Karena Electrum versi 4 ini tidak ada tombol setting manual fee seperti versi 3, saya akan memberikan sedikit tutorial cara ngeset fee sekecil mungkin.  7. Silahkan setting fee sekecil mungkin ( 1 sat/byte) 8. pilih, static, ETA atau mempool (penjelasan ini ada di sini)
 9 setelah merasa cukup, silahkan klik Finalize
 10. Akan tampil seperti gambar di atas, maka selanjutnya click sign
 11. setelah disign (isi password) lalu di broadcast.
 Pembayaran telah terkirim, lalu klik OK.
Mungkin dirasa pelit banget ya pake fee cuma 1 sat/byte (dikali size 485 byte) = 485 satoshi, dan mungkin butuh waktu beberapa hari untuk sampai ke wallet yang dituju. betul, tapi kalau mau cepet bisa kirim-kirim di hari sabtu dan minggu. Tapi ya musti dicek dulu di sini takutnya banyak transaksi yang unconfirm, transaksi kalian malah stuck lama. Saya pernah coba kirim-kirim di waktu weekend pakai fee 1 sat/byte kadang 3 jam itu paling lama nyampe di wallet exchange. I ever had this situation when imported an old wallet.dat into the Core, I removed wallet.dat then importing an old wallet.dat, get wallet rescanning and got 0 balance. but, in this case, my balance gets appears when I close-open wallet then "getbalance" in the console.
If nothing happens, you will try what ETFbitcoin said above, "dumprivkey address", then deleting all wallet.dat, open again core then "importprivkey" to ""getbalance" command in the bitcoin core console.
