I currently am holding Ether and litecoin. I want to get to 5000 onions. I must liquidate. My question do i sell all and go for my max in onions 1500 or keep the money here its at in etherium and litecoin and as it goes up to all in in Deep Onion to hopefully satisfy my full order I just hope that onion price does not go too high and it make me cry. Woulda coulda shoulda ! What do you think  The goals is get 5k onion and semi retire and hodl. Hehe It's a bad idea man, I think you don't know Ethereum and Litecoin has a great potential altcoins that will give you a good profits. If you want to get a profit the best thing you should do is keep your money in Ethereum and Litecoin. Yeah that's not good idea to sell your coins, actually I don't know if the deep onion is good. All I know Ethereum and Litecoin is have a great potential. But of course don't focus on that two altcoins there are many coin that will give you a good profit. To know more about them its good if you research first before give any comments here since you might hurt the feelings of DeepOnion supporters and triggered them, And the two coin you mentioned is totally a good potential coin who's sleeping beneath us and DeepOnion is can be called one of them since their anonymous function is so good which people love and support. |

Look out for the people who arent willing to do escrow. Their will be guys coming on here promising you any gift card but you first must send them money. First sign is low posting number. There is a lot of signs showing someone may be a scam.
Well using an escrow when dealing of something here is a must if you don't want to be a victim of scamming. However that still depends on your discretion, there are users who easily trust someone and don't think what might happen afterwards unless that particular user that you're dealing with is a green trusted and a higher rank member its an exception for me. That's im not joining to an any link/website given by them because i don't want my money will loss.
Yes its better to be careful especially nowadays many people are expert in stealing the money of others. Not only that because scammers as of today tends to become more smarter and smarter on finding ways on deceiving people just to scam money out of them and as a investor or any transactions online we should really be vigilant on possible ways for them to set in. Never ever give them opportunity to scam us and there are lots of ways to avoid and we should really be sensible in our actions. They are so innovative and finding some ways just to scam people out there and the only thing we need to do really is to became more vigilant on new evolution of scams, And we shouldn't go for to good to be true offers since most likely the people offers behind it are scammers. |

I feel like it's my obligation to share my 2 cents on current "steep" drop of bitcoin price. I find it absolutely unbelievable when people say how low the price of btc is, speaking of the price at $10k or $11k. Those who have been in this industry long enough to remember the price of btc to be $5 are just shrugging their shoulders short of words.
What I'm trying to say is that those new community members so called "hypers" should stop spreading fud when price goes down and same goes with price growing. Actually growing price of btc is kind of problem as it's starting to miss its original purpose of cheap quick transactions. We need people focusing on real value of this ecosystem rather than moon kids...

Yes i agree to you mate, this will bring the value into dip if everyone is always giving the same feebacks like what others do. What you see in the price now is currently $8314.42 is recovering and it increases anytime with in this few weeks because the demand has finally getting smaller in the market. Price recovered already and maybe we can see more with it since looks like the hype is on the loose and fuds has been driven out by good things, and the only thing we need to do for now is to wait and earn with the current flow and hold our grounds since if we lame and act fool around then we cannot earn with pump surge coming on it. |

It could happen but the circumstances are different than back then, bitcoin has a lot more users right now than in the past, the market is a lot more mature and we have that crash as a reminder of what it may happen if a truly devastating news hits bitcoin, while there have been bad news in the past weeks I do not see a single one of them being as bad as it was the incident with Mt Gox so the chances we are going to see that price at the end of the year are low.
The severe the bad news is the deeper dump will happen on it but if we compare the adoption before and know we can point out that the current one is strong that's why It's really hard to think that their would be severe annoying price will came. And unlike before with Mt.gox issue the adoption is less and only few people know about bitcoin at that time that's why maybe that's the reason why we see the almost dying price. |

10$? i think this is possible in 2-3 years, but not in q1 and not this year ;-).
This will be possible if huge major buy orders,adoption or any extra ordinary partnership nor support will come on them, But this one will hard to achieve since remember we have so many good coin of choices and the investors money will be splitted that's why we can rarely see a cent value coin will pump until it reach to 10$ level. But if good strike will hit then the NEM holders will became millionaire if they have hodl balance since then. |

Good thing you have bought it at a lower price. I didn't even know it went below 7,000$ when i decided not to visit crypto markets anymore as part of my HODLing scheme. And on top of that, i didn't visit crypto market because it'll just hurt that you don't have money to invest more when it's price is cheap.
Read the hodler manifesto. My strategy is full hodling 70% of my total btc and try to gain profit with the other 30% in order to buy more btc. Accumulation is the true hodling. Excellent and that would be the best thing to do since theirs something good will be happen on future and you will be lucky for keeping your patience in bitcoins. But you should spot the right trades and try to be more active since short time trades need attention since you will able to lose with it if you cannot attain to watch your trades on time to time basis. |

How can you say it's over? do you see the volume became zero? No right? Since if you look deeper on what's happening on this current rate you may find out that the price is been slowly dump day by day due to the fuds thrown on it, But those fud doesn't mean of stoppage of bitcoins and I surely assure that people who spread that will treat it as opportunity days for them to earn millions of dollars.

