4241  Economy / Services / Re: I can assist in cryptotalk.org bounty on: December 03, 2019, 07:13:36 PM
people won't even give access to their brothers nor sisters and yet you come up proposing to post for them. that would mean all the rights to the account handed over to a stranger. you're dreaming.  if someone from the forum who will really be giving their account, he deserves to lose his account. this guy might just sell your account the moment you give your logins and by the way yobit right now isn't paying, they might stop the campaign its up to them. do yourself a favor, try an attempt that isn't too obvious. scam somewhere else.

Had a lot of fun playing bankers bull earlier today, that game definitely needs some more attention around here, easily one of the most entertaining crypto casino games.

Any word when new games will be added? Would love to see a crash style game.

is it worth joining?

i'd like to test even just with 50EOS. if i see it worthwhile i'd probably be joining for more but i'd like to ask some comments about it. i looked at it before that is only asks 10k TRx. what made them changed it to EOS this time?

the amount for dividend distribution is getting low nowadays also. maybe it once again need marketing and new games.

4243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Earning DEX Fees VS Earning CEX Fees. Thoughts? on: December 02, 2019, 07:44:16 PM

its not true that dex is owned by anyone, just check mcafees dex if its not his. the reason why its safe to trade on dex is that your coins are not going to be sent on them but stays in your wallet, this is if you are comfortable sharing your privkeys to them.  to me its a lot worse than just sending the coins you intend to trade as capital than giving your private key by loging-in using it. so far blocknet is the best that we can use instead of forkdelta and the likes.
4244  Economy / Economics / Re: The US & China Trade War is Nothing, Worry About Business and Bank Failures on: December 02, 2019, 07:56:52 AM
Couldn't care less about their trade war but about the actual state of their economy. There are signs of another collapse for the US. China ain't really doing great as well. Historically, these are times when society becomes turbulent.

We can only hope that this don't lead into more conflicts. The Chinese for example usually focus their attention outside as distraction whenever their economy is not doing well.

the war is already depicted  but not in  any soil of course. analyst sees Guam and Philippines  to be the war zone. obviously none of them wants their country  to  be the  battle ground and the conflict lies on whether Philippines chose sides. They've all violated international  waters in the Philippines  its just a matter of which shoots the first but thanks to Duterte he manages to  make peace with the Chinese since he doesn't want Philippines to be the  battle ground either.

Philippines can be benefit  between the two if played well economically since Philippines is not going  to experience financial crash, there are more resources in the country as its an archipelago. Not going  to be affected to their  trade war.
4245  Economy / Economics / Re: Hi Excuse me Are currencies a "store of value on: December 02, 2019, 07:27:01 AM
the  government decides the value of  currencies which is why its not volatile as it is. the government also decides its volatility by not or printing more of it. now that we know 90% of its value were  lost, what was lost in BTC when its  growing exponentially over the years of existence? due to it people are already considering BTC as investment not even a currency. the  adoption  had helped it grow.
4246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Make Bitcoin 'QUANTUM PROOF'! on: December 02, 2019, 06:33:43 AM

it was said that quantum can only break and possibly hack an address that had been used once since its public key is already known in the record. but if the address hasn't been used even once, then  its safe to assume its not going  to be affected. but this  isn't even 100% sure yet so possibly just a softfork.

quantum isn't real yet so maybe it would take another decade before it could happen. we'll never knew. it may be use to once again bring the price down so the institutions can get more btc for cheaper price. quantum  is probably just for  fud.
4247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Be the Saving Grace for Ailing Banks? on: December 01, 2019, 09:51:36 AM

banks will try find some ways that they'd still be used by people despite the fact that the wallet itself can function like a bank already. so what does the bank do again this time, they will still ask money for storing your coins to them?

although there will be users who will be embracing banks to also accept cryptocurrency deposits, it will really be unlikely for the people to use banks especially the ones who knows why satoshi created BTC.

I don't think banks will start accepting crypto deposits! The German parliament suggested banks to use cryptos for their own reserve fund and also to participate in the crypto market to generate income! But it's highly unlikely that banks will start accepting crypto deposits from the mass!

There's no issue in embracing cryptos in mainstream banking system, but there will be strong protests from the banking fraternity! It's not always easy to embrace your strongest enemy!

not allowing deposits is good. it doesn't sound like banks already but that's good. banks participating in trading will be cool, that means they will also be holding coins as reserve funds. i'm not sure how they get these coins for reserve funds if not thru the deposits from the mass. i'm thinking the people deposit fiat/cash and those cash are going to be used to buy coins.

banks are going to embrace crypto, they don't have a choice but to embrace the technology. crypto users however are trying to get away from banks.

4249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: French High School Students Will Learn About Bitcoin And Crypto on: December 01, 2019, 08:32:33 AM
i wouldn't wonder if those students are also going to be found here replying to threads in the forums one day. these kids are lucky to have someone will teach them. this will help them decide to go into deeper into blockchain and find careers in this industry to be what is very much needed in the future.  probably solidarity programming or C++. blockchain industry can offer a whole lot different jobs  for the new generations.

but where did this worldpublicityblog.com got the information, i find no source of it.
4250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Friends of Satoshi on: December 01, 2019, 04:38:46 AM

why is finding him so important for someone?

satoshi doesnt wanna be found and if really you will find him, proving its him is not possible because its just him that can only do that. you don't have a choice but to give up the mission to find him. he will just deny it because for all he care, he even leave millions of btc.

you will likely find more scammers if you stalk them than satoshi. people will find more reason to give you merits.
4251  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Be aware he is scammer. Facebook aware. on: December 01, 2019, 04:16:37 AM
i can believe i have read all that is written here but still didnt got the story right. i know hebwas scammed by how was he convinced to send money to the scammer?

