I took a stab at the Spinomenal "May Madness" promotion ( https://spinomenal.com/game-news/are-you-mad-enough-to-win-2/ ) and thought I would get a decent prize, until I saw the breakdown of the prizes.  Roll Eyes   ==> https://prnt.sc/12xetyq and https://prnt.sc/12xew66

I already spend $600 (not wagered, actual loss) to reach 111th position... earning me $36 so far..... So I do not know what kind of money are other people spending to get to top 5 positions. Crazy!   ( Also, there is still more than 3 days left, so I will have to keep spending money to retain this position )  Sad Sad Sad

I guess the rich get richer and the poor stuff the money bag's pockets. You need crazy luck to hit a huge jackpot on the qualifying slots.. to stand a chance to win something big and to shoot to the top of the leader board! (Note : Only min bet of $0.60 and higher qualify for the competition)  Shocked
4242  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin decline is not related ONLY to Elon Musk! Binance is also related to it! on: May 14, 2021, 07:22:44 AM
We have been under attack from governments for years, so this is nothing new. A few years back ..the government of Japan, closed several exchanges for investigation..because they manipulated trading volumes to pull more customers. (The exchange with the highest trading volume, was supposed to attract more customers.. creating the perception that it was more popular and that orders will be filled quicker)

The attacks/sabotage from Banks is also not something new, just look at the actions from Banks in Australia a few years ago and how they were forced by their own "competition" watch dog to allow for people to make choices and to allow competition. (The public stood up against them and declared a group dispute)

We will never be free from government interference, but fortunately for us ...most government are elected with votes and we can use those votes against them.  Wink
4243  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoins did Tesla earn from selling cars? on: May 14, 2021, 06:30:00 AM
It is all hype and marketing mumbo jumbo, so I would not take this very seriously. In any way, how many Crypto currency enthusiasts will want to use that huge amount of coins to buy a Tesla? Also, why would someone suddenly convert their Fiat cash into Bitcoin to buy a Tesla? Yes, they might do that if Tesla gave some incentive like a discount for people using bitcoins, but they did not do that.  Roll Eyes

Elon Musk only did this to tap some publicity and to pump the price, after he and Tesla bought some bitcoins... giving him a quick couple of millions in profit for the company.  Tongue
4244  Economy / Economics / Re: 3.9million users took part in the Elon Musk poll; What will be Tesla's decision? on: May 14, 2021, 05:27:06 AM
Now, if Elon Musk was really clever, he would target most of the dominant coins with this... because there are a lot of early investors in these coins and all of them are potential targets for his cars. He can basically start with Dogecoin and then add a new coin every month, to hook some of the other whales.  Grin

Who would have thought that "Dogecoin" would ever reach celebrity status, I certainly did not... that is why I pissed away my Dogecoin that I bought in the early days.  Roll Eyes   (The days when you could only buy BTC / LiteCoin / Dogecoin ....)  Grin Grin Grin
4245  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sports - UFC Official Betting Partner - Play Smarter 🥊 on: May 13, 2021, 11:19:24 AM
Tried new Baron Bloodmore slot and it paid back after 30 dead spins. Btw managed to hit max multi on Gates of Olympus few days ago and excited to try new releases after monthly 🙂
P.S: watch the insane multi drop by Zeus: https://replay.pragmaticplay.net/uXlCAIKQf3

So that is why I am getting nothing on the new "Baron Bloodmore" Slot, you have taken it all. *joke  - The pattern collect feature is still a bit confusing, but I am slowly getting the hang of that.  Roll Eyes  (The Orange Block with the number)

I managed to max out the free spin bar on "Big Bass Bonanza" for the first time in months and it only paid out $60 ...after I sunk $300 into it, but that is gambling.. right!

Took at shot at the Yggdrasil and Spinomenal promotions too, but I failed miserably.. because you have to drop thousands into it.. to reach the top positions and it pays peanuts for you to recover some of that money.  Tongue
4246  Economy / Economics / Re: US fuel pipeline hack / Ransomware / Impact on Crypto ? on: May 13, 2021, 08:15:36 AM
The Tesla thing is just a clever marketing scheme from Elon Musk to sell more "environmental friendly" solutions to Crypto miners... and that will blow over. The problem we should focus on, should be the influence these kinds of hacks and ransomware are having on regulators.

I know these criminals do not give a fu$k about the success of this experiment, so we should assist in removing them from our scene. If you are passionate about Crypto currencies and you have the skill set to "identify" these people, then do that. Do not allow a small minority of people like this to destroy the freedom we desire. (Push the regulators and they will push back... show them that the community care about this and that they can Police this themselves and they will support us)

Where are the White hat hackers & Crypto enthusiasts?
4247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla no longer accepts Bitcoin payments on: May 13, 2021, 06:40:47 AM
Guys and Girls, just look at the genius of the statement that was made. The hidden agenda is so much deeper than most people have noticed. When the owner of a company that manufactures "renewable" energy, tells the Bitcoin scene to "clean" up their act and use more renewable clean energy, then you should immediately have seen his true goal.

