4222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How are your shitcoins? on: October 11, 2021, 07:21:01 PM
The rate of growth of shitcoins compared to the move of bitcoin for the past two weeks is not the same at the moment but during the last ATH of bitcoin to $64k many altcoins took ATH which means the growth level then was still high and encouraging. Example doge coin did a good run to a good ATH and hopefully it may take such move by the time bitcoin goes close to the ATH.
4223  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportbook without KYC on: October 11, 2021, 06:00:02 PM

They usually only require KYC when they find something suspicious or shady related to the gambler in question.

Is that saying they do selective KYC for customers depending on the different behaviour that they exhibit? I was thinking KYC should go round and not time specific or based on I'll behaviour of a particular customer. It should be a general action for all and not based on certain criteria of behaviour. How can they be sure that a suspicious action is actually what it is because sometimes a customer not knowledgeable could be making mistakes in trying to sign up or login and get to be restricted with KYC.
4224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FURY VS WILDER WHO YA GOT? #FuryWilder3 on: October 11, 2021, 05:10:55 PM
Watched the full match, it's been a while since I've seen quite action like this, although I don't watch that much because some fights really bores me out, I watched the entire match, both of them threw out crazy punches, 3rd and 4th round, I honestly thought it was gonna be over when Fury got down, but that 11th round, it was all over, great fight, and just got lucky that I placed my bet on Fury.

Fury seem to have a little more stamina than wilder and that was why it happened that way. Boxers with stamina and can stretch out usually win the fight. Fury had strategy of how to take up wilder's heavy punches and at the end of the day because he was left with no more plan on the fight Fury took advantage to bring the fight to him.
4225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $5000 to $1 million in 3 years and little over 2000 bets! on: October 11, 2021, 03:27:56 PM
If we are going to believe this one, then surely one can sense the sheer difficulty and possible sacrifices the OP must have made to reach where he is now. It is not easy to become a professional gambler, let alone earn a million buck starting from small amounts. Once you have developed this strategy then you will tend to always follow that strategy. And once that strategy has helped you gain a million dollars then of course it is your call if you want to share that strategy or not.

Sharing of such knowledge is a difficult thing for people. Most people don't want to share ideas that got them rich. They get the trick on to collect money from others in groups with guise to teach the strategy. Some don't pass on the knowledge and when they die the knowledge and idea die with them . Gambling is difficult to be an expert on it, Op can share more knowledge on how he gambling in success.
4226  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: October 11, 2021, 12:21:07 PM
Because most of my friends believe that BTC reached 100,000 US dollars in December, so I want to discuss whether this is true Grin

This must be a serious argument between you and your friends if you will open an account and making the enquiry as first post.  Grin

As on your prediction, there are possibilities but it is not a guarantee that the price will go to $100k. It can break the $64k ATH before December but no sure prediction on exact price accurate. The support of $50k has been broken last week and we are looking at another price of $60k to be broken maybe this month and that may be the journey to break ATH.
4227  Economy / Economics / Re: Is budgeting still effective in tackling the need to constantly withdraw money? on: October 11, 2021, 08:40:59 AM
Withdrawal habit mostly happens only to people who dont have enough money, just like me before, whenever I earned money from this signature campaign and another source of my cryptocurrency I always withdraw it and convert it into fiat currency because I needed the money. So this withdrawal habit may depend on the status of the person but if you want to change it then it would be better if you do self-discipline and proper budgeting. Know your priority and list the things you need over your want.

As possible as you can you need to reserve some part of your earning to invest that is budgeting too. If you earn you invest by buying some altcoins and hodl. Don't always convert everything you earn back to fiat and spend, challenges and financial obligations will never seize to come as a human being but learning to safe and make strict budget planning will help more. Things get harder by the day and the government not taking responsibility for its citizens so we need to do the little we can to survive that is why we need budgeting and not to spend extravagant because we have hope for another to come, what about if it doesn't come we can fall back to what we have.
4228  Other / Off-topic / Re: ⚽ Ballon d'or 2021 - 30 Left - 29 November 2021⚽ on: October 10, 2021, 04:14:50 PM
C. Ronaldo and L. Messi should not win Ballon d'or anymore, they have tried by wining 5 and 6 times respectively, there are many other players like them, they should not win it.

Well I do not think the award will have value if it is just be shared among players. I do not care if one player wins it all the time provided he deserves it then he should win. Where it becomes a problem is when others has been brilliant yet they are not been awarded the honor. Just like in this case, among all the nominate player last season, jorginho has been the most brilliant and deserve to win.

For next year honor if mistakenly Manchester united were to win the premier league and champion league with Cristiano Ronaldo playing a very important role in those victory then he deserves to win. Both Ronaldo and messi has been entertaining to watch end they should keep winning both team and individual honors provided they give us their best everytime.

