4221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Get married in the blockchain? on: September 16, 2021, 06:20:13 AM
Do you think this kind of nft is an innovation or a fraudulent project?
A very sensitive use case actually. If being married on chain or with blockchain is like a fun stuff is no problem then its actually a cool idea but if this will be used like real life marriage method then its not gonna hit cause no one will ever want to get married legally by this kind of approach. So I think this is just for fun, we cant say its fraudulent but the developer is kinda deep when he approach this use case.
4222  Economy / Exchanges / Re: He who have ears let him hear on: September 16, 2021, 05:51:01 AM
Stop buying BTC from random people, we got centralised and decentralized exchanges for this, the reason why I'm saying this is because someone bought BTC from a scammer in my country and the scammer was apprehended somehow and the BTC he sold to this person was scammed from one Jonathan in the U.S, the buyer was arrested as well thinking they are in this together, it takes weeks before more proves where gathered to prove that the buyer don't know anything about it.
Thats a nice tip. But I doubt everyone will just buy bitcoin randomly, thats should be their risk as well. Also if I were the buyer, I am gonna check first the seller legitimacy and if he didnt have any transaction worth suspicious.  You are right, that there are centralized exchanges. But sometime buyers protect also themselves thats why choosing peer to peer method, however its also a risk if they encountered similar case like you shared.

Thank you very much @Best_Change. I have a concern regarding my payment and so was shocked to see this message when I open my wallet. Please see attached post:

Hello mga kabayan, nagulat lang ako kasi ganito yung pagopen ko ng app.

I had an incoming transaction from Bestchange weekly btc payment. But this appear on my coinsph. So I was shocked. They are requiring now to input the senders information, now what is the best course of action for this? Any suggestion, Im planning to change my receiving address for my weekly payment.

I highly appreciate for those whom response. Also if there are bestchange signature participants with the same situation like me hope you can help me with this.

That is the app im using for receiving my weekly payment. Now I am sure I cant put the details of the sender for that to be processed isnt it? Maybe I would like to request an address change since the wallet Im using becomes so strict.

But how about that incoming payment I did received? Maybe that would be gone for good. Any suggestions guys? Especiallt with my co signature participants whom using this app coinsph as your receiving address.

Btw. Would like to kindly request change of address for my weekly payout. Thank you very much @Best_Change, dont want to get some complicated process for this.

New Btc address for next week. Thanks for consideration.

4226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10x leverage above are simple ways the avarage are losing to the rich on: September 15, 2021, 09:29:03 AM
I have been trying to study the good effect of leverage trading but I have noticed it is a way traders can lose money in just a matter of minutes or hours or days.
Or you can say also the other way around. Why thinking so negatively that the only result will be liquidations. There are also who are gaining in a matter of minutes and hours.

Only because they knew what they are dealing with.

Why are the governments are not taking this serious, the average people that have no enough money will leverage, the rich will not leverage or reduce the leverage to make the liquidation price far, the average will lose to rich traders. It will be good if exchanges are forced to reduce the leverage traders can use, 100x, 125x is too much, 99% of traders that are using it will lose.
You cant force them if they wanted to use a higher leverage with their small capital. They also are betting to gain some in the process. Yes you are right, some should only use an appropriate leverage depends on theit budget. Cause the percentage of being liquidated is kinda high. Well thats their money. Before they start this kind of trading they must have enough knowledge so they wont loss in an instant. Government cant do anything about this. The exchange only offering services hence the blame is still to those people who keep using it.
4227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still using DeFi on Eth? on: September 15, 2021, 08:49:08 AM
The question is how long people will be willing to spend huge transaction fees before moving on to other networks,
They can move to other networks. But I believe they wouldnt leave ethereum behind that easily. There will be always some people no matter what is the gas fee will used it. Everybody knows that eth still have the good projects on their network compared to others.

asking the project developers to change to other networks with less fees and majority are moving to alternative networks because of huge demands from the end user.
Yes this is the case, people only ape on those that they give them profit, regardless of fees. But if they still earned a lot from eth even the fees is so crazy then I doubt they will left it.
4228  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I don't know if this will still help us to recover lost passwords and our coins on: September 15, 2021, 04:05:55 AM
The purpose is good however this kind of approach isnt good for decentralized concept of crypto. Everyone like above people said should really pay attention with the process of saving password and etc. Bypassing it could be a big blow, what if those guys bypass other people account. Of course they can do whatever they want with that and thats terrible. Im not saying those guys would do that but this kind of business or activity isnt much like by majority.
4229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you sell ethereum and btc to buy Solana/SOL? on: September 15, 2021, 02:53:10 AM
Solana is a new promising altcoin that surpassed dogecoin to be ranked up to seventh place on CMC. And based on its price last August 15 2021 it is only 44$ and now its current price is 157$ based on that super Sonic price movement from 44$ to 157$ for just one months, I think Solana is good for short term investment, what would be your insights about this guys. Good for long term or short term investment?
You cant be sure that solana is only a short term project. Have you seen the progress they did for the last few months? I dont think we can say its a PnD and wouldnt last for long term. I dont have any solana holding but I can see that they did well and they can still improve more. People are looking for something unique and we can see that solana is one of those top yier project that will pumped hard in the near future.
4230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana was down for several hours on: September 15, 2021, 02:33:41 AM
Why are you people worry about the price of Solana? Did you recently bought it?
I dont see anywhere on OP's post any sign of complain and worry as I reaf it. He just simply state the current status of solana due to its break down yesterday.