if you can't tell what happen, i guess you are also hiding something. either you are too gullible or also part of this scam. now both of you try to scam each other.
4252  Economy / Exchanges / Re: IDAX: Uh, oh! We’re in trouble! on: November 30, 2019, 09:16:12 PM

there wasn't yet anything that is reported besides that the CEO is missing. too hard to believe these days that someone yet can be missing still when in fact the world is already overpopulated that when you get out in the middle of the night there is a chance that people will still notice you.

hope the issue will still be resolve though. did this idax ceo, affected the price these days? i think not.
4253  Economy / Speculation / Re: Warning! Here's Why BTC is Set To Fall To 3000 or Lower! on: November 30, 2019, 08:46:10 PM

below $3k is not the kind of stuff i would believe though. i am also looking on to the monthly charts, i would assume this below $3k that op said could happen by march to june but that might not happen due to halving. if a whale who starts to think of dumping because the price could go that low, he might just be buying his BTCs back for a higher price. there is not much to fud these days all the possible news had been overly exploited.
4254  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Help in Trading on: November 30, 2019, 06:05:33 PM
accumulate BTC by buying low and selling high which is also the same as accumulating USDT. BTC fluctuates good which can be perfect whe nyou know when to buy and when to sell, learning all these is not easy and this is why i seldom do it too. if you are to do it, you have to check several charts to confirm trends from weekly, daily, 4hour, 1hour, 39mins and 15mins in order to do the day trading. its not just learning the indicators in particular time frame. but even after all these, all you still have is speculation.
4255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of bounty campaign. on: November 30, 2019, 04:46:13 AM
bounty campaigns that pay altcoins are still active in the forum. newbies are even welcome as long they learned and can write about the project. weve seen newbies joining social media campaigns too. its just the merit thats added, my tip is to get into forum politics to get merits.

you'll never know one day when bullrun comes, this coins might just be one of the fast growing profitable coin. lots of surprises comes with bullrun and its fast approaching, speculators says so.

4256  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I WAS STOLEN 350 DOLLARS, GUYS PLEASE HELP ME, JESSI on: November 30, 2019, 04:29:44 AM
did you submit your information when you checkout to that website? if you did, youre really a perfect victim.

these are organized scam. you first heard someone earns online and you need paypal. if you have no paypal account someone will introduce you where you can get one. how did you find out about this paypalunlocked?
4257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who has entered a shop (non-BTC accepting) and asked if they will accept Crypto? on: November 29, 2019, 07:51:14 PM
that might sound crazy for a shop owner hearing something like virtual money may seem scam to them. if you happen to meet some ass kicking merchant and hear something like digital money, he's probably gong to call a cop friend. i wouldn't do that unless i find a logo "accepts bitcoin" within his shop.

I wouldn't wander from random shop to shop asking any old asshole and most of the time I would have little interest in paying in BTC.

If it was going to be much more convenient for me to pay in BTC then I would suggest it and explain why. Anything abroad that won't do cards is just flat out painful so that would be the most likely scenario.

exactly. not sure if it helps spread the word about bitcoin if you ask random shop owner if they accept BTC when you are about to pay. they all expect fiat and probably even expect you to pay more than the amount of the item you are about to buy.

if i want to spend my btc to buy stuff, i'd probably just buy from an online store that accepts BTC. have already done so and they are happy to make friends to some crypto users.

4258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New EU law: Banks allowed to hold and sell Bitcoin as of 2020 on: November 29, 2019, 06:42:29 PM
why would someone store their coins in a bank?

them offering such services will be good that means they somehow wanna find a way to be relevant still in the crypto age. if there are people going to store the coins in the banks, these are the ones who wanna be fucked by the banks. these banks may appear crypto friendly but they really aren't. exchanges today that end being scam can get away too. banks are more powerful that these exchanges they can get away if they messup as they always do.

merchants who accepts BTC or any other kind of crypto, would be proud to display crypto friendly signs. these guys like s to meet crypto users as well.
4260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: French National TV Starts Advertising Bitcoin on: November 29, 2019, 05:46:47 PM
TF1, the first national channel in France, has begun broadcasting Bitcoin-related ads multiple times a day. The services being advertised are by Keplerk, which allows people to buy BTC in over 6,500 tobacco shops.

Bitcoin ads are airing in France on the leading national channels. Watchers of TF1 unexpectedly found themselves viewing Bitcoin ads promoting Keplerk’s Bitcoin services in between their programming. Keplerk is a company that recently announced BTC purchases in many of France’s tobacco shops.

Check out the full news here

For me, I think this is a great move by TF1. Now that they’re increasing Bitcoin’s exposure in France, I would expect that other countries who are pro-Bitcoin or crypto will follow suit in the future.
I am not watching TV at all, and it's been like that for years, so I don't know who and why even watches that (TV series excluded). My point is that TV is probably for people who are not interested in Bitcoin anyway. And obviously the service is promoting itself rather than Bitcoin. Moreover, I don't like the tobacco shop part. It's a personal choice to smoke or not, but promoting it is not a good thing. Moreover, it's not a good association with Bitcoin is creates. I mean, it's not as bad as it could be, I guess, but a chain of cinemas/cafes/shopping malls would be better. Still, though, it seems that this is better than nothing, it's still publicity and not necessarily a bad one.

while its true that people who are watching tv doesn't have interest in BTC, its still a good promotion to make it look less evil to the people who only heard bad things about BTC.

but it must be pricey for the company to advertise BTC when there will be no money coming in from the tv watchers. too hard to make regular people to understand how btc works and if they don't get it, they won't use it the fact that its new to them.