The duo of Ronaldo and Messi have made the award monotonous and boring as it usually awarded to them probably because they actually have performed better but this time around there are crops of players too who are deserving for the award like lewandoski, jorjinho, mbappe can come to the party. These players have also performed very well. Mbappe for instance have been in form.
4229  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Regarding the topic of hacking crypto scammers on: October 10, 2021, 03:16:14 PM
Not a lot of things one can actually do in order to ploy scams right even before they happen. The best course of action is to identify how scams are operating and familiarizing oneself with its intricacies, then educating other people about the situation. Scammers can hop from one scheme to the next without having a sweat, true, but there will always be a pattern to their activities which will eventually show how they do things that will eventually lead to people avoiding it.

To avoid being scammed I think there are some signs you can watch at and stay away from the person. They are like

1. If it is looking very good to be true. The stories are all sounding sweet.

2. If the profit margin is very enticing. Of course that is to get your interest before they hit on you.

3. Persistent involvement of money before the deal is set.

4. Always being the first to reach out to you. This is because they need your money  Grin

5. They are quick to dig up information about you before you are ready for the deal.

Scammers are better avoided if you have identified it to be a scam to safe your head.
4230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis vs football on: October 10, 2021, 01:43:51 PM
It will depend on the game that you have knowledge on because game is game and majorly on luck. Especially gambling is risky and lucky adventure, you can't say slot game is risky and believe that tennis or football is easier to bet and win. For football some gamblers are frustrated from outcomes of games that they think is a sure win, they bet hugely and lose because there are upset, bad days in every gambling game. You bet base on the game that you understand but don't feel another is difficult while another is easier.
4231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FURY VS WILDER WHO YA GOT? #FuryWilder3 on: October 10, 2021, 01:10:43 PM
Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury's fight is going to be a big one. I read it is scheduled for today October 9, 2021. Guess it should be on the way already or maybe midnight in Nevada T-Mobile Arena. These are two stubborn boxers and it is a tough fight. I can put my bet on Tyson Fury.

Today is 9th October. Can you tell me exactly at what time this match between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury will start. I am sure this will be one of the best match as no one can predict who will be the winner .

Hope you know that the battle has come and in favour of Tyson Fury. It was a fight for the favour of Fury as must predicted it to be, it came up  that way

4233  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Legislation will prevent Bitcoin from being used as an everyday currency? on: October 08, 2021, 06:23:07 PM
Making bitcoin a financial asset is a limitation already. I think bitcoin was made to be both financial asset and payment platform but the government don't ascribe to the payment system that is the issue because of control over spending.

Quote
Unless an app is created that does it automatically, but that would mean giving the data of all your transactions to a third-party.

This is the aspect that of course is pure regulation. Creation of app means third party involvement and will require KYC but bitcoin being decentralised, it may be avoided, by passed making such system optional.
4234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Popular Cryptocurrencies Of 2021 on: October 08, 2021, 03:14:52 PM
I see dogecoin to be one of the popular for this year as it was a forgotten project until Elon musk started hyping it, it rose from nowhere, it was not on the top 100 coins in CMC, trading around 0.02 but has been stable in top 10 in the market. A joking project that wasn't recognise , now in the tops. It deserve the recognition of most popular cryptocurrency for this year.

4236  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 08, 2021, 08:07:42 AM
Fiat currency like USD Euro Pounds and other individual country's currency are not disappearing in a hurry because they are traditionally routed to support the country's economic development and environment. Cryptocreency are more urbanized system that is yet to be understood and adopted to the local people. Just very few understand the role of stable coins which is a new way to deal with fiat. So until that is understood properly, we can still be stalking cash inside the wallet all day long. Fiat money is not going away it is going to coexist with cryptocurrency and digital currency.
4237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: *Day Traders* are now calling gambling Addiction helplines!! on: October 08, 2021, 07:26:08 AM

My question is : *How far is day trading from Gambling according to you?*
Is that a valid comparison?? Are we soon going to consider the day trading *gambling?*

Gambling is not the same as trading and day trading. This is the opinion I have on this. Gambling is not really based on analysis, it is done with the idea of depending on outcome of the luck and to say more, sometimes when you are winning in gambling some people say they are lucky today and that is just about gambling for what it is. Trading is different from that, it is serious bargain for buying and selling that is why it is called trading.
4238  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Promoter of BitConnect Pleads Guilty in Global $2 Billion Crypto Scam on: October 07, 2021, 07:42:55 PM
Yes I remember BitConnect scheme when I was still new in the forum and at a point I felt I should have understood cryptocurrency to invest in the scheme because early investors then got money on it but alas I started being grateful that I didn't invest when it started stories. It is nice to see them cough our the scam money of investing public for the sake of justice.

4240  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC hit 70k$ this Christmas? on: October 07, 2021, 05:15:23 PM

Please state your proof, like photos why you think it could be up and up? likely if your answer, be sure to add some proof.

Nothing more than the usual festive rush. The last quarter of the year is always favourable to bitcoin seeing it grow with lots of volatility that it is unpredictable what will happen next. This quarter was suppose to be different with the China ban news but it has broken all bearers and steady chasing the ATH. Hopefully we may get more push up before the month end to get a new record. $60,000 is another point of rest but if that is broken, then we can say welcome to a new ATH.
