4241  Economy / Economics / Re: Generating Passive Income on: November 28, 2017, 12:59:16 AM
Hey folks,

I realise that the simplest way to make a profit on crypto at the moment seems to be just buying and holding Bitcoin, but I'm curious if there are any coins or tokens designed specifically to generate ongoing passive income for holding them and if so, how they work?

Appreciate any replies,

Maybe for you to generate passive income you can lend your coin to others with interest in return,
but there is risk on this one cause they might not give it back to you so asking for a collateral is a good assurance.

For you to lessen the risk just buy bitcoin and hold it, personally this is my way of earning passive income because we all know the price of bitcoin will continue to rise. Though a lot of passive income that you can invest with but I think cryptocurrency offer higher return.
4242  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin prices going up to 9.3k$? on: November 27, 2017, 01:14:19 AM
It's really possible to hit $10k by end of this year i have no doubt on that and maybe on first quarter 2018 it will hit upto $12k that would be my goal price

Bitcoin will surely pump higher and $10k is very near to reach as we can see the price right now. I believe on the future and bitcoin and I know bitcoin can help me to achieve my goals and also make good money in the long run.
4243  Economy / Speculation / Re: why this pump ?? on: November 26, 2017, 11:39:24 PM
Maybe fomo for the 10k mark! but I'm personally expecting a big dip at any point before 2018

Correction might really happen after it hit the price of $10k but this is a great opportunity to buy more bitcoin because bitcoin heading up to the moon. Pump and dump is really normal nowadays and if you are really good you can make money through volatility.

I believe on this, bitcoin always dump after it hits the peak but of course bounces back even more stronger, I don't see any problem on this but an opportunity instead. Pumping right now might be the demand for bitcoin that continue to rise.

4248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Black Friday final opportunity. on: November 23, 2017, 11:39:17 PM
Any experienced traders?  Will BTC rise during black fridays or go down as people withdraw their btc to buy some black fridays?

Don't think so people who will use bitcoin for the black Friday will surely miss some profit just to buy things. I think bitcoin will continue to soar higher no matter what, the price of bitcoin will not dump for sure.

4251  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: If I sell my bitcoins do I have to pay vat on them ? on: November 10, 2017, 12:03:37 AM
VAT is usually paid when you buy things isnt it? I mean its an indirect tax and its incorporated into the price...  Tongue

Yeah right, but in my personal experience when i converted my btc into fiat money, I am not paying any taxes aside from the fees that my wallet implemented. I think the company of my wallet those are the one paying taxes through my fees.
4252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: November 09, 2017, 11:58:12 PM
Well.. i think the best time to become a trader is right now, don't wait until you are retire from your job. Because becoming a successful trader needs time for learning strategy of trading until you get income from trading.

4253  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the risk of holding Bitcoin? on: November 09, 2017, 11:49:06 PM
You may lose your private key and your coin will disappear, that's one thing.

Also if you are holding your bitcoin in not so safe wallet then you will surely on risk. You have to be careful on holding your wallet and make sure that no one can hack it specially when you are holding much bitcoin.
4254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading or ICO on: November 09, 2017, 12:12:08 AM
Hi, everyone. I got about $5000 to invest in crypto. Which one is more secure and profitable: trade crypto (yes, I'm a newbie) or invest in ICO?
I've made my own research and investing in several ICO's seems more attractive for me, but want to know your opinions Wink

That's a huge amount of money for me but my suggestion is here, diversify it into different asset. Go buy bitcoin for about $3k and then hold for good, the rest $1k trade with atlcoins and if you really want to invest on good ICO then put the last $1k. But make sure you are ready for what ever may happen.
4255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can ruin a Country? on: November 08, 2017, 11:34:59 PM
I don't think so because bitcoin is here for a better system and better technology in fact bitcoin will help 3rd world country to become more productive economically and help poor people to earn money thru bitcoin and its technology.
4256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rise of the Alts! on: November 08, 2017, 11:30:11 PM
It is not yet done maybe they've just move it on a different date but if they've continue they're it will be  another airdrop that would only pump bitcoin's price and quickly dump the new token like the rest of the forks that occurred. This rise of altcoins is only momentarily as people are already buying cheap bitcoin the price will be back to $7500 in no time.

Well I think we may see another pump on bitcoin, so the alts are not safe yet. Another batch of tether has been printed which will explain the pump on bitcoin again!

Yeah every time bitcoin pumps altcoins are dying a little bit and if you look at the price of altcoins now almost 100% loss when you invest on it, so be careful on choosing altcoins.
4257  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is a roller coaster on: November 08, 2017, 11:28:58 PM
The rising and falling bitcoin prices do make the heart beat fast and similar to the roller coaster, but for most people this is profitable because it is very good for daily trading, if someday bitcoin marketcap has been enlarged then the price can be stable.

Well if you really know how to timing the market well you will surely make good money out of this roller coaster trend. The price of bitcoin is up and down but if you look at the long term chart it surely uptrend.
4258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you invest in ICOs? on: November 08, 2017, 11:26:13 PM
I actually not investing on any ICO yet, but i do believe that people invest on ICO's simply because they believe on that specific project and hoping that those project will succeed.
4259  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: November 04, 2017, 02:32:29 PM
Well they scam people because they don't know how to earn money in a hard way and they think those money coming from scam will last forever. They will surely face law of karma on time.
4260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: long term invest in bitcoin on: October 31, 2017, 01:39:33 AM
Hello everyone
I have around 2400$ and I have the idea to invest them by buying bitcoin. I plane for a long term investment (few months to year). Best time to buy BTC and best strategy (I heard  about a hard fork will happen soon) ? Other ideas to invest this amount of money for the indicated period of time ?
Thank you

Well the price of bitcoin are quiet expensive and it will surely go down so i suggest to do cost averaging so that you will lessen the cost and maximize your profit, btw that is a good idea to invest on bicoin for long term you will surely make good money in the future.

At which price can I consider it as a good buy opportunity ?

In my view you can enter around $5700-$5900 this is a good place to buy for me and if you much money don’t spend it all with bitcoin do diversify it with some good altcoins NEM for good, the sleeping giant and very cheap. Well you still have to analyze so you can be sure about this.
