4241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TRUST]Trust bitcointalk.org! Let's build a community based on trust! on: December 02, 2017, 10:24:35 PM
We're sorry but none of you will be included into our airdrop.

Min. +1 Trust will be required!!

So very few can participate here? And fyi, even if someone has at least +1 trust, you can never be sure that it's a valid trust mark. Anyway, this is your project, you can do anything you want. Good luck!
4242  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN PREDICTIONS BY SUMMER 2018 on: December 02, 2017, 10:20:30 PM
OBVIOUSLY, IT SHOULD BE CLEAR AS DAY THAT BTC HAS LEGS .. ANYONE THINK IT CAN REALISTICALLY HIT THE 50K MARK WITHIN A YEAR? OR IS THIS A BUBBLE READY TO BURST? WHERE DO YOU SEE IT SITTING SUMMER OF 2018?

SPEAK ON IT

I remembered few months ago people are just asking if bitcoin would hit $8000 to $10,000 before the year ends, that was when the price was around $5,000 per coin and now that it hit the $10,000 people are now asking if bitcoin can hit $50,000 in less than 6 months. I appreciate the enthusiasm of people about the price of the coin but we need to be realistic. Once bitcoin doubled it's price from today other people will think that it is a bubble because of it's rapid increase on prices.

We must consider factors that some people are just waiting for a specific price and will eventually dump their coins usually intervals of $5K and $10K to $50K will pass through it a lot. During these intervals bitcoin's price will take some times before the price stabilize, like what happened when it hit the $10k level in fact until now price is still trying to stabilize. So i don't think $50k by summer of 2018 is feasible.

I don't think that 50k by next summer is very valid either. I have a feeling that we'll be able to hit 20k max if we go with the best scenario for btc (everything goes smoothly, more companies want to support it, etc.). However, it's much more likely that we won't be able to achieve that perfect set. We'll probably run into issues here and there so maybe 15k by summer would make more sense...

I agree. But in crypto space, everything is possible especially when the whales try to manipulate the market. Sometimes it's scary if the price is going up rapidly and that means it can go down easily. But more than likely, it will be more than $10k by this summer 2018.
4243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC futures on: December 01, 2017, 05:03:27 AM
speaking of btc future we need to consider next:

1. 10k- some may sell however this has been happening all the way so far so I wouldn't expect anything big - in fact I am expecting potentially a surge
2. BTC Lightning ⚡ - if you're holding alts you may want to limit exposure - this tech will make micro txns viable and potentially crush alternatives that offer pure txn hyped benefits
3. Point 2 is a death sentence for BTC forks where bkocksize has been flagged as a solution - it isn't and lightning ends them- this includes Dash
4. Expect more official efforts to reign in BTC as it breaks above 10k- next target 🎯 is Market Cap 200bill
5. 2018 should see a massive surge - look for 1k increases in successively shorter periods as money flows in - big watch on institutions
6. Enjoy - once in a lifetime moment in history!!

Reading some speculations here is assuring me that I need to hold my btc.  Grin Though I don't have that much as compared to others, but at least I gained something without doing anything, just let my btc sitting in my wallet...opsss.. it's in the exchange. I just hope that exchange will not do anything bad towards their client, I mean, suddenly close or anything sort of. I have high trust on that exchange.
4244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: stolen information in airdrop forms on: December 01, 2017, 01:36:52 AM
Yes ,even i my details were use in some airdrops.
They benefit and earn on airdrops using fake details or someone details just to get the aidrop token.

I've encountered such situation also. I checked my entry, and there were two. The other one was fake, using my bct username. So what I did was, sent a pm to the dev or to whoever was doing that airdrop and informed such cheating and gave my real eth address.

But for other airdrops, I won't know as I'm just checking the spreadsheet to those where I applied for. You can't track all airdrops. So good for others who continuously cheat if the real owners are not aware of their misconduct.
4245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why I'm OUT on: December 01, 2017, 01:32:22 AM
No one is forcing you anyway.  Grin It's up to the user if he will take the risk or not. And it's your money, so no one can dictate on your decisions.
4246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][AIRDROP] [EPRO] Ether PRO - Ethereum FOR PROS. on: November 29, 2017, 07:53:48 AM
Good afternoon! A wonderful project, a good idea of free distribution of tokens and implementation of plans, I wish successes and promotion of the project as a whole !!!

To all the participants of Airdrop I wish a successful landing and success to the project !!!

I couldn't see any special feature on this project. So kindly elaborate why it is such a wonderful project? Or you're just saying it because of the airdrop? Even the roadmap is just presenting a generic content. So hoping that they will provide more substance in their ANN.

