In my opinion for a long hold, you should only use what you have in surplus as an investment. Bitcoin is the best investment cryptocurrency for a long term, this has been proven far back in 2016 when I first bought my starsh and hold till 2017 when I made some good dollars. Long-term investment is good in bitcoin only.

Practically am a fan of altcoins with an exception of the ones without real world case used. For the best altcoins to hold for me if the boom cryptocurrency started yesterday, I will get Ethereum, Tron and litecoin for the very best of a boom period. Although, if you want to invest into any altcoins, ensure you study and research into the project before invest.

Any.altcoins that actually have real world case use. Many altcoins have been into the market and very few of these coins or tokens have no real world case used, becarefull of these coins with these tokens. Am not a fans of altcoins withouts real world use, many of them are scam project. Ethereum still be my favourite. |

We can expect alt season mostly in the month of jan 2020 where new funds comes to crypto market and we can expect positive growth for all altcoins as well
Will still insist that, the cryptocurrency market is unpredictable. What we have seen in the time past may not repeat itself again because many things have happened. Scam where not pronounced before the 2017 halve but, from the 2018 till date we have heard a few project with good intentions of investing the funds from ICO and IEO. Nobody can be confident about the cryptocurrency market because it volatility is on a high side. You just have to wait and watch the swinging of the market, who knows, it maybe in favor of the altcoins but as for me, Bitcoin dorminance is on a high side, let wait for the halve to see what the market have for us. Altcoins season will still pump up, hold what you have for now against tomorrow or 2020. |

It sadden my heart whenever I see some good and reputable platforms promoting scam projects, they have never care to scrutinize the project before advertising them, a just because they are paid for promotion they can promote the project to the world.
Personally, I do my own research before I invest into any project because, money isn't easy to get and should be invested wisely. Never trust any platform without, investigate the project before making your investment.

Candidly speaking, I got involved into crypto with the mindset to know about the technology behind Bitcoin when it was first launched. This gave me a positive insight into the technology among my equals in college. Currently, i thought most if my colleagues about the technology and it usefulness to our career. Blockchain as the backbone of this technology never cease to amaze me of it transparency without third-party.

Most of the reasons are from the project team. This team comprises of the project managers till the project marketers. Many project have no roadmap to follow while others just bounce into the system to carryout their hilarious scam exit. Sincerely speaking, most of these projects make a lot of money from their ICO and IEO but will not list on a good exchange after the end of their IEO and ICO, many other things also contribute.

Personally I believe in ethereum than any other altcoins because of it prospect from inception. The upgrade will add more savour to the cryptocurrency. If their stacking rewards will be as speculated then there is a clear indication that the team want to see a a possible inflation in POS compare to POW. Although the team are expert and would know what will suit the project.

Seriously this year cannot be compares to years back especially the year 2017 which was the year of great miracles for altcoins and Bitcoin. This year has been a dwindling year for altcoins which ethereum happens to be the king and queen. Although, there is gains for the raise of ethereum even though it cannot be compares to the 2017. We hope the upgrade to 2.0 will give us the needed chance to believe in ethereum as the Queen of Altcoins.

don't rely on gift tokens because that will only bore you and not to mention you have to wait for them to be listed on the exchange or at least until they have a sale price to make up for your hard work.
I suggest balancing your time with other things you can do in this market and I think there are many ways to make a profit besides a prize campaign. I say this because I also feel bored with them and what I produce from gift tokens does not produce sweet fruit.

There are no alternatives to bounty companies. Trading is not for everyone and most lose money rather than earn. Disagree with you, trading should be an alternative to bounty participation. We have seen many projects frustrating the bounty hunters because they lack the ingredients for the project to see potentials investors to invest. I did a lot.of bounties without any tangible thing to show for my participation, this prompted me to undergo a training on Udemy on how to trade, I have not regretted my actions as this skill now make me enough of money as a trader. Leaning new skills will help us stay for a longer time before bounty tokens appreciate, than be discourage on a long run of holding without reality. |

I really agree with you, at this time the allocation of tokens given for bounties is indeed very much. But unfortunately when after listing on the market it ends up being very bad. Estimates that we should get $1000 in fact we only get less than $30. At this time, I have stopped participating in the Bounty Program, which pays with their tokens, unless their tokens have been listed in several markets. I hope you also have to follow as I did, because if we don't support the shit project, then they will never appear again. All need capital and those who are serious about building their projects must prepare all of these things.
There are still projects that still do well even when its not listed before their ICOs or IEOs. This has to do with the solution the project bring onboard in solving existing problems in real world. Bounties have their problems, many times bounties with a low budget seem to be more functional than those with bogus allocation to their hunters or promoters. From the project roadmap, the team behind the project, financial will power and good marketing team will give no doubt about the success of the project, the tokens will not deprecate. Projects with the right team and financial power will make a formidable team and their project will be huge success. Recently, many projects have failed because they lack the right team and also not having the financial power to make some drastic movement in project development. I once participated on a project with good team and the financial wills, their project was a huge success at the end, so, this factors matters a lot for a project to succeed.

The holding from last few years back are still very much available for me and am not afraid to hold my stash till the entire market recovers. Although sometimes I fell back when looking at my investment but what keep me going is that; the recovery of Bitcoin always covers the pains of yesterday. With my portfolio's diversification, am still holding some few altcoins which made me cry, but, hope still am still holding them for the future.

The problems are from the bounty hunters, they can't carry out their research on the project they intend to invest or even participate in. Many of them have been scammed, and still many of them on their way to scam. As a bounty hunter if you can't research into a project then, don't cry anymore if your work or investment went down the drains.
I have been participating in bounty campaigns for more than 2 years and I think that I can analyze campaigns, but they still turn out to be scammers now. Meaning your research has not been enough, for those who actually spent more time to research into the project will definitely find out what will give them the signs of a project be a scam at the end or not. For the purpose of security, many projects on this forum are not legit because they lack teams also they lack social media updates. |

I still believe that Ethereum will be able to grow in the near future. There are no obstacles to this. So I think it's time to buy it for those who haven't already.
You are right mate, the coming updates will surely tringer the price of Ethereum among other altcoins, when this happen the entire market will make a u-turn in terns of the price. Confidently I have a buger trust for the altcoin among others because it has a prospect. Basically those who never see Ethereum as a potential long-term investment are missing the thread of Ethereum being a long standing giant among altcoins. I appreciate your advise to the hunters and investors, primarily the two are the most concerns when we talked about cryptocurrency and getting involved. Some time last year, I invested on some cool assumed projects and later found out that, these projects where scam projects without future, my happiness was, I invested what I can afford to loose and I loose my investment, i have learnt my lesson.
