stakes. They are connected to the Winning Poker Network (WPN) tournaments thru the Winning Tournament Network (WTN).

But if you want to play WPN tournaments, why not play at any of the WPN skins and have a huge Sit & Go and cash game traffic with weekly leaderboards included?