4247  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN][AIRDROP]LITECOIN ECLIPSE LTE (AIRDROP) on: November 29, 2017, 01:49:23 AM
Lottereum is also using the ticker LTE. They took the ticker first. It's also an eth token.

You might want to look that dev -

4248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About monspace (MS coin) on: November 29, 2017, 01:42:19 AM
Is that the MSC token? There's no comparison at all with bitcoin especially the price. If this is the same token that you're talking about.

https://etherdelta.com/#MSC-ETH

Then, this MSC is still very very far behind from others. Just my thoughts though.
4249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN](RUSH) Scrypt POW + POS Rushcoin / Swap / Bounty on: November 28, 2017, 08:15:52 AM
So basically, this coin is just for trading purposes only? If in fact, that would be the case, this coin needs loyal supporters so as not to die early. Usually, this will just be worth of value in the beginning but slowly dies if there's no solid backing in terms of its existence.
4250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why the airdrops were not big until 2017 on: November 28, 2017, 03:18:52 AM
Before it's not called airdrop, it's like give-away or some sort of free coins. There's a forum rule about these give-aways. Up until the word airdrop becomes the new name of this give-away this year and from then on, every single day so much airdrops of altcoins, eth tokens or waves assets are launched to attract the community. Of course, more than half of them are just pump and dump ones, for fast cash so to speak. So if you haven't caught the right timing of selling those, you will end up hodling worthless assets.
4251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PreDIST]-🌕SPACO🌝-A Smart🧠 Amendable Internet Protocol With Neural Networks on: November 28, 2017, 02:23:53 AM
what a crazy way to scam some satoshis lol
What total supply now?  the blockexplorer seems to say you guys are selling billions of tokens, whatever idots will buy i guess eh?

what garbage

Another easy money scheme in the making?? 200 btc in the pre-distribution stage is already a lot of money. So after that, it's so easy to disappear. I wonder how many gullible people will "donate" to this kind of project   Roll Eyes
4252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: suprnova.cc payout issues. Possible SCAM on: November 27, 2017, 08:27:37 AM
I think before calling out as a possible scam, try to communicate with ocminer first. He has good reputation in the first place. So he will not ruin his reputation with just few missing payouts.
4253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China & $10K Bitcoin on: November 27, 2017, 08:25:00 AM
We can't tell exactly what really happened from their side. But, they influenced the price of bitcoin. For all the bitcoin holders, just be very careful on how you manage your coins. Sometimes, panic selling is the last resort when bitcoin price starts to go down and now look at the price, such overwhelming price of btc!
4254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TokenSale] Metrumcoin on: November 27, 2017, 02:54:17 AM
There are some projects here focused on the same field, the real estate, the REX, the REAL and some others are all projects that are related on that field but unfortunately most of them failed and didn't manage to remain stable and since we already knew what happened to them, did you have any business plans that will guarantee the stability of your project?

Well, we are different because we are working globaly. Furthermore, we are seeking funds outside of ICOs, as we want to make sure that project survives. We already have partners accross the Globe and 25 years of experience in RE. We will not give up until the project s up and running.

Okay, sounds good. Because if you will just rely in the crypto community for financial aspects and other things, this might just go down again in crypto history.

And if what you said is true, your experience as well as your partnerships, then, let's see how far this one will go then...
4255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Gingercoin on: November 26, 2017, 02:18:14 PM
Seems a promising project to me. But needs more exposure to gain good momentum for the project.
4256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] BTCx - The Most Advanced Version of Bitcoin - Privacy Matters! on: November 26, 2017, 12:17:04 AM
The transaction fee is really competitive. So this one might compete with the presented competitors. But since it is an ERC20 token, then, how does it justify the claim of being the most advanced version of bitcoin?
4257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Baracoin - Africa's Currency on: November 21, 2017, 09:24:35 PM
Are you by any chance the legit representative from the government of Africa? I bet you are not. A lot already used that tagline here, so more than likely you are just using the country - Africa in your project. But then, good luck if ever this will go through!
4258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📢 [ANN][ICO 20 NOV]🎁 [AIRDROP] 🎅 SANTA TOKEN 🎅 GIFTING AND WISHING SYSTEM on: November 21, 2017, 09:29:39 AM

I think he has the habit of copying someone else's project. From what I remembered, he copied also the ecocoin. By the way, you can report it to the mods if you want this thread deleted.
4259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] GOLDEA on: November 21, 2017, 03:06:48 AM
Do you have linkedin profiles for the team and not fb accounts? Usually, gold-related projects ended up as a scam or just raising fast cash, then, disappear into thin air.

Why is it that the website of K Rental is under maintenance? Checking that site to see who's backing this SRCoin.
