4241  Economy / Economics / Re: Still Trading When Red? on: February 17, 2018, 07:19:40 AM
I still believe that you can still make some profit from a dip market , it depends on your entering time. At every point in time of trading, investors are making some money.
4242  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Valuation of Bitcoin on: February 16, 2018, 10:19:43 PM
It has been a debatable topic from the beginning that "what is the intrinsic value of BTC?" If we really go into the fact then we realize that there is nothing(Fiat, Diamonds, Stocks, bitcoin etc) have any intrinsic value. It is just the people trust and acceptance which make it worthy. Some people argue only Gold or Silver have the intrinsic value as its worth can be calculated on basis of its purity and a globally accepted mode of transaction in one way or another.

Do bitcoin actually have intrinsic value? To me, I think it does not have yet and this is as a result of its high volatility rate.

[Should we regulate the crypto-currencies?]
Allowing and encouraging crypto-currency markets to be merged into traditional financial markets are likely to be a shortcut to reduce chaos currently occurring in crypto-currency markets.

I do think this will be a panacea to the fair surrounding bitcoin and this will go along way to build the much needed absolute trust.
4243  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [NEED] DOGECOIN - > [HAVE] LTC/ETH/BTH/WEBMONEY USD on: February 16, 2018, 06:41:17 PM
Does it not look funny since OP can approach exchanges to do his business. I smell rat anyway. I see no point trying to find what you can easily get by yourself.
4244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most profitable altcoin to invest on: February 16, 2018, 03:54:06 PM
i would like to recommend to invest on alts which has no many market atm but has a great future project.
It will 10x - 20x your money in 1-2 years.
such as : ETN, NAGA, Indahash and any other big project

There isn't any 6 months payback project you know?

I mean I was asking if I keep 100 ETN will it give me more coins as reward every month ? like a savings account in bank which gives you interest on the money in bank account

Naah. No way. Crypto don't roll that way. You don't get interest because you hodl a coin in form of additional coin,  nope. It doesn't work like bank savings that you either get interest for having your money saved with the bank.

In cryptocurrency you either hodl a coin by investing- that I'd, buying the coin. The number / unit  of coins you bought does not increase by additional number except you buy more. However,  the monetary value of the number you have can increase or decrease. For instance, when you buy a unit of a company's share and if you don't buy more , what you keep having with the company is one unit of share . You can benefit with the company when profit is made and it is distributed accordingly to the number of unit you have.

Anyway, what seem like what you are asking for in crytpto currency is airdrop which you benefit freely if the coin you are hodling is introducing another brand of itself. You get it according to how many coins you already have of the "mother" coin.
4245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Make Money in Crypto on: February 16, 2018, 01:00:21 PM
There is no other way to earn cash than BUY BITCOINS AND FORGET ABOUT IT... noobs have lots of tendency to lose money in trading that's why I always tell my noob friends to stay away from trading and just simply HODL their bitcoins and wait for a right time to sell... most likely when there is FUD.

This is also my view. Hodling gives you peace of mind especially with bitcoin. Rather than trading and being worried about the trade you are in. You buy and keep in your wallet simple.

Another sure way is to join a reliable signature campaign that either pays weekly with bitcoin or sure ico that will pay at the end of the ico.
4246  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: February 15, 2018, 07:45:57 PM
The effects have not been felt yet. I guess individuals are just starting to hear about it and so very few are into it. Meaning, just minimal achievements with it which is still within struggling to survive. No limo yet  Grin
4247  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How do I avoid tax on crypto on: February 15, 2018, 02:29:33 PM
If I make money on crypto currencies. How do I avoid as much tax as possible?

First, it is a crime to avoid due tax.

For crypto tax paying, you should not conceive the idea of paying your tax if your country levies on it. If you are caught, you might find yourself in the dark room because it is a crime to avoid carrying out your civil responsibility to your country. By the way, the tax money is "suppose" to be used for development , infrastructure and provision of amenities .
4248  Economy / Economics / Re: BITCOIN MUCH IMPORTANT AS A NON BANKING SYSTEM ? on: February 15, 2018, 11:45:09 AM
The wallets actually serve as the bitcoin bank. Coins are served in there and if codes are kept very secured, it is save. The point then is, coins served in wallet is also affected by volatility. In that sense, it also fluctuates.