Its not normal to have this kind of incident and kinda worry, but this rising star will definitely fixed this and Im sure they wont waste their current status due to this.
4231  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: If you can sell Bitcoin on Exchange with good rate, why selling to resellers on: September 14, 2021, 07:18:17 AM
Perfect answer is conveniency. Some of those seller prefer an easier way to sell their holdings. If you are a holder let say a big holder. Then you want to sell yours without any hassle right? Then find someone who can easily suffice your need. I remember some selling btc via OTC and payment ia directed to remittance or bank. Anyway thats how they wanted it even though they are much better choice.
4232  Other / Archival / Re: [ETH tokens] Same Blockchain, Different Price on: September 14, 2021, 05:59:24 AM
Cant really compare both platform that works or operate the same way to have a price or somehow both level in terms of their platform. There will be surely a spread and one must have a good price than the others. Its a mattrr of quality. If they have both the ability then the one who has exert his full effort would be the winner.
4233  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to trade properly for newbies on: September 14, 2021, 05:23:40 AM
Thanks for thr suggested points but I believe not all will employ this set of parameters. Trading is like an art, we have different skills that can apply to those charting and technique. I agree with mk4, not all successful trader follows the set standard. But is there a standard one to begin with? I am also doing trading but Ive been doing minor on your suggestion like set profit on a particular ratio. Nah! I havr my own scaling when doing trading.
4234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is Best Alts or Defi Coin? on: September 14, 2021, 05:17:25 AM
Actually, from the past few years the Defi Coins are very popular b/w the investors, but I am confused Is Defi bes Best from Alts?
Its swarming with defi coins so its kinda hard to say which one is the best. Almost all coins now are affiliated with defi or some making or changing their project into defi. But if we gonna based it on actual performance we can see those top tier project defi product such as aave and sinx. Plenty of projects now in the defi trend so pick your poison.
4235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [SCAM] The Honeypot on: September 14, 2021, 03:42:19 AM
PS. That was my fault; I was sleepy at the time and still waiting for the presale.  Roll Eyes

So be careful, it's truly a strong scam method.
Dude sorry for that. I think there are some presale only goal are to fool most of their investors.

By the sound of it. Looks like they really planned out this from the start. What I hate among shitcoins are their ability to lure some traders and let us believe that they really gonna care and make progress ouy of hit.

Honeypot is a slow rug project IMO.
4236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still using DeFi on Eth? on: September 13, 2021, 11:22:20 AM
What do you think about DeFi on ethereum at the end of 2021? It doesn't seem to you that this is an absolutely bottomless pit living your money on transactions (unless you are a millionaire, of course)
Heard about DeFi on Solana or Near? When will such blockchains completely replace the losing Ethereum Network?
I dont think those 2 will replace ethereum. Yes their maybe hype today, but we all knew how good eth still. I dont like eth for its gas fee but we can say that eth is still the best and been used by massive community. There are plenty of users still uses the defi ecosystem on eth due to its easy nature and guess what. Even though eth fee is so high people still using it.
4237  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Tutorial] How to get your self made rank on: September 13, 2021, 09:43:28 AM
Find the difference between your total merits and airdropped merits then compare the result with the data given in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0

Now, go flaunt your self made rank!
Why the need to flaunt such seld made rank? I dont thinj we should do that. Yes we can post about our achievement and tell here how we rank up the ladder but thats only just an appreciation IMO. Many members including myself before post seld made rank post but its not to brag hence to inform others that they can also achieved that thru participation. Anyway whats the purpose of this section if we wont share and help isnt?
4238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The cheapest way to exchange ETH Tokens for Bitcoin ? on: September 13, 2021, 05:11:39 AM
Over the past few years, I have been buying a little ether tokens, as well as BSC.
I have quite a lot of them and here I find a very expensive gas for transactions.

What is the cheapest way to exchange tokens (ETH/BSC/POLYGON) for Bitcoin?
Among the one you mentioned then polygon is the cheapeast. Eth has very expensive gas consumption if you used dex. But since you are gonna convert it into bitcoin, why not used centralized exchange since the payment is fixed. I dont think that fee will change there ad they have constant charge.

If using dex. Then pick polygon, its the cheapest one that give you small fee. But I think the best one is fantom.
4239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to convert Bitcoin to DAI and safe storing? on: September 13, 2021, 12:34:11 AM
As far as I know, you cannot directly exchange your BTC to DAI, and upon checking, Uniswap[1] has the most volume right now. However, you Uniswap only has DAI/ETH trading pair which means you need to trade your bitcoin  to ethereum first, and then trade your ETH to DAI.
Yes he can as long he can convert his bitcoin to wrapped btc. Uniswap have liquidity for that. He can also convert that wbtc into dai, even tha pairing is via usdt or any stablecoin cause uniswap can convert it directly, just need to incurred some fees. Regarding conversion of btc to wbtc, not sure where this is done on dex but can easily be converted if you send it ti binance.

I forgot the exchange wallet but there is a mutlisupported wallet that no need kyc and can convert btc into dai directly. Will edit for the name.
4240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you (or anyone) buy Cardano? What will Cardano be worth in 5 years? on: September 12, 2021, 11:38:32 AM
These are just general questions you should be asking about every single crypto when investing. And here’s a word of advice: Do your own research and invest only as much as you are willing lose.
Ofcourse these questions has been answered and understand by all. However not all reseaech are sufficient to fully grasp a new project. But if a blue chip is on the choice then thats really a different story. Cardano is good and I wanted to bag this coin if ever it goes below a dollar, but Im sure it will not be on that price with the current market conditions.
