4241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: luckygames problems on: October 26, 2020, 08:43:45 PM

Disregarding OP's claimed about being scammed in Primedice, either trolling or not, let's make this short as OP won't get any help here even posting proofs.

OP must contact their support, wait for a response and that's it.

Just hope the site will still allow withdrawals up to this point due to the fact that they release a statement about their closure.
4242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more important bitcoin or fiat? on: October 26, 2020, 08:00:28 PM

Define "important"? If that question just raised because OP thinks that fiat is overkilled in the crypto-community then the discussion doesn't make sense.

Clearly, there is a misunderstanding on OP's part wherein he thinks that most people are putting too much hype on bitcoin while at the end of the day, they will convert it to fiat. First of all, try to research why the crypto-community grows over time. What's the reason? Why they don't like to be involved in banks? Why they are putting money on crypto? Why crypto-trading grows?

No need to go technical deeply about the advantage of using bitcoin and fiat. People have different preferences.
4243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Altcoin on: October 26, 2020, 07:36:45 PM
What's your thought about this?

No need to go technical. Might be this your first time to see such price movement recently so you are confused.

There should be no such thing in your mind like "bitcoin vs altcoin" during their upward and downward trend. Depends on what altcoin you are currently trading, you will really notice that while bitcoin is pumping, your altcoins can't ride the trend. It's usual. What you need to do is to think of a strategy for a situation like that since believed me, there will be lots of times you will see that kind of price movement while you progress in the crypto world.
4244  Economy / Marketplace / Re: shipping cash to escrow? on: October 25, 2020, 10:38:06 PM
If I want to buy some physical items here on the marketplace, are there trusted members who can act as escrow? If so, can I mail them cash, like actual dollar bills, which they would hold on to until they have the physical items, then escrow forwards the physical items to me and ships the cash to the seller?

Escrows approval might depend on what kind of physical item is involved. I know there are lots but might be better if you give examples, at least, of those "physical items" you want to consider purchasing here in this section.

My suggestion is to try to find a much convenient way if possible like checking your local's marketplace (either on any platform) to save you from a hassle method. As for legitimacy, try to deal in meetup or COD in your area. If overseas, then check reviews and enhanced your DYOR skills about the seller.
4245  Economy / Speculation / Re: history loves repeating itself. the only question is when! on: October 25, 2020, 10:22:36 PM

On every new trend, especially during an upward trend, we keep seeing things like "history repeating itself".

It's a good example for those negative people that even dealing with the bearish market, there are thousands of reasons to believed that BTC will soon rise. Unfortunately, even with this repetitive performance, there are still lots of people that don't know what kind of approach should they do. Back in below $10,000 for example, there are lots of people anticipated that price will decrease more so they will wait until ..... that's it.

Doesn't matter when will be the next pump. As much as possible, people should always accumualte BTC as much as they can no matter the price entry level is.
4246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 25, 2020, 10:06:10 PM
... there is no direct source that shows Lakers are interested in giving up too much for him or pay him too much.

That's why that speculation is just one of the rumors that others are following.

We can't expect much of official reports today since off-season just started. All we can see is the player's feedback, the author's view, etc on a certain rumor. Maybe we can see some progress either next month or late activities a few weeks before the start of the NBA 2020-21 season.

As for Chris Paul to Lakers, it's not that really alarming for me or can be considered as domination as it will cost them releasing good role players. Obviously, other teams should do their best too in terms of improving their roster this off-season.
4247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best places for Crypto Traders on: October 25, 2020, 09:46:16 PM

Honestly, not a big deal on whatever platform you choose as long as it meets your set of criteria. After all, we have different preferences.

Twitter is not really on the rise lately. It's being used since then to promote any crypto-related service not just with trading.

If you are comfortable on that specific platform, then considered that as your "best place".
4248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you buy BTC from PayPal now that they are letting people do it? on: October 25, 2020, 09:28:41 PM

Maybe I will consider if only there's not much option to buy BTC.

But today, lots of options here in my country to buy BTC in a much convenient way.

I have a Paypal account. The only thing that might consider me to buy BTC there if I found their rates are good. Not checking it yet (or not sure if my account is now eligible for crypto-related purchase) and still not learned the whole Terms of Service related to that.
4249  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ CORONABET.CO ⭐ bets on the covid-19 pandemic ACCEPT BTC/ETH/LTC on: October 25, 2020, 08:59:03 PM

I remembered the same betting option established within the European region in the early period of lockdown. If I remembered it right, way back March or April.

The betting option is the same, the number of confirmed cases. Although it's not good from the others, I think they able to gathered lots of bettors due to the fact, there is not much option at that time to bet as the majority of sports leagues is halted.

But whatever it is, I'm not really an enthusiast of betting on this genre. I'm not against the site but I will skip betting on that.

What will happen to your casino after the pandemic ends? you still have the corona name although there are various of corona viruses but whenever we say corona, we're all talking about the covid19.

As mentioned, they will shift into sports and politics.

But yes, the current name would not be fit at that betting options.
4250  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: October 25, 2020, 07:33:42 PM

Update:

After over a week, ok na ulit ang update credentials ko.

Gagawin ko yan after a month.
4251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mobile Legends Gambling [Part II] on: October 25, 2020, 07:18:17 PM
Remember to follow the step 3 because if you don't turn off VPN you will have really poor ping around 120 ms.

Thanks (also a method back in UBT/FBT days lol). However, there are some case wherein turning VPN off doesnt' work. I mean, the game will be disconnected right away.

Can you named the list of VPNs you used on this method?

But as much as possible, no involvement of VPN so both teams can enjoy the game at its best.

Still looking for a challenge.