However, if codes are not secured. Coins are lost forever.
4249  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin back to its own rhythm again? on: February 15, 2018, 10:58:46 AM
sure, it looks like bitcoin has break his resistance zone
i follow the btc/usd chart and saw that
so, from my opinion i can say that in couple of days bitcoin will sure touch 10k

I think we should not be too hasty either to dump or buy more rather we should watch the market keenly from the side lines if we are not already in. No doubt though that bitcoin is recovering.
4250  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Question for all you holders on: February 14, 2018, 06:41:28 PM
Die? Hell nope. Coins are held so that when they appreciate to a reasonable profit, you can off load and maybe reenter in same coin when it goes dip or you look for another promising coin. I think this is my understanding to holding and not to hold till eternity.

Who will then enjoy the labour? Selling off is simply my exit.
4251  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Hacking is the Big Problem on: February 14, 2018, 01:47:40 PM
Hacking is the reason I dislike the public wallet that you have on the web like the MEW wallet. To me, despite the security and protection, I don't seem to like it. I do prefer offline wallet. You and you alone except you lose your passwords  Cry
4252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goodbye Bitcoin Hello Blockchain on: February 14, 2018, 01:21:02 PM
Bitcoin is the first off shoot of blockchain technology with super connectivity around the blockchain. For bitcoin to go down, it means the world will forget about blockchain. Meanwhile, for that to happen, we have to get a competent replacement which can only come from these few new altcoins that are introducing new technologies.
4253  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Watch out for the scams out there on: February 13, 2018, 05:02:05 PM
Look out for the people who arent willing to do escrow. Their will be guys coming on here promising you any gift card but you first must send them money. First sign is low posting number. There is a lot of signs showing someone may be a scam.

Apart from that, you also get links to click. Behold they are some phishing sites. We have to really be careful and not to be in a haste to make money while they are all traps and nets waiting for who to devour.
4254  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Supermarket Accept Bitcoin on: February 13, 2018, 03:53:38 PM
Financial transactions as buying and selling with bitcoin would really be a difficult bargain. Bitcoin fluctuates in value while fiat is relatively stable, how then will the values of the goods be determined? I believe that before such exchange, a kind of regulation if not legalization would be in place.

I'm not saying therefore that it is not being practiced at the moment but not found easily.
4255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook against bitcoin? on: February 12, 2018, 10:28:39 PM
The messages you send through your facebook account are different from the facebook app which carries inbuilt messages anywhere facebook site goes. So if at all there is a ban, you can still send bitcoin related issues to friends.
4256  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Why does it call "market will never sleeps"? on: February 12, 2018, 05:49:11 PM
The different time zones are one factor responsible for the phrase. Some continent could be having daylight while another have nighttime. So as we are sleeping or meant to sleep, others observe morning time and being a global village plus achievement from technology, the internet is always available to be explored. Money will always exchange for something.

4258  Economy / Economics / Re: tax on: February 11, 2018, 06:57:12 PM
in your country income from bitcoin taxed? state the country
We should pay taxes  as a citizen of our own country we should pay our yearly obligation and share a little amount of our salary

I don't think OP is kicking against paying of taxes. From the topic, I guess is just the curiosity about knowing if certain countries tax bitcoin investors or if others don't tax on it.
4259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: except btc and eth,may i invest which coin? on: February 11, 2018, 04:12:41 PM
I read that bitcoin White is another good coin around. It almost got to a dollar after it hit coinmarketcap. Is a future prospects coin and likely to do very well. It has its own technology
4260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can bitcoins be converted into cash? on: February 11, 2018, 02:56:15 PM
Yes, try localbitcoins or paxful. Both p2p exchanges.

For now I'm simply using the local exchange which converts directly to my fiat and I cash out in my bank. The cash is escrowed until delivery of btc or altcoin is made to buyer before seller gets fiat. Is a nice deal.