He wants to sell more of the products that his companies are manufacturing ===> Batteries / Powerwall  etc.. etc..

Also, on the side he is also silently buying some Alt coin, like Shiba coin and then "announcing" it to the public ..that Tesla is going to accept that Alt coin for payment for their products. (So this announcement create hype and people start buying those coins and once it is pumped enough... Elon Musk simply dump his coins for a massive profit)  Angry
4248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla destroys bitcoin :-[ on: May 13, 2021, 06:05:54 AM
This is a bunch of crap.....

Tesla should look at it's own footprint, when it comes to environmental impact. They did not build those cars and rockets from minerals that simply appeared out of the magic sky... those mineral was mined and mining pollution is real. What happens to all of those batteries that are used in all their cars, after it reach it's end of life?

How much energy do they use to build those cars and to run those manufacturing facilities?  On the other hand, most bitcoins are mined with renewable energy sources in China. (Hydro electricity / Solar / Wind)  Roll Eyes
4249  Economy / Economics / US fuel pipeline hack / Ransomware / Impact on Crypto ? on: May 12, 2021, 07:05:58 AM
So everyone probably heard about the Cyber attack on the largest U.S. fuel pipeline in the United States and the sad thing is that the hackers used Ransomware. Now most of us know that the latest trend seems to be that hackers would demand Crypto currencies as a payment option and my guess is that it was also used during this attack. (Can anyone confirm this?)

In any way, we know Janet "Butthurt" Yellen (United States secretary of the treasury) are out to over regulate Crypto currencies, because "The Bitcoin Guy" sabotaged her speech with his "Buy Bitcoin" poster, so this hack will give her and the other regulators an excuse to do this. (Like 9/11 gave them an excuse to spy on US citizens)

Do you think this event is going to hurt the Crypto currency movement in the months to come?
4250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk please stop messing up the crypto market on: May 12, 2021, 05:45:24 AM
He is such a clever character....

Nobody can accuse him of market manipulation, because he never tweet directly to the subject. Look at his last tweet, where he simply said, "Anyone selling a Shiba Inu puppy" ....or something like that.

Well, this sparked an immediate interest in the Shiba coin, because the price of the Shiba coin went up like crazy. Now people are watching his tweets like a hawk, in the hope that they can spot the next coin, before the hype kicks in and the pump is maxed out.  Roll Eyes

Just shows you what 44 million followers can do for you and how social media can be used to manipulate markets.  Tongue
4251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My thoughts about Primedice on: May 11, 2021, 06:10:03 PM
I think most of the people here will just say you are butthurt over your losses at PrimeDice and that is their opinion. I think this forum is mature enough to allow constructive criticism and people sharing their personal experiences.

My experience with both sites (The new site = Stake.com) are positive and they are becoming leaders in the Crypto gambling community, so it will be difficult for people to agree with you.

The nature of gambling is that most people have to lose money, for a small percentage of people to win money.  Roll Eyes
4252  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mixers under the threat? on: May 11, 2021, 01:17:16 PM
The similarity on how they caught him and how they caught Ross Ulbricht are the same, because both of them used their email to register domains or centralized services that could be linked to their real identity.  Roll Eyes

How difficult can it be for these people to get "throwaway" email addresses? In any way, to answer your question... " if Mixers are under threat?" ... Answer : Yes, definitely.

Do you think for one moment governments will not hunt down people running a mixer service that are used for criminal actions? (The owners of these sites cannot say, they did not know people are using their sites for criminal actions)

Will he be extradited to the US? No. I am also curious on what will happen with "DarkSide" (supposedly a Russian group) ....when the US can pin them for the Oil pipeline ransomware attack. (Was this government sanctioned?.. they say no.)  Huh
4253  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin milestone from video game currency to corporate reserve currency in ten on: May 11, 2021, 12:27:22 PM
Do not "over" sell Bitcoin's success as a currency... because it is mostly used as a "Commodity" these days. The institutional buyers of bitcoins are doing this for an investment and to make profits. We can only say it is successful as a currency, when large companies like eBay / Amazon etc. start accepting it as a currency.

Also, when the governments see that Bitcoin is going to be a danger to their reserve Fiat currency, they will regulate it to death. This is possibly what is going to happen soon in the US, with butthurt Yellen going all out to take revenge on "The Bitcoin guy" that sabotaged her speech.  Angry
4254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is someone worried about the recent decline of BTC? on: May 11, 2021, 08:09:46 AM
I am not too worried about the whales playing.... just ignore the small margin drops and just hoard the coins you have. We have gone through a lot worst in the past with the Bitcoin price going down from a ATH of $18 000 to a shocking $3000.... back in 2018.