DM me here or in my Telegram @harizen.
4252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 25, 2020, 07:02:25 PM
I'm wondering what's their projection in the coming season, despite this news, I'm hoping that NBA will survive and continue to provide us entertainment.

The NBA will survive. With these expected losses, I'm sure they have lots of plans currently discussing their tables even prior to the start of the bubble.

Lots of things now considered after the first bubble run. There is no such thing for me as there are now fewer fans who enjoy the game. It's just that, the access was limited and not all are enthusiasts of subscribing to NBA games. Also, they add a virtual audience which is a big step. I'm hoping they can add another special feature that will bring profit to them no matter how big or small is. That virtual audience setup is one good example. Believed me, no one expects that kind of setup. Maybe there are even added features next season.

If the NBA will be shutdown due to financial problems, it can be considered a big disaster. It will result in the worst domino effect that is economically related. That's why I believed that won't happen.
4253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 25, 2020, 06:30:36 PM
Relax guys, they are playing, if you want to watch it live, you can watch from this link ; https://web.facebook.com/pbaofficial/videos/3757900874244761/

The fact that there's a postponed game inside the bubble, it's alarming. It's hard to concentrate inside the bubble where players know the Covid-19 is just around the bubble. Magnolia, despite being worried fortunately snapped their 4th game losing streak in a Manila Clasico's match.

I can't think of a way how the conference will be pushed through if there are isolated teams. Just a bit confused here, how the virus enters the bubble wherein all people inside are tested multiple times and regularly (meaning prior, prior, prior and the time they entered the bubble). A delay can be pushed for assurance since only 1 reported player contracted the virus (although the result was negative via antigen test as of now)
4254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Defi project like game pump and dump on: October 25, 2020, 05:55:42 PM
What do you think of defi projects, most of them are only good for the short term.To make a big profit, we must enter at the right moment, if we are wrong we will lose very deeply.

An obvious thing. But ever wonder why people still got hype on some Defi projects?

It's because, sh*t or not, they can take advantage of the hype it will bring. It's like the old ICO during its hype days wherein even a token with no use case can establish a decent market value once got listed then eventually will fall.

That's why that kind of riding the wave isn't advisable for newbies who are totally unaware of what they are dealing with and just following other's suggestions.
4255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just a Question... on: October 25, 2020, 05:37:06 PM
I haven't seen any Gamblig Platform who used Telegram for Promotions, most I know is that they use Discord.
Do you have any Idea why they don't have any Telegram Communities? and why does it seem they don't use this platform for their promotions?

In terms of promotions, I don't see a big difference as I saw both platforms are being used. I don't see an accurate stats yet wherein one is more effective over one and vice-versa so overall, our judgement is based on our own view.

But in terms of an organized community, Discord > Telegram as unlike in Telegram where all queries are discussed and mixed in a single group, Discord can create multiple channels out from a single server so that discussion is sorted out e.g there is a separate room for discussion, contest, etc. And might be a hassle for anybody or not comfortable when Telegram is asking mobile number in account creation.

I will disregard the scam thing in Telegram as promoters and marketers will target the audiences no matter how worst the platform as long as it has a big community and has lots of registered users.
4256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Beware of fixed matches offer - member wbet7pending! on: October 22, 2020, 10:24:59 PM
scammers will always find a way how to reach potential victims. you can change the settings of your telegram to avoid unsolicited messages or people that will automatically add you to their group. before, i was wondering why i had that channel and had no idea why i was included?

I think in OP's case on Telegram, it's not via a group or channel but a Direct Message.

Correct me if I'm wrong but AFAIK there's no option on Telegram that restrict users to sent you a DM. The restriction was only on forwarded messages, receiving calls, and unauthorized adding to groups or channels.

I was also surprised how that user knew my Telegram. I didn't receive his spam message here but only on Telegram.
4257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 21, 2020, 11:56:13 PM

@bisdak40 @agustina2

Calvin Abueva didn't play last night against the Brgy. Ginebra so we just have to wait if he will play tomorrow against Magnolia. Not even a glimpse of any information or update has been released yesterday.

Now hoping not this week (after I didn't nail it) so we can continue next week lol.
4258  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I got scammed...can these guys help (or just another scam) on: October 21, 2020, 11:40:30 PM

Unfortunately, nothing else you can do. Even it will take time and I understand it's hard to accept what happened, try to move on.

And next time, don't just easily be blinded by good offers. Always use your "common sense".

I found in the comments to this coinhouse article of a list of people who can help recover bitcoin but I can't help but think this is also a scam. Fool me once and all...

Don't believed at those. They are all "SCAM".

Hey I'm not sure if this is the right section for this but here goes-

4259  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we ready for the ^POMP^ yet? on: October 21, 2020, 11:03:39 PM
If this news throws BTC down, then let's get ready for another leg down towards $8k and buy BTC cheap? Or shall I buy BTC right now? Is $13k cheap atm and can I go for a 10x leverage position at this price?

The decision is something you have to make by yourself. I know you already know what to do, at least, as a long time person lurking in the crypto community and able to witness lots of surprises that happened in Bitcoin during its progress. Depend on how far you anticipate what will happen, then decide what's the best thing to do based on your analysis.

As for me, same approach as before ay any given trend*. If I decided to make a new entry and after analyzing key pointers to my future decision, then I will make a purchase at any price level.
4260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: October 21, 2020, 10:42:17 PM

It's not that really easy to forget those losses especially on how much the amount is involved but for a regular gambler, losses are usual and the best thing to deal with that is to try to move on and prepare for another round of the game.

I'm not a gambler that will focus on the recovery of losses. I mean, it will just make things worst as the reason you gambled is to win at any cost. Instead of having thought that we need to recover what is lost, focus on how to win the next round and from there, try to maintain good winning stats.

*depends on what gambling type we are dealing with