Do you know the recent changes of hitbtc. They put fee on deposit. So I think its better to avoid trading on hitbtc. You can use Binance,Poloniex those are better than hitbtc.
Yes I notice recently hitbtc requires deposit fee in every transactions you will make. So also withdrawal with fees better to use binance and bittrex. These exchange are the best these days. Actually we cannot say on where to trade since it matters on the coin on where it is listed and the matter we can do is to have a test deposit first so that if the first one compromised we will not get in trouble with it. But I strongly recommend Kucoin and binance since as far as I know this site are much better for now. |

No one can predict the exact price of bitcoin, which is certainly the cause of bitcoin down is one of them the decline in interest to invest in bitcoin, or it could be because some news that gives information about bitcoin is prohibited in some countries. Yeah no one can predict buy anyone can see the buy support placed so that the price of bitcoins would not fall for 9000$ but we cannot disclosed if this price would reached since if another fuds will spread we can see the bottom line of the price reach. But let's think positive about it since the current price of bitcoins are standing on 11269$ at the current rate and maybe this little pump continue and those 10k$ is the lowest price reached by the bitcoin on this year. |

i see the future. ether will be 1k$ in 2018.  Yes you might be right. But putting all your eggs in one basket is not a good desicion. This is crypto world and its very volatile no one could ever tell what ever will happen in crypto. So, i guess you should invest wisely and think twice. Invest with your extra cash not with all your money we all know that etherium has a great potential but your idea is not bright. Etherium will be the coin of the year this 2018 just invest what you can afford to lose. volatility will kill him if he let his money go to one crypto only and its not advisable eventhough the ethereum is at top 2 level since this coin is consider as at the peak and maybe he could lose more money if some ethereum fuds will scatter. But I recommend him to invest on different altcoin since their are so many good coin to choose with and he will not fail even if theirs a coin dumped since there will be surely alt will pump to make his capital go stable. |

I think there are lots of cryptocoins that are better than BTC and LTC out there. So my noob suggestion is just to hodl your altcoins and get more of it when you can! Early month is always a bad month for the coins. Don't panic and just hodl, It will payoff eventually. Just consider / think of this as a black-friday discount or something.
Better and what are those coin? since if you see almost all crypto's has been dump when bitcoins price drops and looks like its chain reaction since its so rare to see a coin standing its ground at this days. And you cannot actually say it's noob suggestion to hodl since most of the whales do that and they counter their lose by buying more the alts who get dump and earn with it by short trading and a little hodling. |

i think, first you have to choose the right coins to trade, and learn how to control your emotions when you win or when you lose. dont let those emotions affect your next trading
Emotion will bring you down, do not panic if your coin decrease you just need to wait than to sell your coin in low price ,because if you do that you didn't get profit and you also lose your money. So choose the right coin. Choose on what aspect? their are so many coins to choose with but its really hard to spot those coin who got potential, but we can see them up if we try to research and find the coins who have active on developmental aspects. And by now some of the coins who are good are been dump and its up to us to capture them. But if your coins are in red state maybe you should grab some more with it and don't let your emotion stop you since I'm sure coins are not going on its permanent downfall. |

Twitter camp doesn't guarantee anyone to earn since their are some project fails and failure will result on not paying their participants. And maybe for some losses will not hit bad on your side you should join as many twitter camp as you want so that you may have an another option to gain. And if you don't want to waste your time on twitter camps then don't join on any of those since all of them requires time and dev's are relying to their participants on promoting so that you must do your share to get payed by the coin you advertise on twitter. |

This market is always tends to go up and down or in bearish or bullish trend. Everytime price will go down we cannot really say an accurate price of bitcoin if where it will be heading. But, since the foundation is strong I wouldnt have time to be worrying much about bitcoin price fall down. I am still holding my bitcoin until now because of believing it will go up again.
Lol. Crypto really isn't for the faint of heart. Those that can't handle heavy volatility would know better to stay away from crypto. I don't understand why people would be so down with btc's decline as we haven't even finished yet the first month of the year. But you can't blame him to doubt for the current happenings of bitcoins since for now we can see the price go more deeper and its hurting the traders heart badly since they can see their money draining quickly. Much cheaper, in EtherDelta you lose a lot of money while doing ETH transactions. In Binance you just deposit the money once.
Dunno how Etherdelta choice their coins to be added on their exchange but I think this site is the worst one where dev can select to add his coin with since this site is so slow and I can't even call them safe since there standings are so questionable due to hacking background issue happened on that site. And you can find that Binance is majority selection of the traders right now since their reputation is climbing up and market is so big. |

Haha, maybe it's because of 18BTC listing price, which I think is just ridiculous for an exchange with ~60mln daily volume. It's more than ridiculous, but we all know, that things with the crypto are always X10 overpay. So that is not a surprise. Still I don't understand why not making cheaper listing. They are having commisions for the transactions, so if they have more coins and tokens listed - more transactions - come commissions - more profit. Or am I wrong? Wrong, Since if they add more coins as much as they can this exchange may became a "Shit Exchange" since they are allowing scammers to get in and many noob peoples will get scam by hype scam coins, that's why I will agree for that listing price ask by them since it can censore all things to minimize the scams. Almost a month and still no new listing. Wtf. That is why they need to be regulated.
Maybe their huge fee's ask affect this that's why we can't see some new coins come. |

We're definitely getting there and exchanges (Binance, Poloniex, etc.) closing registration because they can no longer handle more users is a proof of that. I say we give bitcoin one more year, after that, almost every service will be in the process of adding it as a payment method (assuming that we will have LN stable and working by then).
Thats true that no more registration accept in binance and bittrex prove that we are maybe in second stage. But this is not at the end of the stage. Still too early to speak about crypto can change fiat. Every year is different stage with crypto markets and you could see it if you track back the past price and the current price of each alts you handle for these past years and even with bitcoins the growth doesn't stop with it so I can say these events can really tell that we can't determine on where are we right now in crypto map since looks like these growth is endless. And I never saw that crypto will end up the fiat since fiat since there are so many factors that needed to consider for this thing. |