We all know some whales are taking profits on a regular basis, because the volatility is quite high in Bitcoin, so while they still own a large percentage of the coins, we will just have to ride it out. (As more coins gets distributed more evenly, this will reduce large price fluctuations)  Wink

4255  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sports - UFC Official Betting Partner - Play Smarter 🥊 on: May 11, 2021, 05:37:33 AM
Nice job on the live streaming Stunna. Not really a person who watches any of those sports but I do have to say I've been hearing more and more every now and then now about NBA since Top Shots became a thing and maybe that kind of exposure is gaining the sport more global fans. I wouldn't be surprised at all actually if more fans were gained from easy access to live streams. That's how football gained my following, from streaming at local shops:)

Well I hope you like watching UFC fights, because during the Eddie Stream on Saturday, Eddie mentioned during the stream session, that they are also a few weeks away from owning the rights to stream all UFC fights too.

So no need for people to pay for those UFC streams or having to resort to "pirate" watching UFC fights on illegal streaming sites. This will be a welcomed addition, because the UFC fan base is growing very fast.  Wink

Always something exiting to look forward to at Stake.com  Wink
4256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm now all in BTC. All eggs in one basket! on: May 10, 2021, 05:34:13 AM
I am not a huge supporter of a "All In" strategy, when it comes to your financial portfolio. Everyone should consider having a mix bag portfolio, with some exposure to Low / medium and high investment options.

Most of your investments should be distributed between medium/high risk, when you are still young and when you are older, your investments should be divided into a strategy like this ==> (50% low / 30% medium / 20% High risk)

Bitcoin and Crypto currencies are high risk investments and nobody should go "All-in" ...no matter what age group you fall in.  Angry
4257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling risks during coronavirus pandemic on: May 09, 2021, 12:48:49 PM
Let's be honest, if you were visiting "Brick n Mortar" casinos before the Covid Lockdowns ... you would inevitably look for your fix somewhere else, so online gambling will be the next best thing. Lots of people also spend a lot of their money on other types of entertainment.. examples: Movies / restaurants / Shopping and a lot of these things are not open during lockdowns.

So now people look for other types of entertainment to fill the gaps and online gambling is just one of those. I spend a lot of time online, watching NetFlix and streaming content and Bitcoin research and also online gaming, so my gambling is not my main activity when I am online. (You just need to get a balance between your gambling and the other activities that can be done online)  Wink
4258  Economy / Economics / Re: Africa needs to fix continent, richest people are politicians on: May 09, 2021, 11:44:29 AM
Forget Dangote and the rest of the billionaires, the richest people in Africa are politicians. Africans need to reevaluate and rethink their system, so much power is given to the politicians and without any checks or balances. How can an ex-governor not be tried in court for his mischievous activities because there is a written document that said so who signed the documents is it the populace? They loot millions of dollars and stack them up for their families whereas the masses are suffering.
They even go as far as banning the trading of cryptocurrencies because they feel people might benefit from it. When the world is enjoying it. African needs to be taken to the hospital and given proper treatment because they are moving backward. More strength to their youth as many are still thriving in the harsh environment.

Well, they are good at shifting the blame. Robert Mugabe blamed all his problems on the "West" and his people were suffering under his regime. He was the President for that country from from 1987 to 2017 for 30 years and he almost destroyed that country.

Look at what is happening in South Africa.... The current government and local government is some of the most corrupt people on this planet. The so-called "Rainbow" nation has almost collapsed and some the Black people are the most racist people you can get. (Blaming everything on "White" people and "Colonization" and "Apartheid")

I work on projects in Africa and I go through South Africa to work in some African countries and it is quickly turning into a shithole. (Sorry if I offend people, but it is the truth.... I have been working and visiting Africa for 30 years and it is the worst I have seen it in almost 20 years.)  Angry
4259  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 09, 2021, 06:27:02 AM

I am too late either, I was seeing the announcement on Twitter about 1-2 hours ago however, I found the code "trezoreth1559" and got the maximum reached. Seems, the Rollbit has the silent reader, when seeing the comment, only a few people post.

Only 100 claims available, Rollbit twitter followed by 33K people so of course it will run out very quickly, and every giveaway will definitely be very much in demand, including on twitter. I even found out from your post because I haven't check Twitter for 2 days.

Yea, that is the standard with many of these giveaways... the casino give way too little of them ..for the amount of people that are subscribed for the site.

At least these are done on Twitter and not on live Stream Twitch sessions, where the people with the fastest bandwidth, get all the giveaways and the people with lag get nothing.  Tongue
4260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The United States is increasing its bitcoin hashrate in the region. on: May 08, 2021, 05:33:22 PM
The different US States should actually grant large mining farms some kind of tax reduction, if they establish their mining farms in that State, to draw more miners to relocate to the USA. We all know the Chinese government are going to create their own "GovCoin" soon and then implement regulations that will put restrictions on all other mining operations that are not supporting their "GovCoin"

These operations will then have one of two options.... Relocate to another country where Bitcoin mining is allowed and supported OR keep on mining in their country, but only mine the Chinese "GovCoin"  Angry
